Fast loading. Got here @ 930am for a 10am pick up and was out the gate by 1015am. Usually there is no parking signs on both sides of the street but one side has bags over the signs allowing parking.

I went there to get a pick up and these people take FOREVER. I got there and called them up and the person told me that I had to drive to the back and wait while they pulled the pick up order. I waited for about 30 minutes and nobody ever showed up where I was at in the back. There were 3 other trucks waiting and nobody was taking care of any of us. I called up their office again and.nobody answered so I left a message andl eft with making the pick up. It was an absolute waste of time.

Its located at the end of road in left side entrance for semi-truck . Dock s are at the back . If you have dry-van go to dock no 16 . Its blind back. Little bit tight spot. Good to be on appointment time . But even late isnt a big problem. Take about 2 hours to unload..

Great distribution of building materials place, excellent service, despite the big place they get you out of there in minutes.

Terrible customer service experience, which is unfortunate because Ive done business with this company before in other states and have nothing but great things to say! It was overly apparent from the moment my call was answered the employee who took the call didnt want to be there and wasnt interested in assisting me whatsoever. Take your business elsewhere.
