Customer service is always horrible workers act like they’re too cool to talk to anyone so they just sit behind the counter. I took some shoes to sell and they said they were fake and couldn’t be verified maybe they couldn’t match them to the ones they had since they’re known for having fakes. I got my shoes checked elsewhere also on the check check app and passed I double checked them myself and used a black light all cleared out. Hopefully they can get employees with better customer service and can also verify shoes.

I just bought a palace t shirt from this store, and it was a fake shirt! Tag looks totally different, so I can tell that it is fake. But they refund it with good service.
