Owners are super nice and helpful. Selection of cigars are good but they must not have a big turn over in cigars, they feel old and dried out. Super hard to pull. I bought a sampler from them and I have been really disappointed in them. They have decently priced accessories and worth going to. I would look elsewhere for cigars

Very nice gentleman from Sierra, but the prices are just too high. If the prices had been even close to MSRP I would have given 5 stars.

The fella working was nice enough but the three cigars I bought there were all DRY AND CRISPY. I bought 3 different cigars at roughly 10 bucks a pop... when I went to cut the end to enjoy them they nearly crisped into dust with the wrapper popping apart. One cigar I bought was in a sealed tube and STILL was dusty crusty dry. Basically threw 30 dollars to the wind. Bummed me out

Just off the heart of the Santa Fe square lies this gem of a Cigar shop. Inside youll find the feel of small boutique style shop with the owner who greets you with a smile. They have a very nice selection of sticks from big name labels to the not so well known. They also carry a nice selection of accessories from humidors to torches, lighters, ashtrays, to whatever you might need. Very friendly and inviting. If youre in the market for a smooth smoke while staying in the square, Id highly recommend stopping by.

Imported cigarets and a comprehensive selection of cigars, tons of cigar varieties from all over the world. They also have lovely local artwork and gifts. I always come here to buy cigars as gifts for my friends and family.

I happened upon this store by chance, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. This store has a very cozy atmosphere, great service, and (I believe) most importantly, friendly and knowledgeable employees. They helped me in any way they could to find the right cigar based upon my preferences and held very welcoming and pleasant conversation. I am in Albuquerque but I will make it a point to come to Santa Fe more often to come here to spend time with the wonderful employees and purchase some very nice cigars.

This is a great cigar shop....nice selection of fine fresh cigars...the guys there are friendly and knowledgeable...of course, being in downtown Santa Fe you would think their stuff would be overpriced, but they have some great deals on quality tobacco’s...I would highly recommend this place for the casual smoker...

Very rude. The gentlemans attitude was so bad that I walked out and will never return, nor will I suggest this store to anyone I know. I went to Primo Cigar where they were happy to treat me with basic mutual respect and purchased a $420 box of cigars from them.

Ali, the cigar shop owner has the best personality and the best products in Santa Fe! If you want to buy from a local business owner who is friendly to everyone and genuinely cares about each customer, then find your way to the Plaza Mercado, downtown and find the Cigar Shop.

The service was quite nice, and the gentleman that assisted me gave me a good selection to choose from, as I am new to the area and used to the Cuban cigars I would get in Florida.

The guys were really nice and I asked them for advice about my first cigar cutter but they took advantage of that and charged me $50 for a black ops cutter that i found online for $10. Dont trust their advice
