The manager and sales staff are fabulous but Best Buy employs the installers and that is the issue. Best buy your appliances from a local, reputable appliance dealer.

We purchased a stove and microwave from this store though a sales man name Dean. All went well with the sale and we really liked the place. First time we made a purchase here. We also went ahead and paid for the installation fee. When the man came to install the stove and microwave we were informed that it would be an additional 380.00. This came to a huge surprise and not planned on in our budget. When calling the store back and speaking to Dean he assured us that we were told about this and that even if we were not told that it is on the back of the sales paper he gave us. Buyer beware! We are planning on buying a new fridge and dishwasher sometime in the near future. However we will now be going somewhere else to do so. Pacific Sales was not even willing to split the additional cost with us. I would also like to mention that I specifically asked Dean if there was going to be any kind of issue with the microwave being installed as we currently do not have one above the oven. The only thing I was told was no, not at all that the installer would know what to do. Not once was there any mention of possible additional costs for the installation of the stove or microwave. Instead I was specially told it is not Pacific Sales fault if modifications needed to be done. Stove and microwave. $1,189.00. Installation, delivery, maintenance insurance, additional installation and taxes $992.00. Total costs $2181.00. The fact that Pacific Sales did not take even a % of responsibility for their share in the mistake of NOT informing me is the reason why I will NOT be making anymore purchases with them.

Dont buy appliances from Pacific Sales-EVER! We have had horrible delivery and now repair experiences from them multiple times (and we have purchased top of the line appliances). Not worth saving a couple of bucks-- it will be much more trouble than buying from another appliance store.

What a terrible experience. Bought a refrigerator, 2 days later they called and said it had been discontinued. Went back, ordered another one on a Tuesday, they promised it would be delivered on Friday. Then they called me on Friday and said it didnt get loaded on the truck and that it was out of their hands. I would cancel the order, but we paid cash through Best Buy. What a nightmare. Several calls to Pacific Sales accomplished nothing. What a terrible experience. No care for customers here. Best Buy isnt any better. Done with both those places.

I love my new whirlpool appliance package I purchased from you 5/27/14. All went smoothly withinstallation and disposing of the old appliances.BUT where is my $50 coupon I was to have received in 2 to 3 wees for the kenmore appliance youremoved?Let me know.Nora Schilbe

Not clear from the map, but the store is inside Best Buy. Havent bought appliance there as yet. Entered 3 stars only to get this comment posted.

Excellent store has everything and regular prices.
