Just bad. Couldn’t return my direct tv equipment because their “system” wouldn’t let them. They sent the person in front of me to a mailbox across the block instead of just accepting his package. The two women in there genuinely couldn’t be bothered to do any work.

I came to get a form notarized. I was assisted by Mark Pavazlelos, he greeted me as I walked in, and really took his time to help. He was patient and helpful. Let me just add Im a nurse and pride in customer service, this man has 5 star customer service. Definitely would recommend this UPS.

Go somewhere else for your amazon returns and needs this store is disrespectful to its customers and I will never enter here again. If you dont want the contract then dont sign up for it!

I have been calling for a couple of days within the hours they are open and they never answer! Today I got someone in the line and when I told them I was just checking to see if they still had a package I had to go pick up he said he didnt understand my question, so I repeated my question and he said you want to pick up a package? Asked for my last name and then said yeah I have one for you and hanged up. Very rude. He sounds like and older person you would think he would have better customer service.

I had a very bad experience today. This guy at the ups store was so rude. I asked him a simple question about how to post the mail and he got mad. He needs a temper management therapy. Or if he doesn’t like his job he can quit. I won’t go back there anymore. Not recommend

You close at 6:30pm, not 7pm. It’s easy to update your hours of operation, so don’t blame COVID. Stop inconveniencing customers

Very thorough and detail-oriented service. The young man who is works there is always so calm and polite each time I’ve need to mail something out. I never have to wait too long, he is very efficient. I highly recommend!

I agree the personnel disregard customer service as if it were a privilege. I agree customer service is the the least favorite thing to do, however, when done it makes people leave happy and thing get done quickly. In particular there is this female with short black hair, Ive only gone there twice. The first time she was busy with another customer and she glared at me when I put my 20lbs box on the edge of the counter next to the other register that she was not using to ring out the other customer. Then the second time I went to send another box this time is was not as heavy and a quarter empty. She asked why I was sending the box in such a way because I had also asked her to tape the box shut due to me running out of tape. My box was being sent to Chicago for me to pick up when I arrived. I ended up receiving my package cut down to the size of its contents which I would have been okay with if she had spent more time and actually taped it right. I received the package with the contents spewing out of the corners that had torn due to her cuts and lack of tape to cover it up. I am very displeased with her, and for that reason I say I will never recommend this store and will direct people elsewhere. Note*** The contents of my box were seemingly unvaluable yet they are valued at a good $200+ dollars. Thus why I took the time to make this post.

Absolutely horrible. Do not come here there are plenty of other locations. The customer service is non existent. The employees who work here are always exceptionally rude. I ignored it until I could not any longer. I decided to change locations and it was the best decision Ive made. Nobody needs the negative energy the employees at this UPS bring. Save yourself the bad experience and go elsewhere.

I like this place. They have an older guy and woman working here who make small talk when I pick up my package. They never asks what is inside but I tell them. We make small talk about the product if there isnt a line then I leave. I enjoy that. Common human courtesy and conversation. Kinda rare to find these days.

Have yet to get bad service here. The employees are always amicable and give me the help I need to send my parcels. Packages arrive in great shape to their destination! :)

Came in to mail a gift and being the holidays i was in a hurry. When it came time to pay i had to go through my entire purse...well lucky for me the owner notified me that i could leave my mail with him and hed mail it for me.....time saver!!!!!!

I was in n out in less then 10 mins. We were easily helped by the both employees at the store one greeted us and the other assisted us with the package we needed to send out. Will go back, if I ever need to ship anything from ups.

I know there are lots of bad reviews but my experience was positive. The guy who helped me was very friendly and even explained all the options I had for shipping a large box I was dropping. Today Im going back to send another box. I hope Im treated the same.

WORST UPS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! I was ignored completely. I went to this UPS in particular because it had okay reviews compared the the rest UPSs in the area. I arrive and I was the only customer there. Apparently this short chubby woman was taking inventory or trying to find something; I waited for 5 minutes while i was in plain site of her. After 5 mins I left without sending my package. I HATE this woman, how in the world can she just ignore someone like that. She should be 100% fired, I bet I am not the first, nor will I will be the last. This woman was working here, Monday, August 29, between 12pm and 1pm. UPS please do something about this.

I sent a wedding gift to my cousin (priceless family heirloom) and it was not received weeks later and sent back here to this North Bristol store. No attempted delivery notice was given to me or the receiver. Strange since other peoples wedding gifts were delivered by UPS without incidence. This store said I would have to pay again or pick the package up. I had already paid $52 to send it. I asked for the owner, Mark and he was on vacation. I called UPS Corporate for the second time and pleaded with them to call this store to give them personally the instructions which I had already reinterated with them previously so the package would be sent out again for no charge. UPS Corp. approved a reservice. Six weeks later I find out that the bride did not receive the package. I call this store again and asked for the owner, Mark. He told me it was not his problem and luckily for me the package was still there and he was ready to trash it. In fact I should be owing him for storage. I was taken a back by his rudeness and unprofessionalism. He pushes it all on UPS corporate & UPS corporate said he should be the one reinbursing me for the service I did not receive. UPS probably would send this store for another reservice to resend it but no thanks. I dont trust this store especially with these family heirloom crystal wine glasses that I hold dear.

I cant believe, this was the worst ups store! The lady was so rude and i had 12 big Box, I went inside and waiting for 5 minutes to finally she showed up! I ask if i can get the dally and she told me NO you cant have it, if you dont want to bring them inside, go to other UPS Location!! I never go there any more! I ship up to 50 box a month with UPS, Maybe its time to go Fedex!!!
