I have used this place before with my first car. Now that I own my own vehicle which is a 2022 Honda Civic. I was getting quotes from different places trying to find the best price and quality and within 10 min of submitting a quote application on their website. I get a phone call from Hannah that is the front desk worker. She offered to get me in quick even though they were booked through September. They were all friendly and very professional and did an amazing job! Working in customer service, I know exactly how a customer should be treated and they exceeded my expectations with customer service overall! If you are looking to get your windows on your vehicle tinted, regardless of price. The quality of the work and people are worth the price! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OVER ANY OTHER!

I have come here a few times to do a few cars I have had in the past! I work in the car business so anytime anyone asks where to go I always recommend this place. The reviews say it all cant go wrong when its 5 stars all the time.

Ive used Bobby for a number of years on different vehicles and the results/experience have always been second to none. I went with the upgraded ceramic tint offered. Heat inside the cabin has gone down significantly, would definitely recommend ceramic the color of the film looks great in the sun!

First: I am one of those that reads reviews, but rarely ever writes one. Why? Maybe if you cant say something nice...and all that.I needed some relief from the heat that my Natural Brown BMWs interior seems to create. Moreover, I wanted the interior (including occupants) to be saved from the ravaging effects of ultra-violet light. After reading some reviews, (there are several other tinters in SR with good reviews) I choose Santa Rosa window tint. A gut feeling really. Boy, am I glad I did! Even before they started their work they asked me lots of questions and took time to make sure that my goals were met. They finished the job sooner than they said they would and, most importantly, did an outstanding job. There are seemingly so many small businesses that are hopelessly mediocre. This is not one of them. My highest recommendations.Edit: (google wont let me write another review).A few months ago I had my 330i BMW windows tinted. Bobby and team were a pleasure to work with and did an outstanding job. I left a glowing review for that job, but I am compelled to write another review for some more recent work. So pleased was I with the window tinting work, I called and spoke with Bobby about getting some paint protection film done on my new-to-me M3. I was blown away by his encyclopedic knowledge of the whole film industry. I set up an appointment, dropped my car off, picked it up on a day they were closed (he accommodated me as I was coming from out of town), and, again, was floored by the perfectionist attention to detail. After Ive had some weeks to wash the car and examine it more closely, my initial perception hasnt changed. Just top-notch work. If I had an über exoctic car I would take it to Santa Rosa Window Tint without hesitation. If I bought a new Honda or Chevy, my choice would be the same. Bobby and crew take immense pride in what they do and it shows.

So far great experience with SRWT and I haven’t even gotten my windows tinted yet, haha.Called them up on my lunch break and the gentleman who answered took the time to thoroughly explain all the different kinds of window tint and their benefits. It’s very rare to get that kind of service before someone becomes a customer these days. Awesome service and did a flawless job! There are a ton of tint options, but did the lightest ceramic and it makes driving so much more pleasant in the Sonoma county sunshine, highly recommend!

Bobby is awesome. My ex got our car tinted here and i didnt like that he got the front lighter then the back i like all tint matching. So i called and got it redone at a great price. Its a friendly environment with great people. I live 2hours away and I definitely would recommend this shop to people where I live.

Bobby did an exceptional job on our car! Unfortunately that car was totaled in a car accident recently but the good news is that I found Bobby’s info again and my Hisband and I don’t have to worry about taking our replacement car somewhere else to get the tinting done. Bobby did a fantastic job. No issues whatsoever. Its now been 3 months and there is no bubbling, no problems at all. I checked another place in Santa Rosa and they wouldnt even answer the phone or call back after leaving numerous messages. Ive recommended Bobby to several people and at least 2 have gone there. they are both very happy also with the results.

These dudes are the dookie!!! I called in a jam and needed to get my windows tinted that day and they were able to squeeze me in. Made my day because it made my girls day. Car looks clean, they were as professional as could be, explained how to take care of them and informed me on everything I needed to know. These guys are awesome. They took the time to answer all my questions and show me examples of different tint percentages on cars in the lot. Bobby showed me a few different tint brands under the btu detector and I ended up trying a brand I was unfamiliar with based on that (geoshield nano ceramic). So far am extremely happy with how it turned out, I feel like he helped me get the best product for the money. Fast service, good guys. If you stop in and just talk to them they will really try and help you figure out what will work the best for you. I will recommend this shop to friends and family.
