What an amazing store with tremendous service! I was looking for new outdoor furniture for our home in DC and came across Bon Marches website. I sent a message to the store asking whether a dining table was in stock and ended up texting with JP. I do not live in New Mexico and could not visit the store but JP helped me find the right furniture for our space - he texted me photos of different color options and recommended better furniture than what I was originally considering. If you are considering Fermob furniture, I think this is the ultimate place to shop. It’s difficult to judge the colors online, so it’s super helpful to have the expertise of someone who knows the product, corresponds with the factory, and has a sensibility for design. JP requested photos of our backyard/patio, and his suggestions were fantastic. We love the colors of our tables, and would not have chosen them without his assistance. He also expedited shipping and was very responsive to our questions. I would purchase from them again without hesitation - zero pressure and a pleasure to deal with.

While trying to buy Fermob chairs from a local store (and getting no help at all) I searched online and found Bon Marche Santa Fe and voila! A wonderful experience from beginning to end. Jean Philipe helped me choose the type and color of chairs for our fire pit. They came perfectly packed; there was no way anything could have been damaged, it was so well done. And they are beautiful! We also ordered a Fermob couch, which will come probably in January (my local said Spring, ha!) and we bought pillows to match, thanks to Laurence. Great products — Fermob is superb, of course, but you already knew that — what makes this place SIMPLY THE BEST is the customer service. There was a problem with the shipment — computer error in the generated mailing label. Jean Pierre took care of us like we were his long lost cousins. I can give him and his wife no higher praise than this: my wife, who is a very hard grader, gave them an A+ and said, “they have earned a customer for life!” Cannot speak highly enough of these terrific, caring, professional, courteous, charming people.!

An outstanding experience from beginning to end. All the staff were very helpful by email and over the phone. They talked through the features of a brand we did not know—Ethimo—and fully explained stock and supply chain expectations. The stock part of the order arrived in a very short time; the back-ordered items were delayed in shipping and then by problems with Fedex but Bon Marche responded immediately and continued to follow through to final delivery.The bistro table and chairs are of outstanding quality and are packed extremely securely for shipping. Absolutely fantastic company and people! Bon Marche is able to find and deliver exceptional products that other companies can not. They were able to order a beautiful Fermob bar cart in a Blue that no other store in the U.S. was able to order for me. (All other stores told me the color was not available.) When I called Bon Marche in Santa Fe asking if there was any possibility of finding this amazing bar cart in the color I needed, the owner of Bon Marche assured me that he would call the company in France and get it for me by Christmas. Well, he sure did! The cart arrived White Glove delivery the day before Thanksgiving, and it is a work of art. We are keeping it inside until the spring, and it is beautiful. Thus, Bon Marche got the job done with grace and flare. I now know who to go to when I am in need of beautiful hard-to-find pieces for the home.

On 6/9/2021 I placed an order for an in stock item, which was confirmed as in stock by Jean Phillip (JP) on 6/9/2021. Their website states that due to Covid, their shipments for in stock items are taking from 5-7 business days. Following the placing of the order, I received a confirmation email siting shipments usually within 3-7 days. on day 3 (Monday 6/14) I sent a polite email just checking in on the expected ship date suggesting I was hoping itd be shipping by the end of the week. No response. On Wed, (day 5), I called and left a polite voice mail asking the same. No reply.... Friday morning I sent another message requesting a status update at their earliest convenience. Within an hour, I received this (verbatim, including misspelling) Respectfully if your think we are not fast enough let us know, we would be more than happy to cancel and refund your order. We do have overall 700 orders to ship. It is on a first come first served basis, by respect for other clients that have ordered before you, we cannot ship your order before theirs. Please let us know if you would like to cancel your order We already have a long waiting list for your table. Thank you The Team I replied back Respectfully and sited their website and confirmation emails shipping schedule and reiterated that Im merely asking for an update or expected ship date, of which they still hadnt provided. I then received an order cancellation email. They cancelled my order!!!! When I called them to find out why, JP was very rude saying that everyone wants their orders NOW and they cant fulfill them all so theyre just cancelling them. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional outlet as this. When I told JP he was rude he said NO, its just their culture. Well, I just cant with that..... The products they sell are top quality but too bad their customer service is less than quality. I will spend my time and hard earned money elsewhere.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I recently ordered furniture using their very user friendly online site. But it would have been a mistake to simply order without speaking to JP and his colleagues. They took the time over the course of three phone calls to understand the intended use and location for the pieces, they sent and received pictures of pieces and color options and all in all spent over an hour making sure I was on the right track. At the end of it all I wound up with just the right array of pieces and spent less money than I would have had I gone with my first options. I’ve seen a couple of comments about sales staff attitude and I have NO idea what that could be referring to. LIKE NO CLUE! These are some of the friendliest people I’ve ever bought from. Perhaps some folks confuse enthusiasm and passion for the product to be arrogance but in my experience it was just someone who wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I have recommended them to everyone I know who I think might need their wares. If you’re thinking about buying peruse the website, but by all means call and speak to them about your needs. They are terrific! P.S. We bought a combination of Bistro, Luxembourg, Caractare and Ribambelle pieces for two separate patios, but I can’t comment on products as they haven’t arrived yet, but I know the brand and know what to expect.

I love the wooden deck chairs I bought from them. They are over 5 years old and I recently broke one of the plastic guides that adjusts the seating height. I stopped in the shop and they quickly found a replacement for me. Ended up buying some Fermob outdoor lights as well. Really fun and happy products and the owners are lovely to work with.

My wife and I recently went shopping for some outdoor deck furniture. I thought this would be simple, and was dismayed to find that every second store in the continental United States seems to sell deck furniture. It was just blind luck that my wife and I stumbled on Bon Marche. The furniture was terrific, and we bought a table and four French bistro chairs. We were led to these by the admirable Jean Philippe, who is as knowledgeable as he is friendly, and was almost supernaturally patient during our waffling. At the end, we made the decision, and he assured us the entire order would arrive in four days. Im sorry to say I simply didnt believe him; this was to good to be true. More fool me! Sure enough, the table and chairs appeared in our driveway just when he said they would, and they look even better than they do on Bon Marches lavish site. My boyfriend had been eyeing the furniture here for a while, and last weekend he finally ordered some pieces after getting my input on a color scheme. I make bold color choices, and Bon Marché does too, so it was fun to put pieces together. I think the set we got brightened up a monochromatic (and small) back porch in a fun way. Id like to personally thank the manager and her assistant for indulging all of my whimsical combinations while trying to figure out what to get. Gold stars!

We have had a fabulous experience ordering Fermlab patio furniture for delivery in San Francisco. Jean Philippe helped us decide on colors, table size and side table. The side table had been poorly packaged in France, apparently and arrived with some paint rubbed off on the side. Jean Philippe immediately sent a replacement with special corners to protect the integrity of the table - and no rubbed off paint! It arrived in 3 days and we could not be happier with the quality of the Fermlab Bistro table and chairs, the colors we chose and the side table we added to our order. I don’t write reviews often, but Bon Marche stand head and shoulders above most retailers!

I have been looking for Fermob outdoor furniture for our new patio and it’s been hard to find stock else where in most colors, even fermob’s website. I stumbled over bon marche by mistake and found a plethora of inventory. Even more impressive was JP’s customer service regarding selecting the right combo of tables and chairs and colors. It’s so hard to pick colors online, even with the most detailed description. It was really difficult to distinguish the different reds/oranges/pinks to get the right color. JP was so honest about colors and different combinations that it was so easy to move forward and make the online purchase without having physical swatches. What a pleasure! Merci beaucoup, JP! I hope I need more outdoor furniture in the future.

The owner of this store is such an arrogant person. My wife went in and looked at some furniture and she said he was making rude and inappropriate comments to her the entire time. She talked to her friends and they told her has that reputation. I would personally go to talk to him but he isn’t worth it to me. As it would not go well. My husband and I have had our eye on acquiring Fermob outdoor furniture for quite some time, however were struggling with the 3 month waiting period, then we found Bon Marche on and internet search! I immediately fell in love with the extensive website with color combinations and stories on their sight. When we called to check availability, Annelise went above and beyond to help us. Since we didn’t want to wait the 3 months to come from France, she helped us to pick the perfect color combination for our back patio. Everyone arrived promptly and we could not be more pleased to finally have the Fermob Luxumberg set we have always wanted.

Worth a visit. Learning the history of the french fabrics from the french owner was delightful. I came away with a new set of table linens tucked inside a brilliantly colored tote bag. Its all about this unique fabric. Check it out.

I first saw the Fermob furniture in the Luxembourg Gardens in Paris many years ago. When I found the Fermob pieces here at Bon Marche on Marcy Street in Santa Fe I was thrilled! I have been collecting bright, colorful and durable pieces ever since I discovered that Bon Marche had them! I enjoy my visits to the store and the array of delightful colorful items from bags to linens to furniture! It is an elegant and very French atmosphere... worth a visit to this inviting neighborhood shop. They go the extra mile to make their customers happy!

I am very impressed with the service ! i placed an order online and 5 minutes later I had a follow up email and a phone call to offer me other color as the one I had chosen was not available. I got really great styling advise and I could really feel I was understood. I cant wait to receive my chairs. I am keeping this address preciously for any gifts of more furnitures.... my next one will be the little horse for my daughter.
