Cool bike shop to get your bicycle fixed.

I was informed of this shop by a friend. I took my bike to Sincere cycles mid morning on a Saturday. Bailey had it fixed and back to me that afternoon. He is fair and very professional. I rate Sincere cycles and the owner “Bailey” five stars

New to road biking and had questions. Wow! Bailey is just, well, super awesome. Answered my questions without ego or pretense and actually smiled instead act annoyed at my presence like other places. Bailey fixed my wifes dropper seat post (which would not stay up) - after we had taken in to another shop with no real improvement. It turns out it just needed a simple cable adjustment which he showed me how to do and it was fixed in under 5 minutes. He didnt want to charge me anything but I gave him some cash since anyway since he earned it. Super nice guy, would highly recommend his shop for any bike service.

Baily the owner is super knowledgeable and has an extensive history in gravel racing. The shop itself is spacious and host a litany of gravel, mountian, adventure and touring bikes as well as comfortable commuting bicycles. For repairs the whole staff was attentive and understanding with a vast pool of experience and to tools to fix any problem from busted spokes and tubeless problems to DI2 issues or a frame up rebuild. I had a great experience at this shop and anytime Im back in Santa Fe for a ride I know what shop Im coming to.

Probably the friendliest bike shop I’ve ever been in. Bailey is a rad human with extensive knowledge and experience, and zero interest in engaging in gatekeeping. He’s truly all about fostering community and getting folks out there.

I came down to NM to explore the local mtb trails and ended up with a flat. A quick Google Search led me to Sincere Cycles and I gave them a call to make sure they werent busy and theyd have time fix it up for me on the spot. Bailey said no problem and he installed a new tube and had me back on the trails in less than 15 minutes. Great atmosphere at the shop and excellent local knowledge of what the Santa Fe area has to offer. Go check it out!
