Great team here. Fast and were able to get my wife a new rim very quickly after she broke it while driving on a flat tire trying to get to safety. Prices were good and service was pro.

Let me just say a few things that impressed me. The final price turned out to be lower than their initial quote, which was a rare experience. At the bottom line, this is a sign that there is probably no rip-off at this place. (They explained to me why but I didnt fully understand - which didnt matter.) And both of these prices are about half the quote that I initially got from a nearby dealership, which I declined because it seemed excessively high. Lastly, after getting all the service, I inquired about a scratch that my car got some time ago, and Rick took his time to scrub it off using wax. They sure know how to care, attract, and impress customers. Would definitely come back when I need to.

This place tried to rip me off. I had been a customer here for over 15 years. I went for a smog check but failed due to the “visual inspection.” The tech told me I had an exhaust leak and likely needed my manifold replaced, a $500 job. I took the car to my regular mechanic who told me that there was a minor crack in the manifold but that he didn’t see why it would cause a failed test. I took it to another smog place and passed fine. This place has now lost a long time loyal customer due to trying to tip me off. I will never go back.

It’s fast, convenient and the experience has always been great. I recently purchase new tires as well. When my check engine light came up, I didn’t hesitate to take my car to an auto shop I trust. Great service. I bought 4 new tires. Great price for tires and labor. They arrived the next day, I dropped my car off and they called me back in an hour, even put my spare tire back on my crank. Do all my oil and transmission flushes here too. Quality company. I wont go anywhere else.

The five stars going towards their great work, their efficiency, their knowledge towards what they are doing and explaining that to you because were all not mechanics and sometimes wanna know more, and finally their appreciation to have you as a customer. I went for an oil change. I saw one technician seriously spit on the back of my car for no reason while another tech chuckled. Creepy. Although I got a response on this post to check the business, Im positive this is where I went. I changed my review from one star to two since it was really just the one tech but the service was fine and everyone else seemed OK.

I found the TirePros staff to be attentive, professional and very responsive. I dropped in without an appointment and they recommended some preventive maintenance that needed to be done. They got me in and out very quickly including getting some parts for me. I will use them from now on. My second experience was an urgent problem with my Electronic Computer Module quitting on my 10 year old Corolla. Once again, they demonstrated a commitment to making this process go as well as could be expected and went the extra mile for me.

Last week I came over the hill with a clicking sound in my rear tire. By the time I got home the tire pressure warning light was illuminated. After re-inflation by AAA, I drove directly to Auto Express for evaluation. Since the tire had a big bolt right next to the sidewall I needed a new one. The guys showed me the problem then helped me find a new tire since my Volt had no spare and its current tires are no longer manufactured. It took some digging to get me rolling again but Auto Express helped me get the best solution possible. Professional, friendly, and very courteous staff. Go there!

I accidentally put windshield fluid in my radiator overflow resavor. I turkey basted most of it out . My husband took it straight to Auto Express to have it drained and filled. $125.31 later When pulling away from the shop they noticed a water leak and now my water pump which never leaked before has to be replaced.

I went in for a smog test, and although they dont take appointments, I was lucky and no one was in line. So in about 25 minutes I was out the door with all the paper work complete. The price is appreciably lower than the standard prices charged at most gas statins. I mistakenly thought the price quoted was even lower than I had to pay, and when I mentioned it in a response to how well was my experience, Paul offered to refund the difference. Ive been taking my Honda to Auto Express Tire Pros for several years now. I am so grateful for the excellent service, honest advice, and willingness to help me find solutions that are within my budget. This is an all around great shop!

They seriously charged me $220 for oil change, tire rotation, and transmission flush. Ive been here a few times before and theyve never charged for the tire rotation, so seeing a $70 charge for parts and labor was a shock. They also charged me full price for the oil change and didnt give me the coupon discount. Seems like upcharging is the new thing. I was a regular because they USED to have the best prices, but I definitely wont be back after this.

I loved that they are open on Saturdays for oils changes. I didnt love that someone didnt put the oil plug in properly and the plug came out, so did all the oil which seized my engine and now it is dead. It was a really good car that I took very good care of. :(

Terrible experience! I and my family have been going here for quite some time, and service has been going downhill. It seems that once they gain your confidence, they feel they can take advantage of you. My sister was actually told by one of their employees that tires are supposed to lose air! She went there with low tire pressure multiple times and they did nothing even with a warranty. Regarding engine problems, they repeatedly misdiagnosed the issue, taking our money to unnecessarily replace parts. We finally took our business elsewhere, as it seems they reward customer loyalty with deception.

Went in for an oil change on a coupon, received no pressure to upgrade the oil or have to deal with any hidden costs. They did discover a CV boot torn and leaking, gave me a very fair price to replace it, they even had an open bay to do it right then. Out the door in a few hours. Thank you!
