Looked like a cool shop, until they said they were Closed when they still had time on the open sign, customers inside and they wouldnt let us in to purchase. The Manager turned us away.

This place has a great variety of potential gifts and the staff is incredible. I had been in the shop just last weekend and purchased two beautiful mugs. When I got to Long Beach I could not find them. I called the shop and made contact with Manager Stephanie. she was very sympathetic and helpful. she took pictures of the mugs and sent them to me and I was able to reorder the gifts. She went totally out of her way to help me and resolve my problem. You go Stephanie. I hope this place appreciates the great employee you are. I know I do.

They have a lot of really cute clothes but make sure you try things on before you buy em because they are very begrudging when it comes to refunds. Basically had to beg the girl at the counter to refund me when my shorts didnt fit.

Let alone that it’s expensive even for defective last call sale products. Some of the staff are not trained well and are put during busy times on the cash. I realized after a week that she added an item that I didn’t buy, I just asked her about the price and never took it! That’s after along time of punching wrong numbers! I wanted to check an item at full price. She kept saying but this is on full price and I kept explaining that I know and I would like to check this item! Seriously, that was one of the worst experiences ever!

Great store and 1 of the spots on the boardwalk that the Lost boys was filmed in front of!

Good selection, but like most tourist stores they are way overpriced.
