I got a tire patched for $20. I just showed up on a weekday afternoon because it said that would be fine on their website. I was in and out in probably 20 minutes. They were polite and friendly. I highly recommend!

These guys are the real deal. Santi the General Manager/Owner/Operator is a genuine stand up and honest guy. I have been going here for a while now and he will always give you a very reasonable quote and fast service. No BS.Some folks in the tire service field put on a front to be helpful because they have to but Santi and his brother are genuinely happy to be there. I believe they took over for his father a while back and you can tell they take great pride in their business and the service they bring.For that alone I will always come back.Put it with the insane value they offer as a shop and they have a customer for life!Give them a shot if you havent already, I GUARANTEE that youll leave happy.

Called ahead to make sure they could do a tire rotation as my tires are over 6 years old. Was told on phone if tires are in good shape no problem. Took the time out of my day to drive down there for the guy to tell me he cant do it even though tires are more than 80% tread. I will NEVER. Be back and that is your loss because I purchased all my tires here for my business (8 vehicles) in the past. Dont waste your time here.

Came here all the way from SF to switch my tires to other rims, even though there are plenty of shops in the city I decided to come here because of the way they treat their customers & love all the helpful info they put on their Instagram account

I took my truck to a major corporate chain that told me my flat tire was too old to repair. Took it to Santa Rosa Tires Plus and they had it repaired within an hour at a great price. Cant recommend them enough.

This place is amazing! I took my car to get its fenders rolled they said it would be done by 11 am, they called at 9:30 am. This place is family-owned my family auto repair shop has been sending people down to Santa Rosa Tires Plus for a very long time and not once has a client of ours dislike this place. Santa Rosa tire plus is family owned and operated. Ive been taking my tire business to Adam for more than 15 years and I send all my friends there. Normally small businesses dont survive when large competitors are right down the street. This says a lot about their customer service. Iv sent my grandmother and numerous other friends to Santa Rosa tire plus knowing that Adam will always treat them right, I dont worry that they will be getting ripped off or so its something that they dont need Santa Rosa tire Plus. May not be possible to have the lowest prices when your little guy, but you sure the hell can have the best service, and they do.

I just love the excellent care I always recieve from #santarosatiresplus I stopped in today and they checked my tires quickly and I was back on the road. I brewed a cup of coffee for the road and enjoyed talking with their other customers while I waited. Of course we all talked about how much we value such wonderful care and none of us would go anywhere else for tires.

Fair price, timely, was exactly the price quoted, nothing added after the quote, tax was even included on the quote, rather refreshing! Its good to support the independent owners!

Great Servcie. After getting the blow up hype at America Tires that I had to buy a whole set of tires when all I wanted was a flat fixed, these guys came to the rescue. In 15 minutes I was finished. No hard sell, just great service. I was in the tire business for 20 plus years and I know great service.

A number of years ago, I had some car trouble and I made an emergency stop at SR Tires Plus. They were so nice and helpful that since then I started buying tires from them and have always been extremely happy with the service and prices. Very good people, you should use them for your tire needs.

Showed up Saturday morning before the rain. They instantly got busy with 3 cars (including me) showing up, plus a 4th that was already there. I could see them working on cars, every employee doing something to help. They managed to handle all of us quickly and send us on our way. Other than the fact that my car feels 100 times better with fixed tires the reason I wanted to give them a 5 star review is because they clearly are kind people. A young person, who was probably driving their first new car, came to have their tire air filled. I could hear them say they didnt know how to check pressure and fill. Sunti, did it for them and didnt ask for a single penny; which impressed me. I think that is a bigger statement of the type of people here than anything I could say about the work they did on my car. Had slow leaks in two tires, I was worried I had picked up a nail but turned out to be bad valve stems. These guys fixed it really quickly, my new favorite tire store in SR.

Very friendly however inconsistent pricing and more expensive than most. Example 30.00 to remove two tires from rims. I thought it was a bit steep but the work had been performed and he said it was difficult. OK, I get that and he offered reduced pricing when I came back for the re-mount. When I returned for the remount, the price was 50.00 to mount two new tires and balance them. Costco will do the same for 15.00 each PLUS that includes lifetime balance, rotation and road hazard warranty. I like to do my business local and with the smaller shops but given the price, you get more for less at the big box, sadly. Today was my last visit, Ive gone elsewhere
