Worst customer service ever especially if your not caucasian, everytime i go in there they treat me the worst. Also i bought a new auxiliary cord for 25 dollars and it only lasted a week or 2 and i was looking for quality. This cord belongs in the trash

Their service could be a little bit better. Ive always felt like they have been a little short but I can only imagine how many people they get just window shopping and never buying anything. This is by far the most premium car audio business in the area. You pay for quality here but they stand behind their work and you wont have to worry about any issues with their install. Ive paid for cheap car audio equipment in the past and buying quality pays for itself when you never have to replace anything. I bought an amp from them and actually wired it wrong and they warrantied it for free even with it being my mistake.

Love and respect this place ! they are truly the only place I come to for all the electronics and window tinting necessities, from the Bluetooth, stereo, amp. and windows all their work has been excellent and if and when I had a problem? they quickly assisted me without charging me, for being a loyal and dedicated customer now thats old school business, and I will continue to do business and promote business there as well hats off to you Cartronics.

They do it all from full customized cars/trucks to the worlds best customer service. Been using their services for 7 years now about and I will never use anyone else. Ray/Dan have taken very good care of all my needs and do the best work!

Hands down best stereo shop around. Had great customer service. I talked with Dan who is the owner and he knew everything about all the products on his floor. He has great prices on his equipment and i will be returning for all future stereo needs.

I have to say Im totally blown away with what the guys at Cartronics pulled off for me today.Dan, Doug and the entire crew is amazing and the service they provided me today was above and beyond my wildest dreams.I went in for just a simple update to my clunky (2012) stereo system and they completely transformed my stereo into a modern work of art.Welcome to 2018!!The new system is light years above what was stock in my truck.Everything was updated, stereo, speakers as well as a nifty back up camera that automatically turns on when I put it the truck into reverse.No more hitting poles or running over trash bins as I can now see it all.The stereo itself is crazy nice and the speakers that they installed make this thing sound unlike anything Ive heard before.Keep in mind that these guys are really busy and I had to schedule TWO WEEKS in advance!This is a GOOD thing as it shows that they are in high demand and come highly recommended.Doug was nice enough to call me Saturday before they closed and confirmed my upcoming Monday morning appointment.The shop is immaculate and you can tell that they go to great lengths to do the job right the first time.You also have to make time to spend there just checking out all the cool stuff including kicking stereo systems as well as anything you look for in ATV and water crafts.Talk about a one stop shop, this place has it all.I cannot say enough about my experience there today and Ill send all my friends and family there to see Dan and the guys, these guys are the good standard in stereo equipment installation hands down.Thanks Dan, Doug and the crew for such a great experience today, I look forward to coming back when I need another system.

I purchased a nice touchscreen stereo for my 2014 silverado from these guys. It took about 3 months for the thing to stop working properly. Making weird noises and not connecting to my devices. So I brought it in and they worked on it. It took less than 2 months after that for it all to start happening again. BIGGEST WASTE OF $1600. STAY AWAY THIS PLAY IS GARBAGE. Ive had this stereo now for less than 2 years and Im already shopping around to replace it..😤😡

Great shop for custom stereos and other accessories. Had them install a Pioneer head unit in my VW GTI, it looks and sounds amazing. Was so happy with the work I went back to them to install my new headlights, and wire the fog lights into the factory wiring harness and switch. Couldnt be happier with the work theyve done. I will definitely be going back. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

I havent been to cartronics in years till today but theyve always been helpful. i walked in needing a very simple 12v LED for a project. they searched the inventory and couldnt find what i needed. before i walked away one of the workers (i wish i asked his name) MADE a simple 12v test light LED for me without even asking. to me this goes above and beyond good customer service. i cant thank them enough for such a simple thing. too bad im not into stereos as much anymore otherwise id be spending more there.

Experience is best if you have an appointment. In and out for a calibration., No issues, professional interaction.

They did a excellent job hardwired my radar detector. The wire is hidden and looks neat and professional.

Ray is super helpful. I love the stereo in my truck and felt these guys offered fantastic value.

These guys are great, they have always done ann outstanding job and I always take my vehicles here for anything electronic. Stereos, amps, speakers. They stand by their work too.

They installed a capacitor for me and the work was good, fairly priced, and it only took them an hour or so.

Wont install my stereo system or alarm system cause i didnt buy the parts from them cause they rip you off would never recommend going to them rip for your car electronics systems. I dont want your warrenty i want it installed fine you lost a would be great customer.
