Ive been calling them all morning and this afternoon but NOBODY ever answers the phone.... Ive left messages but nobody has bothered to call me back. With service like this Ill absolutely be looking for a new company to deal with. Its not real hard to answer the phone when your customers are important to you....... The one star is only because i had to pick at least one in order to post this...
****Updated review. We have done business with Daily Saw for over 20 years. We had an issue with one of their employees recently, it happens. What struck me as exceptional was how the rest of the staff stepped up to rectify the problem. First we were contacted by their secretary/office manager and she apologized and set into motion a phone call with Ricardo who handled everything professionally and in an expeditious manner. Answer your Phone!! Show up when you say you will!!! treat your customers like you actually care. i will look into other companies based on my last experience with them. it takes a long time to gain a customer and you just lost one. Really answer the phone when people call.
Got all my pencils ✏ sharpened!
I just brought a set of shear blades in that I needed back right away. Daily Saw got them done the same day so I virtually had no machine down time.Thank you Daily Saw.
