Bought an LCD. They gave me a broken LCD and when I returned it they said I caused the physical damage, so it cannot bw taken back. very sketchy people. Dont recommend at all.

Beware !!! Do not buy from this company. I ordered a digitizer for a Galaxy 4 LT720. The part I ordered said it fit that exact model. It did not. I returned it and never heard back from them again. Ive emailed and called. I got no response from either. When you call the number that is on their website, you find out that isnt even a number for anybody that works there.

I have been buying parts from WirelessPartsInc since 2015. As a mobile technician I needed a fast and reliable vendor. I usually place my order online and within minutes I can go to the warehouse and they have my order ready. Like any other place sometimes you get defective parts but Henry will always take care of me. Prices are the best in the area.

Reliable. I needed iPhone parts and my original wholesaler was out of stock. All parts worked fine and they shipped fast. Only used iPhone parts from them and havent had a issue so far.

Have been buying parts for two years from these guys. Tammy was awesome at first. Parts have decreased in quality and they now have horrible, horrible customer service. Will not respond to emails now, phone calls etc.. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company, have receipts to prove it. But I will not anymore. Theyve shipped several defective parts in which I followed to the T on their return policy and they will NOT make it right!! Ive moved to group vertical and its been great so far. If you are looking to buy any cell phone parts, do not buy them from here. Horrible customer service and low quality parts. I own a small repair company in the area and was looking for a local dealer to supply me with parts. I was very disappointed with the quality of the parts that I received. About half of the screen that I received do not work properly. All the small part items (flex cables, charging docks, cameras) were defective. You know how embarrassing it is to tell a customer that you could not fix their phone because the part that you bought is defective? I understand that you might get a bad part here or there, but this is a reoccurring problem with this company. Donot even bother with their 30 day warranty. They will just ignore the RMA request. I will not recommended this company to anyone. You are better off ordering the parts online.

I should have looked at the reviews. This place was convenient for me because I live close by but after getting multiple defective parts I felt that I needed to warn others about them. Please do not get any parts from them that are not cases or batteries otherwise I feel that youll just be wasting time and money.

This place is the only place I shop for cellular repair parts. If a part is defective, take it back and theyll replace it. The parts are super cheap and the quality is approximate to what a shop is going to use to repair the phone anyway.

It is very unfortunate that people have to go to extremes to hear back from businesses like this one! My experience was terrible. They sent the part fast, the first time. My order was made on 12/26/2013., and Ive got the part 12/28/2013.Unfortunately the part was defective, so we had to send it back... and since 01/20/2014 I have been waiting. So, DONT call me impaciente... because I gave them more time then necessary to send me a new part.Im NOT telling you not to purchase from this company, but be aware of the kind of business they run.My husband and I have been trying to reach them thru the e-mail, phone, website messages..., you name it, weve tried. I decided to call my bank and dispute the charges.

I should have read the reviews but I didnt, so here is my experience with these crooks so called Wireless Parts Inc. First I ordered a part and got double charged for it (who does that?). Second of course the part was defective and never received a refund from them. I called but got no answer these people should be put out of business really. Worst experience better. I suggest you buy the parts off of ebay for the same price or lower and you will get better quality. All their parts are cheap and usually come Dead on Arrival. I have ordered many parts from them and 95% of them have come dead and dont function. They will take your money!!!!! STAY AWAY!!! I been buying for about 10 years and yes there is defects,however I always get taken care of on the rma. I sold to a few bad review guys and I can say some parts they damaged themselves I been doing repairs for 16 years and only unhappy customers leave negative reviews so Im taking the time to say is individually want the cheapest and the highest quality. And spend $300 bucks and they want vip service lol. I been there when techs buy parts and complain and are rude so wireless parts so far has been reliable and fair.

The parts are cheap. I bought a screen for an iphone6 and the screen unglued from the LCD. Oh, and by far one of the worst customer service experience.

I bought a couple lcd’s for my business from here, all of them didn’t work. And when I asked if I could exchange them, I was yelled at by the owner. This place doesn’t accept returns or exchanges. Everything is sold, “as is.” This place highly lacks professionalism. Definitely don’t go here if you need a LCD.
