I had quite the run around with local automotive repair shops until I decided to come in to South Coast. My advisor, Santos, was awesome! Santos was very helpful, patient, and honest with me about my car and the repairs that were necessary.

I came in to get the water pump inspected because it was leaking. South coast vw took it in the same day and replaced it under warranted no questions asked! Great place and Santos is the man. Very kind person and is willing to help out of his passion for the service department.

I’ve been to several dealerships, (one being a BMW Dealership) but haven’t had such a good experience until I came to the South Coast dealership, Eric is great, he has serviced my vehicle a few times. He always has a wonderful professional attitude! Getting all my questions answered, and will push to meet the customers expectations! My vehicle needed the 30K service done, Eric told me it would be a wait time well over 2 hours but after hearing that I was going to wait for my vehicle in the VW lobby, he took it upon him to help getting my vehicle done a lot sooner!! I would normally get my vehicle serviced at the Ontario VW Dealership where I purchased my vehicle, but I feel very confident in saying I’m extremely happy with the service at Volkswagen South Coast. Our Touareg TDI lost its high pressure fuel pump on the 91 freeway last week and left us stranded. We had it towed to South Coast VW and they had it diagnosed and approved under VW TDI extended emissions warranty in a matter of a few hours. They were able to get the parts in 2-3 days and replaced the entire fuel system by the next day. The communication was on point and still very impressed how quickly and professionally they handled the whole thing! I can’t recommend their service dept enough! Thanks guys!

I used to work with Jimmy as my service advisor and I had been with him for years. He retired unfortunately but I found another good service advisor, Eric. He is really nice and he gives good customer service. I would recommend you asking for him when you go in. Their lobby is always clean and its always a pleasant wait when I do wait for my car. I would recommend this dealership.
