I would highly recommend these guys. They were able to help me get my rear view mirror back on after some troubles with my rain sensor. 24/7 answers to my inquiry, service was fast and friendly. Got my window replaced in 2 days. Did a relatively good job cleaning the broken glass, though I still find a few micro shards in the seats.

Called because I thought my windshield was leaking. The owner diagnosed it as a clogged sunroof drain, told me how to dry out my soaking carpets to avoid mold and repaired for a very reasonable cost. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast and efficient repair! What more can you ask? Also I appreciate being educated without being talked down to.

In from out of town and picked up a crack in windshield. They took me in right away, 30 minutes later I was driving with an invisible crack. Professional in their approach and great quality. This is the first time I have had a pit repaired because most of the time I wait until it needs replacing. I would use them again without question because I cant even see the pit and a lot cheaper than a replacement.

Very expedient and professional replacement of my Tundra windshield. I was worried a replacement would not be as good as factory, or there would be noticeable damage to my truck during the replacement.Ryan did an amazing job and made it look like brand new again. More than that, I think the truck is actually quieter now, even on the freeway. Great work.

I had a absolutely destroyed front windshield from vandalism while on a vacation trip. The owner came in on his day off on a Sunday and ordered that glass early in the morning and had me on the road by early afternoon! Had to get a power window window replaced, and having had poor experiences in the past was nervous about getting it fixed while being an out of towner. My expectations were exceeded. Called to make the appointment, window came in promptly and was fixed within a day! I was very impressed with the speedy fix and with the communication of staff. The owner was lovely to work with and I would recommend this for anyone who needs glass repair. My window works great and has no problems, with a working auto-up feature to boot.

Way too expensive!My window was broken over a holiday weekend, and not wanting my truck to sit on the street for 3 nights without being able to lock it, I used the glass shop that could get it done the fastest. I have used another local shop in the past, but he was not open.I called Sam at Absolute Auto Glass, and he was able to order the window and get it installed the next day. Sams service was very good, and I believe he did a quality job installing the window, but his price was almost double what other quality local shops would have charged. My insurance will not cover even half of what Sam charged because his cost far surpasses their standard for what they believe to be a reasonable price. After calling around to other shops, I tend to agree with them.

I called absolute while we were in Santa Cruz for a quote very nice gentleman he was very thorough gave me a quote of nearly 500 plus dollars and Im sorry but thats $150 more than Safelite and $350 more than C & Js in Salinas

Next day service. Our Honda Civic windshield was replaced and ready in less than an hour- even though we dropped the car off 30 minutes late for our scheduled appointment. The staff was accommodating and efficient. We would definitely recommend and use Absolute Auto Glass in the future for any windshield replacement or repairs. Pricing is reasonable too.

Sam (the owner of Absolute Auto Glass) goes ABOVE and BEYOND for his customers!!I got a referral to go see Sam at his shop in Santa Cruz from a buddy of mine who’s worked with him before. I live in Sunnyvale and trust me, he’s worth the drive! I work M-F and mentioned I would have a hard time making it into the shop during the week. Normally, Absolute is closed on the weekends. But Sam generously offered to come in on a Saturday for me! I was working on a friends car and I accidentally cracked her windshield now I have to back up a little bit because I had gotten a seal for the windshield from this place because it seemed very reasonable and the owner I believe it was the owner because he was so helpful I couldnt believe it gave me tips on how to put the seal in sold me some sealant and I could tell he was concerned that I was doing the job myself but he gave me so many helpful hints he didnt have to do that but he did so naturally when I cracked the windshield I took it to him to get replaced I was not disappointed they did a top-notch job they went so far as to put a sticker that was on the old windshield back on the new windshield, I dont even know why they took the trouble to do that, it was a sticker that said when the next tire service was going to be for the person who owned the van and Ill be darned they put the sticker on the new windshield like itd never been cracked. This is an excellent place and very fair priced because I checked out it, you know how easy it is to check prices these days will this place came in number one.

I came in pretty emotional, you know, When it rains it pours. My side passenger window was broke in two areas, the glass and regulator. I didnt have a bunch of cash. He took me in right away, was efficient, friendly and empathetic and oh so helpful. His son is adorable too!

I bought my son a new truck and went to get it washed and the back window was leaking a lot, almost like the sound you would here in the shower.Needlessly to say I needed a back window replacement and two chips filled on the front windshield, which by the way you cant see anymore, and the back window doesnt leak either.All in all I would refer Absolute Auto Glass to my family and friends. Their customer service and workmanship is high quality. Im extremely pleased and they got the job done in the time frame they said they would. Thank you for that!

Was a customer, will not ever be again. To be fair, I understand the situation, however punishing a client for their technologically ineptness (Absolute Auto Glass) and making the customer do the work to prove they have been a customer leaves room for improvement. The dude doing the work is an ace, super cool guy that does great work. Furthermore, the person inside, Samir, is nice, however I would never send anyone there nor will I ever go back as I was treated poorly. I made an appointment that wasted well over an hour of my time and then I solved the problem myself...as I was mocked out the door. Bridge is burned and I hate having to write a poor review for a local business.

Owner and team worked extra hard to accommodate my schedule even after I made an error in my specifications. Highly recommend. Will return for future glass work.

Terrible Customer service.I own a small transportation company in Santa Cruz and we have used absolute a few times over the years for windshields, windows and what have you.Most recently we took a van in to get the windshield replaced becasue of a crack. It was a little on the expensive side but I trusted their work. Well, either the piece of glass was warped or they installed it incorrectly because it was making me and my drivers sick to the stomach to drive for long periods of time.This is not the problem, I totally understand that weird mistakes can happen. The problem lies in how they are handling it.They told us to bring it back so they can look at it, at which point they agreed that there was a major problem with it. They also agreed that theyd replace it free of cost to me. All of this is great. I took it back for its appointment at 9am. They guy behind the counter could not be more annoyed that I was there and told his employees that I need to inspect the glass.I went outside and both of the other people were very nice to me, cleaned the windshield and asked what I thought. Well, Im not the expert, they are...so I said it looked fine and the tech told me that it would be about an hour or so. I said great and decided to go for a walk while I waited.The guy in charge comes out after me and tells me I need to inspect the windshield. I thought to myself I dont work here man but I went back to look at it again. It looked fine to me but I have no idea what Im looking for. He then explains to me that they will not be doing this again and that this one is final.Here is where I have a problem. Im not sure what the threat was about or why they are putting the blame for this entire situation on me. They clearly are annoyed by all of this.I went for a walk, returning an hour and a half later a d they hadnt even started on it. I told the dame annoyed guy that was in charge that one of the techs told me it would be about an hour, he told me that he was expecting to have it all day. He did offer to move it up but said it would still be a couple hours. Why did they have me bring it in at opening, which was the time they chose, if they didnt have tome to do it? Thats why we make appointments.

The employees are very genuine. I came in to have a crack filled, that ended up being two smaller cracks next to each other. They filled them both for the price of the original one.I can barrely even tell i had a crack in the first place now. They knocked it out of the park.
