Nate and his team did an awesome job of completing a 75k mile service. All work was completed on time and done correctly. He noted items that we should look to have completed in the coming months due to the vehicle’s age/mileage. The text alerts we received providing updates is also really cool!

Diagnostic ran found I needed alternator, drive belt, and a new battery. These guys are Pros. They know cars. I have them do a pre-trip inspection and for $80 I got the most thorough workup Ive really ever experienced. They go through each system one at a time and take photographs as they go along. Things that dont pass the inspection come along with various levels of recommendation. Of the eight major things that they highlighted which would be future issues I was able to take care of three of them on the spot. Their prices are reasonable and they are super professional, but also in that personal non-corporate we give a s*** way. If only there were more like these guys...

Professional and friendly from making the appointment to picking up my vehicle. I needed an oil change and had a few other things needing attention. I received a full inspection report in which they went over the entire vehicle, and included pictures of specific areas of my car. This also included an action report listing those items requiring either immediate action or future attention. Extremely helpful as this email was followed by a phone call from Trista to review the findings before they moved forward on any work. Love this place!

Ive been going to these folks for a little over a year now and absolutely love bringing my car here. Ive had new tires put on, breaks done, and just had my alternator (and battery) replaced. With all three jobs, I compared their prices across Sonoma County and they were either right in line with everyone else or beat the prices other shops were offering. I also really like that they hook me up with a loaner car if they think theyre going to need my car for a few hours. The report card that they send by text is also super handy (it includes pics of the car plus a rating of how urgent the listed maintenance may be). Great local mechanic!

Trisha was very helpful getting my car in for the 90k servicing and provided great value by not piling on tons of extra items. It was also great to get the various inspections of my car on a single website with the link emailed to me, as well as quotes emailed over. Ive been going to Greentech Automotive for years, at first with my old Saturn. They took great care of my car and it had over 300K miles on it when it finally let go. After buying a new Honda Civic, I went to the dealership with the car for the first couple of years. However, appreciate the salesman approach to car service. I returned to Greentech Automotive last it and it was the best decision Ive ever made. Theyre honest and get it right; I never worry about whether my car is safe to drive when I leave. Even better, they do what they can to stay green, which is hard to do in the automobile industry. As long as Im living and driving in Sonoma County, Greentech will be my car health home.

I took it to GreenTech the first time for PCM replacement, electrical, steering, brakes, and rotors. They did an excellent job. The car was like new. I had to go back to them a few days later because of the air pump had failed, along with a barring in the passenger rear tire. They fixed it within a day. After all that, the car passed smog with flying colors.I recommend this shop for their quality, professionalism and expertise.

Came in to get some hoses replaced so my car would pass smog, the cost ended up being nearly double what was quoted. They lost my paperwork from the failed smog check so I was going to have to pay full price again to get retested. It was a battle but eventually they agreed to pay for the retest. And to add insult to injury they sold my number to spammers so I get calls daily about my vehicle warranty. The calls literally started the day I picked up my car. Not cool.

Outstanding diagnostics and service. Our Dodge Caravan was misfiring and we had 3 respected mechanics look at it but they were all having difficulty reaching conclusions on the cause of the problem because the check engine light was not activating and we were told to wait for the check engine light to be activated to move forward with determining the cause of the misfiring. We waited and waited. No check engine light. We finally brought the car into Lithia Dodge and they were thinking that the problem may be the transmission. It was clearly not the transmission. The misfire was getting worse and we couldnt wait any longer. We decided to try Green Tech Automotive. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it without the check engine light needing to be activated. Charlie was very informative and honest when explaining everything to us. He made us feel that our car was in very good hands at GreenTech. The price was reasonable and our Dodge Caravan is running like new again. Thank you GreenTech Automotive!!!!

My coolant light had been coming on and I couldnt figure out why. Im moving in a few weeks and have to drive my car to Texas. They did a complete top to bottom inspection of the car. Sent me a digital inspection that had pictures and videos of every part. The quotes were fair. The staff is extremely nice and will answer any question you have. I highly recommend them.

I dont think there is a single bad thing I could say about this company. They have been amazing im helping my family with our car troubles. One morning a bunch of lights on my car stopped working being a single mom i panicked! I drive 2 kids around so safety is a priority. They fit me in that morning and helped address problems i was having. They were also way cheaper than other shops for some of the things i needed done. Not only were they fast about repairing my car but they offer FREE LOANER CARS!! This was a huge plus not having to worry about the stress of a rental on top of my repair costs. They are so friendly and nice and go above and beyond to help you. I also love the emailed reports where they show pics and go into detail with what needs replacing. Overall I will not be taking my car anywhere else again.

We recently had car troubles. The traction control light was on. Ive been taking my vehicles to Green Tech for a couple years and have always had a pleasant experience. The guys are very friendly and helpful. Seems like they were always very honest with me. Upon bringing our car to Green Tech regarding the traction control light, the car drove fine and we could not tell any difference in the way the car drove. After we dropped it off, we got a bad phone call saying our motor was completely blown and the best explanation we received from them was that the oil pump probably failed. We were shocked. The car has always been well maintained and always drove fine. I couldnt believe we took our car in for a traction control light and all of a sudden, the motor is blown. They said it would cost around $20,000 to repair. We again, were very shocked. We decided to have the car towed back home until we could figure out all of our options. I couldnt believe they still charged us the $175 diagnosis fee. We felt like they could have at least covered that for us since the car was fine when we dropped it off and Ive been a good customer for quite a while. It really disappointed me and my wife. Its hard to find good business and I always trusted them. I cant prove that the motor blew because of them but at the same time, it all happened while they had the car. So, my experience is that Green Tech is a good company with friendly staff who seems to know what theyre doing but this instance showed us that perhaps its possible something else is going on. I really wish they had just not charged us a diagnosis fee. It might have changed my opinion of them as a company greatly. We ended up fixing our car for $5000 through another mechanic. We were also concerned about Green Techs initial quote of $20k to fix the car.

Very clean shop too,Brought my Range Rover over for general check up brake repair, oil change etc. Had to deduct 1 star for 2 issues not taken care of in the time frame.Windshield wipers and tire pressure sensor. Was promised they will fix it when I bring it back next time for oil change.For sure will be back.

I do almost all my own maintenance on my vehicles, however there are a few things you just need to have professionals do. Getting your A/C evacuated and recharged is once of them. GreenTech Staff was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and honest. Shop was clean and well kept. Prices were very reasonable! Service was fast, accurate and complete. Nate explained a few common things to watch out for on my vehicle, and looking back on symptoms I have noticed in the past he was spot on. This is a great place to take your car to get serviced. I will definitely be a return customer.

Initially gave a 5 star review as they were helpful with quotes and information over the phone and gave me a loaner car. However, the day after their work, I was driving 55 MPH and noticed my hood was not secured. Immediately pulled over. The safety catch was secure (thank goodness) but hood wasnt shut properly. I called and told Nate who replied, Good thing it didnt open up. Really?Nate also sold me a more expensive battery saying it had AAA road service for a year and other goodies. Didnt give me the paperwork when I picked up the car. Said theyd bring it by my office- not. Said it was on his desk to mail to me-not. I spent my lunch break to pick up this great deal which turned out to be a simple warrantee which reads if you are within 25 miles of installer, you have to return there. With a faulty/dead battery? Really? I now wonder if Nate has a year of free AAA on me.Definitely not going back!

Hands down, the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve taken my Dodge 1500 here a few times for major stuff. The heater coil on my daughter’s 2000 Volvo gave up the ghost. They fixed it (no small feat) AND went through the trouble of trying to get the leaked radiator fluid out of the carpet on the passenger side floorboard by shampooing it.

Wouldnt take my car anywhere else! The whole crew at GreenTech was a refreshing change from my 50+ year history of dealing with auto repair facilities. I know enough about cars to sense when a problem has been conflated and prices padded. That abuse is widespread and has cost others my patronage, permanently. A few years ago, a friend, after hearing my complaints about being brazenly ripped off on a simple repair, recommended GreenTech. I took his advice and have never been disappointed.

Not only do the guys at Greentech know what they are doing, they explain it without making me feel stupid for not already knowing it myself. They also listen to what I say about how the car is behaving or sounds and check it out. These guys saved my life when I bought a used car that the dealer had checked but not serviced. The dealers own service order said it needed a repair, but they told me it could wait a month. I never got where I was going, and because of the unattended problem, I nearly destroyed the car. After giving the dealer one more chance, I had the car towed to Greentech. They tried to save me money by starting with the simpler explanation, but the damage was too great. They had to test drive it a pretty long way to make it do what I said it was doing, which they did and located the problem. Then after repairs, they tested it thoroughly again; I mean, for miles. Its been a great car ever since. And thats my second car with them. The first was also a great experience.

I should have been coming here ages ago, since I learned that they would do a timing belt job for $800 less than my Subaru dealer recommended service station! They are also super fast, responsive and thorough.
