We really had a good experience dealing with this local company. We shopped first at the other big competition in town and got better treatment and much better pricing. We were just going to shop them but left with an order for our new Awesome 48 range and a new refrigerator! And they were both in stock.

I had a 25 cu ft freezer go out, full of meat, no place to put the contents. I called TeeVX and spoke to Chelsea in the service department. She was able to get a technician out to my farm in just a few hours. James, the tech, was able to get my freezer back up and running quickly. They literally saved my bacon!

Purchased out garage refrigerator at this place, and honestly wish I had purchased all of my appliances here. Their staff was so friendly and helpful. I was able to find exactly what I needed for a great price. Their store was clean, and very well organized. They have some many products to view on their floor. Try this store first over another appliance store for your next purchase.

Parts manager acted as God. I have been in manufacturing world wide, never seen such a rude attitude. They are taking advantage of the senior citizen. Charging the money and not completing the job and scheduling you last .Senior citizens don’t go to TeeVax .

Beware, if you buy an appliance from TeeVax and it has a problem you will need to go to the manufacturer for service. TeeVax will not help. Our new 4000.00 dollar stove only heats the oven to 350. Now we wait for the manufacture to call a repair service for an appointment. The company that will be coming out does not have good ratings. What a mess! If we wanted this kind of service we would have gone to a big box store. Next time! Sad!

Today we had the most awesome installer, Shaun, to place our new overhead microwave and stove top oven in our kitchen. He was very professional, courteous, and careful of not tracking in dirt and not scratching floors with his many special heavy duty plastic rugs he carries with him on the truck. He worked so hard. Did difficult install swiftly with lots of good tips for care of the product....Thanks and a big thumbs up for TeeVax. People are good but the delivery criteria is really lame. Since our sales person didnt explain there is a 4x4 turn in our steps the driver would not deliver the appliances. I offered to help but was told insurance wouldnt allow it. Ok lets reschedule, Im told they cant fit me in for two weeks (after Thanksgiving) and my old appliances are sitting out front of the house. Way to take care of your customers!Update: After several phone calls between my wife and our sales assistant, Teevax agreed to come out and deliver the appliances later that same day but would charge an additional delivery fee. We agreed but let them know we felt they were handling the whole experience very poorly from a customer service point of view. In the end, they delivered the appliances that same day and waived the additional delivery fee. The appliances were carried up the stairs by a single employee using an electric hand truck which climbed stairs. Our sales assistant pushed hard to get their internal store drama resolved so I give her credit for putting her clients first. (full disclosure – the store asked us to change our original 1 star review)

A place I have not been in some time, but then again I know it is there, and has been for more than my 33 years here. It has a good selection of products and fine customer service. It has helped often with community events and all the folks I know who have bought appliances here were happy.

Go to Asiens instead. I had to call several times to just get scheduled. Never called back. Everyone in the service department acts as though they are doing you a favor by helping you. The tech that came was very nice and helpful, also Phillip in sales. Otherwise eh....never again. This was the second bad experience I have had with them in a 5 year span.

So often when you Buy Local it means that you have to give up something (price, knowledge, selection, etc.). This just is not the case with TeeVax. I found their selection to be comparable to the big-box stores and I found their knowledge to be far beyond others in their space. Many sales people simply regurgitate the product specs back to the customer. In my experience, TeeVaxs product knowledge went MUCH deeper which lead to me purchasing the perfect appliance for my familys needs.I wouldnt hesitate to purchase all of my future appliances at TeeVax (as well as trust them for any future repairs). I am a very happy customer.

Fantastic Service...the appliances are great and installation was wonderful. We were assisted by Justin, our sales representative, and Shawn and Claud who handled the installation. They will always be our first stop for any appliances. It is wonderful to find people who know their merchandise, are totally professional and always put the customer first. We purchased a wall oven and a microwave to replace an older combination unit, so additional carpentry and electrical work was required. It was fabulous. Thanks.

I enjoyed the customer service that Sean gave us and Noah did a great job on the install. Noah was super careful about the walls/doors and took his time to explain everything. I would certainly use TeeVax again.

Justin was my salesman and he made sure I had the perfect washing machine for my needs. I also got some input from Fernando about what type of washing machine I should get. Jared did the delivery and install quick and easy and made sure I understood how to use all the features before he left.

I had TeeVax come out and look at my outdated kitchen. I wanted to stay local and buy USA built cabinets. Joyce was a great to work with. She listened to my ideas and suggested things I might want to consider. they have a full range of appliances, I went with Electroxlux: for the style and quality. I chose the Medallion line of cabinets.I had my new chefs kitchen installed in September of 2013, and couldnt be more happy. TeeVax is A+ in my book. I highly recommend them to you. You wont be disappointed. And I supported a long-time Santa Rosa business. I think Joyce said they had been in business for 60+ years.

Ive walked into Tee Vax twice, years apart. Neither time did anyone greet me or speak to me. Each time I poked strong for about 10 minutes before leaving without having been offered assistance. I need to remember this and not go back a third time.

My wife and recently relocated to the area and needed a new washer and dryer. In our effort to shop local, I decided to check out Teevax. The show room is nice, nothing fancy but its fine. I worked with Philip, who was great, and ended up purchasing a scratch and dent set. Delivery was prompt, and Shawn, the person installing the units, was great. The big hiccup was that the dryer he brought had a broken connection in the back, and couldnt be installed. Both Shawn and Philip started making calls and managed to get us another dryer that same afternoon. While the issue with the dryer was pretty big and shouldve been caught beforehand (Teevaxs words, not mine), the fact that the team all scrambled to make things right earns them five stars in my book.

You can tell TeeVax cares about their customers in Sonoma County, we had our dryer repaired after the holidays & they were very knowledgeable about the repair when we called with the problem over the phone. Thank you for fixing our dryer, we will only go to TeeVax for appliances or repair.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! My counter depth side by side fridge went out the weekend before Thanksgiving. A local repair guy came out Sunday AM and told me to get a new one. Neither Lowes, Sears, or other big box store could have one to me until after the holiday. On Sunday, I called TeeVax. They had 1 floor model that would fit, and Laura, the salesperson, agreed that although they were completely booked, she would try to move heaven and earth to have my unit delivered before Thanksgiving. I was overjoyed, until I read the reviews of the KitchenAid unit I was about to buy. Doors would not align, ice makers were broken, water was dribbling down the front of the unit - so I called Laura. She gave me the model number and assured me that the old model had the problems, and this was the new model. Ok, I verified that the unit I was about to buy was not the one with the bad consumer reviews, and had not yet been reviewed by Consumer Reports. Heaven and earth was moved and the unit was delivered on Tuesday. Less than 24 hours later, water was dribbling down the front of the unit and pooling on my wood floor. After calling the service dept at TeeVax several times and trying various suggestion they had (turn water off, dry off this and that), water was still dripping. I had to leave at 3:15 and did not want to come back to a flood and ruined wood floor. I called TeeVax again at 2:15 in a panic. They had a repair person to my house who diagnosed the problem (ice chute was not all the way closed), did a quick fix, ordered the parts and walked out of my house before 3. The unit is working fine now and I look forward to being able to use the ice dispenser once the parts come in. Im sure there was an element of luck and stars being aligned in this situation, but the entire staff at TeeVax showed what over the top customer service is all about. Kudos to TeeVax!

Hooray for TeeVax! After reading reviews for washing machines, I decided on a new SpeedQueen. This machine gets almost all 5 star reviews from customers despite a low rating on Consumer Reports. My old washing machine was a Whirlpool Cabrio HE. Ripped my clothes, broke two times, poor warranty experience.Enter Speed Queen! And TeeVax!I have not been so happy with a washer in years! This machine is all metal parts, made in USA. Best of all: it does what I want it to; fills completely with water, has a REAL agitator, does a load of very dirty clothes in 37 minutes and is GENTLE! (just like the machines of my childhood).TeeVax handled my order by phone and on short notice installed it and took the old machine away. The price was as good as online east coastcompany, which I like, ABT. TeeVax stands behind any repairs that may ever be necessary. One call, one fix!So..Go for it! No more HE! Bought a Danby wine cooler in 2010 for $1500. Does not cool any more coolant leaking $700 to $900 repair really! Do not buy the silhouette!

We called T-Vax because our refrigerator was broken. After speaking with Michelle, she found that the part was covered under a recall, and the repair MIGHT be possibly FREE! They set the appointment, Called the day before, confirmed, called when Tech was on his way, and showed up on time. Their Tech (Joe) was clean, friendly, and professional. The repair was made quickly, and in fact was under recall so it was free. I would HIGHLY recommend T-Vax to any one who needs a new appliance or needs one repaired. They did what they said, said what they did.Oh, and the price for a trouble call to look at the broken appliance if it was not under recall was the best quote I got!

The jennair refrigerator and the jennair gas range have been disappointing and both are only a little more than one year old. the higher velocity range burner had a defect notice and was replaced first month it was installed. the same burner stopped working within a year and i had to pay for same replacement part that was the original problem. (poor quality production and quality control i think by Asian suppliers)Fridge leaked water onto the floor. paid for service call and some part of the frig that doesnt work well from its design was modified/ taped off or some other method by the service person. leak stopped. now ice maker doesnt work and there is a rattling noise, neither existed prior.bottom line is dont buy jennair from tee vax and maybe dont shop tee vax since they still defend jennair products.
