I live about 30 miles away from Daytona Automotive, but it is well worth the drive. Rennie and Robert are the most ethical and competent mechanics I have ever met in my 60 years. They they listen carefully to any concerns about our cars and are also fast, reasonable, and friendly. I highly recommend their shop to all my friends and family. From typical maintenance to major work, this is the best repair shop in OC!

These guys are the best! Top notch service and I do not say this lightly! They are REAL mechanics that know what they are doing, which is incredibly rare these days. Communication and prices are concise... NO bs! Everyone I spoke to was super nice and made sure to ask as many questions as possible and then helped me understand what was going on and what needed to be done to fix the problem with my vehicle.

Ive been looking for a mechanic to work on my old car for a long time. So when I say this place with 24 5 star reviews I scoffed and said what the heck. But I have been blow away by the customer service and impeccable work done by this shop. I have also been very impressed with the pricing, which I would call competitive at worse. 10/10 5 stars. Daytona is an Amazing place. They are not only experts but also very very good human beings. Rene is very trustworthy and honest. Outstanding service, replaced both rear struts after consulting with their supplier; my struts were out of warrantee but the Mejia brothers convinced their supplier to give them new struts at no charge; they removed and replaced both strut assemblies and did not charge me for the labor[ which would have been a lot] What more can a customer ask for. What a blessing; Im retired and on a limited income. I cant thank them enough for what they did for me.

Prices are reasonable, honest mechanic, and always tells you want you really need. I always walk out feeling like I got the better end of the deal.

My sons car broke down in Santa Ana on Sat night. We towed it to Daytona on Sunday and left the keys and a note in the slot on the door. I did not know them at all. They called me Monday morning and got right on the job. Great customer service and more than fair price. I would highly recommend them.
