Great place for many things has a Ross and a Big Five and a grocery store along with food and a cvs.

Typical Southern California small/medium shopping center. They have a mix of retail shops and restaurants. The major stores are Ross Dress for Less, Smart and Final, CVS, Big 5 Sporting Goods and Petco. There are several fast food restaurants, a Chinese Restaurant (The Mandarin Palace) and a local cafe Fresco, Luna Grill, and a Pizza place Blaze Pizza plus a few others. Nothing special but plenty of parking and convenient location.

Love the old security guard that fought in Nam. The restaurants and stores have lost some of its charm since the good ol days when bockbuster and Mandarin palace were jamming.

Its always a good time when we go to 5 points! This time we went to lunch at Islands 🏝️, went to the outside art show, I went to Lens Crafters to get my eyeglasses repaired, and to donate 2 sets of lightly worn prescription glasses that wear still like new, to their program for sight! It is a good cause. I like to help! 🤗

I went to Panda Express. Another problematic experience. The side I ordered had all vegetables and no beef. Again. Had to go back in there and get what I paid for after walking all the way to my vehicle. Not only do they do this all the time, but the manager reluctantly gave me the beef I paid for when I went back there, but with no apologies, just a look of defiance in her eyes.

Store is clean and safe- no water on the floor. Was overcharged for a product- as is the case with most grocery stores. They refunded the difference.

I like to shop at Ross, occasionally at Petco and T-Mobile is there, as well Subway, a really good Mexican food restaurant, Monys, CVS, a McDonalds, I think and La Cumbre Pet Hospital has been there for as long as I can remember. Several other little stores as well and across the street from Target, an auto body shop- OReilleys, I believe and La Cumbra Shopping Center. Dated, the logo design hasnt changed since the 70s and none of the stores are eclectic, unique, new or a real draw. Just ok.

I love living close to 5 points! Theres everything I need there, walking distance from my home! Its always very peaceful and serene there. They have Starbucks, cvs, and Ross! All great places and friendly service!

Very well organized and stocked with a large variety of products. Yet, they always seem to have large lines behind a small number of cashiers.

This shopping mall was very convenient for people trying to spend time with their family and also trying to buy things for them. Many shops have their specialty in needs. Several places allow your kids as well to spend some time an indoor playground to play. If you are local, this place has several shops that offer enhancement brands.

Great shopping center! Alot to offer. Had food at la salsa which was delicious, fresh made Mexican food. The ross had great choices. And there is a Starbucks also all in this shopping center and so much more! Didnt have much time to explore more, but very good stop for what we needed!

Five Points Shopping Center has something to offer with a variety shops and a few places to eat and I can think of only one negative about Five Points and that is the rude employees at Ross, other than that I can dig it.

Amazing employees I became ill and fainted due to seizure disorder I fell and got hurt and couldnt drive stand up or anything and the manager told another staff member to help me out due to her not being able to leave register and she gave me her lunch, drink, called for help for me, and didnt leave my side the whole time until help came and she knew I was safe.

This shopping center has quite a few retail stores and restaurants located here.Parking is adequate, but can be busy at certain times of the day. Big 5, CVS, Smart and Final, Starbucks are a few of the places located at this center.Handicapped parking is available. This is an outdoor style shopping center.

Destination for all the things you need restaurants, pet food, groceries, phone, yoga and sports oh and a cvs and Ross perfect outing for shopping

Great shopping mall right in Downtown Santa Barbara! There is a Nordstrom and many other shops! We loved that the holiday decor was still up! I was happy to see security patrolling the area but it was very safe.

I have always loved this strip mall that has lots of stores that I like to shop in Starbucks Ross blenders Smart & Final on Big 5 and everyones really friendly

Quick and easy center.

Parking lot is a nightmare.

Food, shopping, grocery store, phone shop,fun, all at one place. This shopping center is huge with lot of stores. Best part is lot of parking available so we dont have to worry about that. It has Ross, blaze pizza, TMobile store, Starbucks, Smart and Final etc . Pretty much everything which can keep us busy, shop and enjoy the food. It has a karate learning centre next to Ross for kids as well. Overall a good ambience place. I often go there and spend hours with my family.

CVS pharmacy at five points shopping Center tax you really clean shopping center well-maintained pretty good security all the stores are real good the only promise CBS itself is they need more staff in the pharmacy every time you go in there you got to wait a half an hour to 45 minutes or more just to get your medication and its ridiculous and they need more staff back there in the pharmacy other than that the store is really clean even the bathrooms

Shopping center has variety of stores. Blaze Pizza is great, if it stays open. Parking is always a challenge. Entrance from State Street is way too small. Should have been redesigned years ago. Having Big 5 and CVS and Smart and Final all in a row makes it pretty crowded. Overall good food and good shops make it a good place to shop for whatever you need.

Nice shopping center, with Smart&Final, Big 5 Sporting goods, Ross and a few restaurants. Parking can be an issue on a busy day. Lot was recently re-modeled and the layout decisions taken are at least surprising... Hence a 4-star review

Last great sporting goods store in SB.... Got all the best hard to find never knew you needed it or it existed kind of shopping experience. Like a hard to find stuff catologe.... And prices are better than fair.... Cant go in without coming out with something☺☺☺

Good store for getting brand-named athletic/tennis shoes on sale. Sometimes the right size availability may be an issue, especially for the shoes which are on sale. The store staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful, both at the front cashier counters and in the back sections.

Hopefully this review gets to upper management for the poor quality of customer service that was provided in hopes to gain sales for the store locationI called in was was prompt to customer service. Leo the employee at this location answered and when I told him I had a SKU item number ready he said ok. Then I read the first numbers and then he put me on hold without any reason. So I waited for another 5 minutes and then called back.He answered the phone and when I provided the SKU item number he advised it wasn’t in stock. I then inquired as to other items related to the previous SKU item. Leo proved me 3 related items and then announced that he could not give me every related item.This is customer service??? I’m a dog owner and I was willing to even purchase a larger bag of organic dog food or optioned out for the same brand but different food item. $64 could have been purchased from this store location. I will never go to this Petco or call in to inquire. My customer service wasn’t met. If I could give Leo a rating it would be a 100% negative 5 out of 5 stars.

Parking can be a little tough but its a great one-stop-shop location to get all of me essentials for the week. Some of my favorite spots: Ross, Starbucks, CVS, Blaze Pizza.

We love this shopping center so close to home. It has Ross Dress for Less, Subway, Massage Envy, Starbucks, Smart & Final and Mandarin Palace. We love this place. If we never went anywhere else it has all a person needs!
