Extremely friendly people. Less expensive than Safelite, and much nearer the center of town. Just a note: Safelite, despite having my VIN number, had ordered the wrong windhield, which I only found out after driving to its very inconvenient location on the extreme south end of town. They were not terribly apologetic or cordial about the whole thing. I called Speedy and they set an appointment for the next morning. I cant say enough about how pleasant it is to work with them.

Their customer service was beyond amazing! I got two rock chips while traveling, Santa Fe was the closest city to stop to get them fixed. After other places didn’t answer or rejected fixing it because they didn’t have time… I called Speedy Glass, Jessica was super nice and told me to bring it in right away! Once I got there, Paul took a look at it and begin work right away! I was in and out within 20 minutes! Jessica made sure to check on me while waiting and kept me updated. I don’t live in NM anymore, but never have I gone to a glass place and had such an amazing experience! Highly recommended!!

Had a windshield replaced by Speedy for the first time. The other day my windshield was hit with a rock and my windshield needed to be replaced. I thought it was going to take a couple of weeks to replace the window considering the specialty type of windshield my car uses. But I called Speedy and they ordered the windshield immediately and the windshield was replaced in a matter of a couple of hours on the same day. They did such an excellent job with the new windshield that the new replacement looks better than the factory windshield I had. I am completely happy I went with their service and recommend them to anyone.Not only did they do such a wonderful job on the windshield, their customer service is excellent. Paul Pearson who is the manager, is probably the nicest person I have ever met and he will keep you updated on the progress and work being done while you are waiting.

We were enroute to Tucson in mid-January when a side window blew out on our van. Our MN insurance agent connected us with Paul at Speedy Glass in Santa Fe. We couldnt have been more pleased with the wonderful service he provided. He promptly ordered the window we needed and offered to let us keep our van in his shop overnight. This was incredibly helpful as we were transporting our bikes and lots of other outdoor gear. He fixed our window first thing in the morning and we were back on the road by mid-morning. We didnt have to miss any of our trip with his prompt service. We also appreciated his professionalism, sense of humor, and concern for us. I brought in a rear quarter panel window I ordered elsewhere (old vehicle, part not available through the normal suppliers) to have it installed. Unfortunately it was the wrong window, but they still vacuumed out the broken glass inside and put up plastic for no charge. Friendly folks and excellent customer service. Cant wait to return (with the correct window) to support this excellent local business.

Took my wife’s car to get her windshield replaced because some loser broke into her car on a Saturday night.Our normal shop, Discount Auto Glass and Glazing, was booked for a couple of days and my wife didn’t want to drive her car around with a trash bag over it for those days. So, we found that Speedy Glass could take her car that same day.The install itself was good, however, they didn’t clean all the glass up from the break in. What if we were to have a guest sit on our back seat and they cut their bum because these guys don’t pay attention to detail?On a side note, when my wife’s car was returned, she noticed that her digital speedometer was changed from miles per hour to kilometers per hour. Not sure why these fools would do that, but, they did it.Needless to say, i made a big mistake by not going to our normal glass place, Discount Auto Glass and Glaze. I would NEVER recommend Speedy Glass to anyone.

Came in and got windshield replaced on my 2017 Peterbilt. Quick courteous service and was cheaper than other companies I called. Plus they got me in as soon as i pulled into the lot.

Tried to charge us $45 for a Nick in the windshield. we went to another glass place for a second opinion and they told us that we did not need to do anything to the windshield because it would not run. Therefore Speedy Glass try to take advantage of us. I will never go to them again. Thieves!

My husband maintains the cars in our family, and is a real car guy, has been a mechanic and fleet manager in the past, so that should be enough to recommend this place on its own.To add my own recommendation, yesterday I went there to have a chip filled, which was under warranty and so free. I had my kids in the car and one of them asked what he was doing; the man took the time to explain how car glass is made, and then at every step told them what he was doing in language little kids could understand.Needless to say, Speedy Glass has all our business!!

Best in town, period. Dont waste your time elsewhere. Extremely professional, speedy does not begin to describe it ( I have had four windshields replaced by them over the past 2 yrs. and none of them took more than about 90 minutes from start to finish) and getting the OEM parts in was a breeze. Just convince your insurance company to deal with this shop. You will be glad you did. Especially if you live in rocky New Mexico.

We experienced what I thought was an unrepairable rock chip while driving on I-25. Checked on line for windshield replacement and got a couple of bids for replacing the windshield. Happened to be in the area of Speedy Glass and drove in to check on a bid for replacing our windshield. The technician came out and looked at the damage and said “I can fix that”. They did a repair that saved me $300+. Living here in New Mexico rock chips are the norm and if they can fix it, I’ll wait until the next rock chip and see if at that time it’s a goner.

Best in santa fe. Replaced windshield with reasonable price and very strong glass.

Absolutely the worst repair job I have ever had. The repair technician rushed through his work as he was replacing another windshield. After injecting the resin into the damaged area he neglected to pull the remaining air bubbles and allowed it to set resulting in an extremely subpar result. Now the resin is set and cannot be repaired further. I will without a doubt be contacting my insurance company to report this terrible experience as Speedy Glass is listed with them as a preferred repair shop.

Made an appointment for 11am. Called 20 minutes in advance to see if they were running on time because I would be waiting on it and wanted to sit in the reception area as short a time as possible. . Receptionist said yes, they were running on time. I arrived on time, 30 minutes later they hadnt started on my truck, The receptionist didnt apologize or give me a reason why they hadnt started yet. I assume she didnt bother to go back and ask if they were running late. I went to the desk to ask her what was the hold up and she was on the phone. I stood there for five minutes or so and she never made eye contact, I was invisible, so I left.

I made an appointment to have my windshield replaced. They did not order a windshield for my car. It was complete waste of my time and my leave from work. They offered to order it for the following day. No discount offered, no attempt to compensate for their mistake. Considering that this was more expensive than other shops that quoted me, I expected better service. I specifically chose SG because it is a national brand, and I expected less likelihood of problems. My mistake.
