Manager to say the least wouldn’t help me no respect or love for their customers explained my story and she wouldn’t buy it and didn’t even care didn’t even say sorry that she couldn’t help me. Very unprofessional. Glad I didn’t give her my business that place deserves to be shut down so she looses her job. Called the GameStop where I lived explained my story to her and she was very happy to help me and to exchange my products for new ones since I do have warranty and didn’t get to a chance to get a new one because of the pandemic. That’s the only reason why I didn’t get a new one exchanged. But this girl here didn’t have no heart. But it’s cool what goes around how you treat your customers will go around back to you.

Pretty much like other GameStops. Employees dont know how to look for a particular product and seemed utterly confused. Their response was Call Customer Care. Well Customer Care asked me to come to the store.

Just took my son so he could trade in a xbox one controller he bought from them he was smart and got insurance. We had to do curbside dude said we can get insurance on his new controller we a 5 dollar charge to just have my credit card ready once he opened the door he said no credit or debit card or cash only gift cards.... wth lousy service

This gamestop has a great staff and are extremely helpful.

Ive been coming to this game stop for 4 or 5 years now. Always a good time. Theyve switched employees quite a bit in that time, Noone seems to stay put. But the people who come in for replacements are always very friendly and knowledgeable. Never had a bad experience here.

This gamestop is my favorite place to go. They are super nice and very helpful. It is also not that busy here. The employees are very polite and the store is very clean. I definitely recommend this store.

I had an issue with a sales rep, however, I contacting the store manager Luis and he made the wrong a right. Excellent customer service on his end. I feel that some people can really ruin a company image, but luckily GameStop hired the right person, Luis, to help correct this. Thanks for your customer service Luis.

I am a gamer so I always love coming here but the staff is always helpful and they rotate the non gaming stock pretty often, like the clothes and toys and collectibles. Its always fun a for a big kid like me to go in there and just talk gaming sometimes.

As previous reviews stated, great customer service. Perfect example was today when Alex posted a sigh stating how many NES Classics were in stock and that only one per customer. Other retailers I went to today didnt do that, so you were really risking it by waiting. They posted a sign and once the 10 people were in line that was it, no more guessing. He even opened the store early to get us in and out fast. Tje other times Ive been there he is very helpful and very knowledgeable. Great place, will definitely go back and talk shop with him.

Been here a few times, always a negative experience not sure if it’s just all GameStop’s or this one in perticular never have advertised items, workers with attitude or pushy trying to get you to buy what you don’t want .unorganized and bad management.

First time in this store. Was passing thru from Downey and id figure to try it out. As soon as i walked in store was clean. Knowledgable staff. Very polite and helped me find the two games i was looking for. Would highly recommend this store

Known in the store know the staff pretty well had issues with staff prior to these ones seemed lazy but everyone now knows a lot about games and gove great advice on purchases they feel might not be the greatest (games sucking) very happy!

I used to come here all the time for amazing service, the fact that I bought a new game and they gave me the wrong game is sickening, why give me the wrong game in the first place this just shows why you buy videogames digitally now instead, especially from gamestop.

They say this if you are going to buy pokemon game you have to have a ID. Said no and they liked me out

The girl needs training..as to how much time she needs to give each customer...she almost took 30 minuts...and wants to sell the whole store to each customer...she moved the starting point of line 3 times..
