What a nightmare! Our hardwood flooring, distributed by Galleher, is flawed. It is Somerset engineered wood, Hickory Saddle, from the Character Collection. It was installed in February, 2019, by Marquez Wood Floors of Huntington Beach, CA. When we noticed the new floor planks were splitting and cracking, Marquez contacted the Somerset distributor, Galleher. A representative named Toni finally visited our home to inspect the floor in June, 2019. Since then, Marquez has contacted Galleher, the distributor, as well as Somerset. The distributor representative, Carl Mattingly, no longer responds to Marquez. Our installer then contacted Somerset directly, and it said we have to deal with the distributor, Galleher. Now we are in October. The floor has been a problem for 8 months, and nothing has been done. SOMERSET FAILED TO HONOR THEIR 25-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY, and GALLEHER IS NOT EVEN RESPONDING!

Need to work on there customer service. They have new employees that need more training. Over all great place .

Worst place to go workers that are at night look like they are under the influence so sad
