I just want to say . I have bought several computers from Lee at Link tronicsHis machines are always in great shape. Prices are very fair . I Wish I could deal with more sellers like him on Amazon. His first order of business is to take care of the customer. His computer knowledge is amazing.

I purchased a 32bit laptop from Link Tronics on Amazon. The screen immediatley started showing lines. I paid over $13 to have the computer shipped to me and then had to pay over $27 to ship it back to them. I followed the return rules that THEY had posted on Amazon. I then contacted them to complain about paying something for absolutely nothing and they told me that I did not have to pay to ship the laptop back to them. But then they only wanted to refund $13 (as opposed to $27) as I had not contacted them directly about the return. I explained to them that I didnt buy it directly from them and was returning it via Amazon as per their return policy on Amazon. They then responded that they could find nothing wrong with the laptop, but that they werent going to charge me a re-stocking fee. They took my money, sold me damaged goods, wasted my time and called me a liar. Do not do business with Link Tronics. Ever.

Hi. I bought a refurbished Lenovo X230 via Amazon and I am very happy with my laptop. It is a very good looking machine, but I never expected this laptop to look that good. Looks almost brand new and works very good. I am using it to write this comment while listening my favourite Internet Jazz Station located in California by the way. Although this is an old machine It performs very good. In my opinion It is better to buy something like that than buying a brand new machine with an Atom, a Celeron or even a Core m3 processor. Thats what I think. Shipment was very fast. It was well packed which was important to me because after arriving to Florida It hat to be sent to my country in Colombia, South America. It just arrived one hour ago to my house after Customs approved the importation. Thank you so much. Well done. Regards.

I brought a laptop for my daughter for Christmas and you cant even see the images on the screen! There is no sound either. Ive been trying to contact Link Tronics for days with no answer and theres no answering machine to leave a machine. You ruined my daughters Christmas. Thanks a lot.

These people are horrible. They send me a laptop on Black Friday and didnt tell me that Wifi wont take their kind of laptop systems. They ruined my daughters Christmas and now I have to try to fix her gift. If you are looking for a company that wants to help you, this one is not it. They sell cheap computers which attract hardworking people and they dont work right. Hopefully, you wont make the same mistake I made by purchasing their computers.

Ive been using Linktronics for over 10 years. Mostly for computer memory. You can bring in your computer and they will analyse it, see if you memory is good and sugguest if the computer needs more memory for free. They cant be beat on their memory prices. They do offer tremendously discounted prices on uses/refurbished computers. If there is a problem, they will take care of it. I did buy a new computer from a major dealer that was bad, so the situation is not unique.

Great service
