Carlos was helpful and attentive, had issues with my old phone and walked out with a brand new phone with great offer and trade in credit.

If you have the chance please deal with customer service over the phone. Do not go to the Santa fe springs store. They told me it was impossible to transfer a existing number from at@t to my plan which was completely false. And said my only option was to open a new line and buy a new phone. Well a 20 min phone call with customer service changed all that we got a better phone for cheaper didnt have to sit there for 2 hours. Its sad their only incentive is to sell phones and add lines. Complete shame

Bianca was extremely helpful. I have never been assisted so exquisitely. She made sure I was more than happy with my new iPhone purchase. She really went above and beyond to help my family and I with our new iPhones. Even after the store closed she continued helping us with a smile on her face! I am super grateful for all her service!
