Lying to your customers is not a good way to run a business! I was looking for something for my Camera and found it on Amazon. I bought my Camera from MoJo and wanted to help out the local Small Biz guys–not Amazon, so I called them and asked if they had the same kit and how much it was. The guy on the phone said they had it and they could give it to me at the same price that Amazon had it for. So I drove over (20 min). When I got there the manager said the best he could do is $170 + Tax. So I said no thank you and walked out. Why not just be honest on the phone? Why waste an hour of my day. I was a repeat customer! I bought a $2000 camera from them! I was thinking of buying an $800 lens from them! I get it, it’s hard to compete with Amazon. But 30% higher price than Amazon? And lying to me on the phone to get me in the store. FAIL. Never going in there again! The prices are not competitive!

80% of their business is done through “hard sales” strategies and techniques that go right to the borderline of ethical, and then the other 20% of the business shamelessly steps right over that ethical line.I know it’s long review- if u Take anything away from it, it should be… don’t give these guys your business. Go someone else…. There’s plenty of competitors to value their customers and understand the power and providing a quality service or productwho values their customers values their customerIf you call, they will always say they have whatever you want in stock just to get you down to the store, and once you’re there… what do you know? it’s not there, but they never let you see what their inventory- keep it all behind the counter, so of course they are going to try, and move stuff that’s harder to get rid of first…. Like the first MacBook Pro I took home had a little tiny blown out pixels on screen. Subtle subtle but definitely noticeable when you have a black background on start up. Luckily I made it all the way back there within their 24 hour exchange policy- no return or refund ever by the way… yup.They also are doing something with these reviews on Google because just stand in the store for five minutes and you’ll see a solid 50% storm out in a rage because they just got burntSo if it’s your only option, and you have to for whatever reason buy something from them. You know the exact model, condition, and price that you consider fair before walking in the door. I think once they find out that’s all you’ll except somehow magically want to get pulled from the back or found somewhere. That’s my advice

It’s sad and they have ripped other people off I know too.How this place is still open I have no idea. A friend of mine is actually starting a documentary about this place for a new article. This review might be really helpful to new customers. I bought my refurbished iMac over 4 years ago. It is still running strong! I have used it for my small business. I (carefully) take it with me on the road to trade shows to show off some photos and videos of our fishing adventures. It has never faulted me once. I am now looking to purchase a Macbook for my travels and I am sure they will hook me up with a great deal.

My parents got me a phone from this place and ever since updating. It freezes all the time. These phones are most likely refurbished. They will give you so many reasons why it’s happening. They don’t even fix it. If you really want a phone get it from the company itself or an official seller. Where reviews are more visible. 😬

Dont let the location of this place scare you. The outside of the store seems like its in a shady part of town, but the guys that work here really do give you a good deal on what you need. Acima Credit was easy to apply for and use, was in and out of the store within 30 minutes. If paid off in 90 days its interest free, think I paid $50 to take it home that day. Camera and lenses were paid off and I wouldnt hesitate to buy my next camera here again!

This place is amazing. People are very helpful. They deliver good customer service and have most everything that you need when it comes to laptop, camera, lenses and drones.

The computer I was looking for was $200 dollars extra from its original price, and the owner was sarcastic saying stuff about even started laughing about us wanting to buy it and cause it was so expensive, we didnt want it. So I dont recommend this place, but the staff are nice its just the owner is rude.

Great Customer Experience all around. Traveled all the way from Montclair just to obtain an Iphone but walked out with a nice MacBook Air as well as the gentleman assisting me called the finance company and was able to increase the limit to make it happen. I was under no sales pressure at all. He educated me on the differences between the models, allowed me to make a decision based on the facts I obtained from his answers. My apologies I do not recall the name of the man who assisted me. Thank you Mojo Computers and I will return to purchase an Imac once I am done paying off this purchase.

Never buy a used Apple product in this store, they are badly repaired, you pay $ 1000 as long as they finance it so that it will then be damaged in two months because they fixed it badly and they do not help you at all, they are a joke

This is the place you want to get your electronics from. Great prices, great customer service, they treat you like family here. I came in to buy a laptop and had such a wonderful experience with Tony and Mike! They answered all my questions and made sure when I left I was satisfied. My computer works wonderfully and if I ever need tech support I can call them to speak to someone sort of like AppleCare but better! They have a free 6 month warranty if anything happens and also an insurance plan for 2/3 years depending which you choose for a GREAT price and it includes accidents and broken screens. I will probably never buy my electronics from anywhere else!

I bought a MacBook here and made the mistake on not checking in right, the guys gave it to me with a case i thought it was super nice until months later that i was taking the case off to clean it and it was all scrached and banged up like of they hit it with small rocks or sumthing it was cosmetic but cmon i paid for a new one and thats what i get?? I was looking for some serious hardware I had become obsessed with and honestly I didnt have all the money I needed for all the high end camera equipment I was buying. I had $1400 of the $3500 i needed. Mojo Computers offered me an excellent lease deal! Not too mention I lived 1.5 hours away. However, one of their team members Moe, who I found through the phone app OfferUp was so helpful and patient with all my questions, I have no problem driving all the way down to them the day before Christmas. Be careful with what you buy. They dont honor the Tamron 6 year manufacturer warranty. Ask about warranties at other camera stores before you get one from this place and same with camera. I bought a camera and with a lens. They only gave me a year. Other places gave me the full 6 year manufacturer warranty.

I walk in and bought the IPhone 11 PRO mAX WITH 265GB. You have to way to pay off your phone. My phone cost me $1600.00. I made a $400.00 and in two weeks i will pay the remaining price. At first his service was good but after he learned I was Jewish I felt like his demeanor changed. Also, the computers kept on having problem and he did it want fix them. He told me I need to take responsibility for my actions, whatever that means.

Got a Mac Note Book Pro 15-inch model Fourth-generation dual-core Intel Core i5 they put some extra programs on it I requested at no extra cost to me. Service was very good I paid $1000 that other places charge $1,800 to $2,000 for you do get what you pay for. My advice is spend more on a newer Mac modelolder models that are cheaper are not the best way to use the money pay a little more and get something that will last longer and work better. Fantastic service! I found these guys through Facebook and I am so glad I did! I was looking for a new camera and saw their offer for payment plans which is great since Im a college student (photography major)! I went in as soon as they opened and got a 6d Mark ii and a 18-135 mm lens. However, I didnt know that full-frame cameras cannot use the same lenses as cropped frame cameras. When I went back in, they willingly exchanged the lens for a 24-105 mm lens and updated my finance plan without me having to make another down payment! Definitely check these guys out, they will work with you!

I came here with my laptop on Monday because my screen went black for no reason. Spoke to Mo and explain my situation and himself and Jo were absolutely sweet and fast!
