I have too many cars…4 cars and a pickup. I had them install new windshields on two cars and a truck. Then I had to order a rear windshield for a rare BMW. I ordered it from the dealer, who had to get it from Germany. I had the dealer send this rear windshield to A Touch of Glass, and they installed it perfectly. Well done. Thank you guys!

Having taken my truck back 3 times I finally went to another shop yesterday.Discovered that A Touch of Glass not only had not carried out their work properly, but had in addition not used the correct number of clips to hold in the surroundings, thus causing the failure in their shoddy replacement!They additionally had penny-pinched in not purchasing another $20 bag of clips, and had tried to use an excessive amount of adhesive thus insuring that their replacement windshield was so contaminated that it could no longer be used.

Replaced a Cadillac xt5 windshield which didn’t need any calibration either. Cadillac dealership recommended touch of glass. They said the do not calibrate but didn’t need it. Happy with service and customer service. I recommend their service especially if you’re a Cadillac owner. Thank you!

The first time we used this company we had a simple rock ding on a windshield repaired. the employee got the glue used to repair the ding all over the hood of my wifes brand new suv! the second time we used this company not remembering who they were when my insurance company schedule it, they scheduled us for a widshield replacement and when my wife showed up for the appointment they didnt have the windshield. they did bother to call they just let my wife drive 130 miles for nothing. horrible sloppy inconsiderate company. i will not recommend or return to this lousey run business ever again!

I stumbled upon A Touch of Glass while I was in Santa Fe after breaking my back window that morning. Their prices were cheaper than most glass places in Abq. They happened to have a used window for my vehicle and they charged me an amazing price. And they were able to get me in right then and there. Thank you Andy for your fast pace and professionalism.

These guys were knowledgeable about what needed to be done to repair my window triming and actually saved me money on parts I didnt need that I had gotten from the Honda dealership. For the simple installation of the trimming that took less than 10 minutes they didnt even charge me for their service. Great staff here would recommend to anyone who needs a car window repair.

POOR CUSTOMER FOLLOW THROUGH.They were able to get me in quick enough and replace my window. Unfortunately they damaged my rearview mirror casing and also somehow damaged my drivers side wiper which is now damaging my actual vehicle. When asked how they were going to fix it the employee made it sound like they were going to glue it on and not use manufacturer materials and they simply wanted to bend my windshield wiper back into place. They might have saved me $$ but the headache of dealing with their lack of work eithic and having to order OEM parts because they will not.Apparently I did not make it clear enough you have wasted my time and damaged my vehicle. I literally do not have the time to come back to Santa Fe for you to try to fix a 5-minute problem you couldnt take responsibility and fix to begin with. not to mention the original person I talked to literally told me again that they would bend my wiper back into place. Any car owner that hears that would be upset especially if they werent told that it was DAMAGED in the first place, nor did he say anything about replacing anything with an OEM part until i had to asked directly. I will not return to your business because of your response and the 3 hour drive and wasting my time. At this point if its a continued problem I will take it to another windshield dealership I will pay my deductible to get rid of that windshield so I dont have to deal with your apparent untrained and unethical technicians.

Live in Albuquerque broke my window in the am had to go to Santa fe broken window an all, called a few places in alb to get a price quotes. When I got to Santa Fe I called A Touch of Glass thinking it was going to be more expensive because I was in Santa Fe but they were actually cheaper than everybody that I called in Albuquerque and they even had a used window and save me another eighty bucks over having to pay for a new one. Professional, saved money Andy and the guys like to joke around but they get the job done within an hr and very informative. Thank you touch of glass!

Great service! Shop was very inviting and comfy, very clean also. Staff was very helpful and answered questions. I thought I had a rock chip on my windshield and when I went to pick up my vehicle, I was told there was no chip. I questioned that and we walked out to my vehicle to have another look. I pointed out to what I thought was a chip and the owner confirmed it was not. So satisfied with the answers and the service they did do, I paid my bill and drove off a very happy customer. Had work done getting my windshield replaced and they sublet the installation to Touch of Glass. Molding was not set right and broke the cowl, when I went back for help they were very rude and in the end did not help fix my problem. As a suggestion maybe don’t have your installers talk with the customers. The installer took it as a insult that I went back with a “problem”

When my first new windshield had a funny warp in it, Touch of Glass offered to replace it, and transported my car themselves. Exactly what you would hope would happen if something goes a little wrong - sincere apology, and immediate fix with no inconvenience! Wonderful customer service, much appreciated!

Really disappointed after hearing such good things about this establishment. They did not want to give me an appointment because I only needed my two front windows tinted and I couldnt get it there in the morning. The guy refused to make me an appointment even a few weeks out. What kind of business turns away potential customers when they are trying to work with you???? Really? I was going to take another car for a full tint after this one but I will more than happy take my business elsewhere.

Really good service, they got my car in and put in a new window in no time, very friendly staff, very professional. Will be going on monday to get some tint done, it will determine if these people will be my new tint people, because it is hard to find good tint people definitly with good prices, because a lot of people will try to over charge. But i have heard very good things from dofferent people.

Scheduled appointment for 3:30pm, showed up early and they started immediately. Gave estimate of 90-120 minutes, then finished in 45 minutes. Charged me exactly as quote with great service!

A Touch of Glass is very professional. They answer the phone on the first ring, the shop is clean, they always have someone sitting at the desk. They fixed my window in an hour. Im about to bring back my other car for a replacement window. Plus, both front windows were under 200$, as they use aftermarket products. Id highly recommend them. I replaced our GMC Acadia window several months ago and I cant tell any difference from the factory window.

The worst installation in Santa Fe. Took my new vehicle in to get the windshield re sealed and got vehicle back with numerous scratches all over hood. And the problem was not fixed!! I do not recommend this business.

The guys at a touch of glass are amazing and wonderful people. I got 2 cars tinted and 3 windshields replaced in one day, all in a very reasonable amount of time, at a superlow price, and the service and quality of work is the best! I did have one very minor issue with one of the tint jobs but I called and they brought me in the next day and made it right at no additional expense with no complaints. I no longer live in santa fe but will continue to bring my cars to a touch of glass for life and well recommend everyone I know do the same, thank you so much a touch of glass!
