The company was very professional and prompt on coming to measure the sliding door. Installation was also good. They were very good on keep me notified when the door was coming in.
From first phone call to final walk through and the 2 days of installation, Kelli, Jason, Cody, Bernie and their crew could not have been more helpful and communicative.Their quote was fair and never was there even a hint of upsell. Neat, polite, quick and thorough. When I called Kelli after completion to discuss how I wasn’t satisfied with the board anchoring the very large sliding door, she sent a crew out 2 days later and they replaced it with a nicer look.
All the workers were very polite and very neat. The workmanship is excellent. Price was very good. Kelli in the office always responds quickly. Very helpful.

It was an excellent experience from start to finish with Lighthouse Windows - the estimator was knowledgeable and helpful, the scheduling and communication with the office was very accommodating and friendly, and the installation crew was on time, worked hard to get the job done right and done timely, they were respectful of our home and friendly too. Couldn’t ask for more.
Terrific!! From the estimator (Gus), office staff and crew to install. Everyone so nice, ontime courteous and knowledgeable!! Very Happy with my New Milgard windows!!
I had this company do an install some time ago.It was a special deal. The windows have helped to warm my house. The glass is clear and the frames are white. They did a fairly decent job of cleaning up,They took two days to do the install. It was cheap.... I cant complain because I knew it was cheap, they cut the old windows out shoved the new ones in place and caulked all around them to hold the new ones in place.I agree with one of the reviewers about the manager of the shop bring overwhelmed, along with poor communication inthe office and ordering issues . (You can most likely blame those problems on all the regulations, costs, and fees, that are required to run a small business in California!)The things I find that I struggle with long after the install is, the style of windows that I ended up with cant be left open at all unless theres a stick in the window which seems rather archaic . You can find screw attachment latches to put in the place but they pierce the plastic and damage the frame. So really the only way to have the window open at all and have it be secure without damaging the frames is by having a stick in the framework. I have one extremely long stick that I keep in there when the windows are closed and I dont want to be opened it all and then I have another size stick that I use for when Id like to prop the window into position with theres enough airflow when Im not in the house . 🤔Finally feeling well enough to get out there and wash the windows, and take the screens out.I found that once I FINALLY got the screens out of many of the windows.I couldnt get them back in. AT ALL??I now have several damaged screens.I cant for the life of me figure out how they got put in to start with! after the struggle it took to take them out. Then the realization that they would not go back into place, without damaging them . The one that I did manage to finally get back in the place that took me almost 25 minutes to get out and that up with the paint damaged on the screen me cutting my finger and having to try to find three different tools to get the screen back in the place with .I now have one severely bent screen, and 2 others that Ill probably try to replace and several windows that havent been done because I havent taken the screens out for fear that they would be ruined .usually the style is to try to avoid having the screens at all if you can but if youre like me and the skeeters are out to get you and youre worried about the Zeka a virus, you might want to be able to have your screens in place !A major disappointment. In the end.. You get what ya pay for.
They were efficient, friendly, and easy to deal with. The crew was friendly and when the left at the end of the day they packed up all their trash leaving nothing behind but new windows.
I called to get a quote on a shower door, gave all the specs. Several days later I called and left a VM, saying I needed my quote, was ready to move forward. Left a 2nd VM later that day. That was over a week ago, never heard from them.
They are installing Windows this week.
Great company!
Used to work there
The crew was very professional and respectful.
