Today I went into sallys very happy because they were open for the labor day ! Once I went inside my happiness went away ! The first word i hear is WE ARE GOING TO CLOSE IN 5 MINUTES (which is fine), but then while I was shopping around for my hair dye I hear a loud scream WE ARE CLOSING IN 3 MINUTES THEN 1 MINUTE AFTER REGISTER WILL CLOSE IN 2 MINUTES !!!! I felt like they were kicking us out ! Like cant you let shop in peace !!! I felt so disrespected as if I wasnt appreciated as a customer! I always shop at Sallys and always get great customer service. Honestly I do not know why I was treated this way today

Went in wanting to buy some hair dye, but had some questions regarding on what I needed, when I walked in I wasn’t greeted and felt so awkward. There was two associates and we’re both just gossiping so I decided to ask for help. A big girl helps me out with an attitude as if I interrupted their gossip session. What she suggested didn’t make any sense whatsoever so I stood there confused for a while to see if they would bother helping me but they just kept talking. As I was leaving I told her thank you! And she literally didn’t even look at me or respond. Rude employees and horrible customer service. Never coming back

Product variety is good but the girls arent knowledgeable and it wouldnt be a problem as long as they didnt pretend to be.
