There people took a week to change my tires and one rim. They are not very productive at ordering parts and tracking them. They could of done so much better.

Charged my son to inspect the body damage from an accident but didnt actually fix a single thing. Just sent it out for mechanical repair, and gave a used transmission when insurance would pay for a new one.

Good place. Convenient. Communication pretty good given I was abroad and had 14 hour time difference. A friend picked up and dropped off car. Turo rental minor accident. Will use again. Alex was great.

Soda did not remove rust properly

Mike was my mechanic and he went above and beyond in helping me out. Originally, I went to an autbody shop adjacent to Santa Cruz Autobody and they gave me an outrageous quote for changing my oil and running a computer diagnostic. Keep life simple- see Mike if you want an honest and affordable mechanic that will get the job done.

Extended the completion date 5 times car was in the shop 2 1/2 times longer than originally quoted and on top of all that when I picked up my car the breaks were completely gone and nobody in the shop would take responsibilityDont go here its a headache
