Ventured here as website stated this location had several bikes in stock. Arrived perhaps 10 minutes after looking at the site, to find out there was practically nothing in stock. Another wasted trip. Plus. The place was fairly crowded with so many customers not wearing masks or distancing. I was in and out quick as could be due to the sheer discomfort and irritation at hand.

Extremely crowded hard to park. Out of milk, coffee creamer, juice. Many bare shelves. Not a good shopping experience.

Martha in the bakery department provided excellent customer service and did a beautiful job on my special order of cupcakes. Thank you, Martha for making my party extra special!

A good restaurant, but the interior of vnuttiri is very old, there is no view from the window as such, the prices are normal.

Good Walmart with lots of merchandise and is very big.

Check your pick up groceries carefully!!! The front of my rotisserie chicken was torn off and the package was already open. This is the second time in my last two pick up orders that someone has eaten the rotisserie chicken! I get it, theyre tasty, but this is just gross. I reached out to customer service and all they cared about was giving me a refund. Im more concerned about the hungry employees and customers who are eating all the GD rotisserie chicken while theyre on display to be sold.

No one responds to call and if you lucky they may sure pick up but put you on hold for many hours to respond to small matters.

So big and so much stuff it took two hours to just get past the food. It was close to closing fish my shipping the 2nd day . It was really busy but easy to find help. Ii like to go after the sun goes down or its too hot of a drive .

I went to this Walmart to refill my 5 gallon water bottles. I was hoping to find a pure water refill machine like some of the other supercenters have. I did not find one after searching the entire store. It was a Tuesday evening and the place was crowded, long checkout lines, and there was construction happening both inside the store and in the parking lot causing wait times. New self-checkout machines were being installed. I picked up a few TV dinners from the large freezer section and went home with empty water bottles and a new goal to find a local water vendor. I will probably come back here but on a weekday when its not this busy.

They just got done remodeling and rearranged some of the aisles, but they also added self check out finally which is cool.

I love it, I also love how all the employees stalk you around the store and treat you like your a thief. Its just Walmart, not Nordstroms, calm down guys.

Huge warehouse full of everything imaginable! Very crowded, popular for low prices, easy parking, efficient checkout counter. The actual inventory can be spotty if you are looking for a specific item and not willing to compromise to buy something slightly different than the exact type, brand or color you had in mind. People watching here can provide some entertainment, too. There are large parts of the store sitting empty for some reason. The store layout can be a little illogical in some spots.

Security sometimes act rude or look at you weird even when youre not doing anything wrong. Otherwise, its an alright store if youre trying to buy certain things you need for cheap. Some of the workers are nice and friendly, others just do their job. Theres better stores out there for sure.

Walmart is well Walmart. Thats why I gave it five stars... because the memes, tweets and fashionably dressed customers are basically their advertising and I set my expectations to those and I am never disappointed. :)

I live in Huntington Beach and my local Walmart grocery store NEVER has pick up or delivery times available. I decided to try this store since I was going to be in the area. The pick up staff were very fast and welcoming. My only complaint is when they loaded my groceries, the wither seemed to think it was ok to put water jugs next to or on top of my breads. Walmarts app return is very generous not asking for photo proof and just refunded me right away.

This Walmart is not organized as good as another one.

When I entered the store it seemed clean but as I kept going in more deeper for the school supplies boy. It was so messy very messy like they dont clean up the mess, notebooks everywhere, binders etc. The clothes area again very messy the clothes on the table they were all on the floor nasty people would step on them not even pick it up the workers would walk pass by them ignoring the mess. The beauty area like for makeup and stuff messy some stuff open etc, what a messy store nothing was organized. Get better employees or train them again on how to clean up a mess.

What happened to this Walmart? Lately it is in constant reorganizing of the shelves making it harder to find things. They added more self service cashiers that caused longer lines as there are now less cashier stations.Whatever they are fixing, it is causing headaches

For being a Walmart, its a decent one with lots of choices. Only complaint is the check out lines. They have many check out lanes, but choose to only have 4 open.

Rude staff. Exceeds even what would normally be expected of a typical Wlmrt worker. There should be a category of minus stars purely for Wlmrt.They kept my receipt and didnt give it back to me. Their idiocy and ignorance is only surpassed by their insolence. I hate spending money there.

Barely any parking. Hot, stuffy, over crowded in store. Shelves of merchandise practically empty. I decided to shop here only because I was in the area. Wont be returning to this location. This store needs a more organized Team Manager on the floor.

Great prices and because of that I always feel like they are low on stock or out of things a lot. Waited over 15min on more then 1 occasion for things locked up because staffing was low. But overall the store is good.

Its always clean and neat. There are always employees around so you can ask one for directions if needed. Its a little messy towards the toys for kids are but thats ok.

This particular Walmart has been sadly lacking!Unfortunately, many of the items available in other Walmarts, weren’t available here on multiple visits.There were barren shelves and floor space, as if the store quit stocking items to fill those spaces. A large area of floorspace was covered with only stacked gallon containers of water jugs.The staff were friendly, tho appeared somewhat disconnected. I noticed they were agreeably talking to customers about the shortages.

Extremely busy and stressful place to shop. It’s a Walmart so they have what an average one would have. Everything is completely picked over and disorganized. I found myself having to leave my cart outside aisle because it was so packed you can’t even get around. Nothing against the employees, I’m sure they’re doing their best but I found myself asking other customers where to find things. Employees are so overwhelmed with questions you even find yourself waiting to get help. I talked with other customers and they said it’s always this picked over especially in the fresh meat/poultry section. Finding a decent cut of steak was like nothing even possible; more like just take what you can get. Some Customers I’m sure are regular shoppers are just rude and don’t say anything And will just push your Cart out of the way to get past or around the crowded aisles but I can’t blame them. I found this Walmart extremely inconvenient and not even good for quick shopping trips to so say the least.

I needed a few things that were behind locked glass and there were no workers available sounds small but thats what they are there for an what I went there for.Now I have to go back, pretty smart on your part. Otherwise, a pretty cool day at Walmart.

Find everything that I need at very competitive prices mostly the lowest prices around. I believe is super convenient tha a store like this exists.

This location is little bigger then than some others, but they have pretty much the same variety and products. I liked that you can pay for products at the jewelry department, so lines can be skipped.

I love Wallmart for 1 particular reason; they offer a free debit card called Bluebird that works similarly to the Cash, Venmo, PayPal, Chime apps + prepaid debit cards, but with one key deal breaking difference, you can deposit cash your debit card, (much like Chime card’s), but without being charged. All you have to do is download the app or register online and request a free debit card. Once you’ve received your Bluebird debit card, activate it, then take your cash and card to Wallmart and a cashier or the customer service dept. will take your cash and have you swipe your bluebird. Within seconds your cash will be on your bluebird card and available for you to use immediately. It’s that simple. Chime is similar; you can deposit cash, at several participating locations, but you’ll be charged anywhere from $3 to $10 each time you deposit cash onto your card and which you can only do around 5 times within 24 hours. Whereas Cash app, Venmo, and PayPal apps and prepaid debit cards have NO cash deposit option. BRAVO WALMART & BLUEBIRD!

Today I went with my elderly disabled parents. When we entered the store the greeter yelled at us saying that we used the wrong door and tried to block us from coming inside. We managed to get around him. He kept saying dont make me mad and acted like he was going to hit me. We walked away and he followed us still yelling. He also did that to people that came in after us. Because of that we will not go back to that location.

Every team member at this location always goes above and beyond when packing my delivery orders, and FAST too, Im also always pleased with their selections when it comes to food/produce. The pickup and delivery team ROCKS, even though Im certain that they are pretty much slammed almost all the time these days, still they are so kind and caring when dealing with customers, especially Evelyn- she went above and beyond this last time when there was a crazy mishap with my delivery driver, even though the problem was no fault of the stores or the employees, she was still so kind and helpful and totally fixed the situation ASAP- I almost cried at how kind she was and how quickly they re-packed my order and got it out to me after the driver made pretty much a non-attempt to deliver my order, then said she was going to return the items to the store, but never did!!!!! (So yeah the driver actually STOLE my entire order- diapers included! They use a 3rd party for delivery service, of course as the team members are too busy to make the deliveries themselves) I cant thank Evelyn and the rest of the team here at this Walmart location enough, even though they are very busy and their jobs can often times be difficult, you can still hear the care that they put into their work even over the phone! Thank you guys for being so awesome and just know that you are SO appreciated!!!!!!

I’m pretty sure they mute their phones. I’ve been trying to reach them for over 30 minutes since 1:15 pm.It is now 1:52pm.Have tried multiple departments. I don’t want to drive all the way there to find out what I need is not available. Especially during a pandemic.Poor form.

Online pickup is slow. Why bother making your pick up time at 7 if youre not going to have staff available at 7. Adjust your hours or adjust your staffing. Ive waited 15 minutes numerous times waiting for someone to acknowledge me at pickup.New record! It took a full 30 minutes this most recent time! This is after calling in and attempting to speak with a manager only to get hung up on, at least the wait gave me time to call corporate.7.22 Yet another 15 minute wait, but at least this time I had the company of two others dealing with the same issue.

Much better stock than HB store. Had things in stocks not available at HBWill use this store again. Not too far to drive, but well worth extra drive as HB have never yet gone and been able to get everything I need in one trip.

Booyah Walmart super Center is the bomb-diggity I dig the store because it has a little of everything thing clothing, food and entertainment, Outdoor Equipment and Pharmacy and also the best of all I can get my quarter pounder with cheese right here we have a McDonalds right in front inside the Walmart Center so if you come early you can get breakfast if you come late or later we can get that lunch and dinner but for prices Walmart not too many places that can beat their prices and their items quality are great check cashing place for you workers people employers employees that dont have a bank account and you need to cash it quick and not go to a check cashing place which they charge an arm and a leg Walmarts check cashing is great very very cheap price to get your money thanks a lot thank you Walmart

This place is huge! 😲 The only downside is that its not very clean. 😬 As soon as you walk through the door, the floors are all scuffed up and looks pretty tacky. 😳 And there definitely could be more products on the floor than there is, 🥺 but seeing how big it is and how many people were in the store when I got here, its definitely a busy business. 🤑 I do need to mention that there were workers in every section unpacking pallets and stocking shelves,😁 so its possible that theyre just understaffed. 🧐 Or maybe the staff is just really slow...🤔 Overall its a pretty cool Walmart. Id recommend it... For a Walmart store anyway. 😏

Went today found all items from ink to pillow cases. But staff from electronics not helpful when paying they have you back and fourth from the front of store to the back where electronics then decide to sent back to the front to pay instead of them, I guess they need to work on this. Other than that I was able to find all my items.

Except they were outta plastic shopping bags, now granted it was the day after The 4th of July. The lines ALWAYZ go fast

I used to love coming to Walmart and was a loyal customer for many decades. Although Walmart have improved their facilities and merchandise assortment over the years, their customer service hasn’t improved much. I totally get employees are busy and have to be focused on their tasks, but I’ve seldom seen Walmart employees greet guests or asking guests if they need help (and having a “door greeter” does not count —> these folks act more like security most of time). Walmart does have low prices for some items, but there are other retailers out there that have competitive pricing too for “everyday use items.” Target has done a good job bringing prices pretty low over the years and has more trendy merchandising.This Walmart specifically is very large, is relatively clean (compared to other stores I’ve seen throughout LA/OC), has a large assortment of merchandise (almost feels like 3-4 store types combined into one), has decent facilities (prob because remodeled in last 5 yrs), and is conveniently located on a major cross street in Santa Ana. However, I gave them a 3 out of 5 today because of customer service. I spent 15 minutes looking for something in the electronics section and passed 4-5 employees without being greeted or asked if I needed help. I finally asked someone for help and he bounced me off to someone else (which I get if you’re not a department expert). I don’t expect to be served upon like this was a Nordstrom, but when I asked the electronics department manager (whom rang me up for a HDTV) where I could get a cart for my new TV, she said I need to walk all the way over to the Tire Center and ask for one. She didnt even make an effort to clear the cart she had at the register, help get the cart, or at least help me carry the TV over to the Tire Center so I didnt have to walk back and forth. Next time, I’ll just head to Best Buys and pay a little extra for my electronics. Best Buy will have a more helpful salesperson on the sales floor, bring the TV to my car, and load it for me.

My experience here was delightful. Expedient as heck in the checkout aisle.
