Said they would put new tires, but they had already been used. They said that they would check why it was leaking from under the car, but in the end they did not look. Very bad place, I do not recommend (

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! CAME TO THIS LOCATION FROM RIVERSIDE TO GET AN ALIGNMENT FOE MY TRUCK HAD MY FAMILY IN THE CAR EDGAR TOOK US IN RIGHT AWAY THEY DIDN’T MAKE US WAIT AT ALL EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD A COUPLE CARS AHEAD OF ME WE WERE IN AND OUT FAST!! Talked to a guy that works there about an alignment and he gave me an annoyed face with a big sigh because i asked him a question about something i wasnt sure about. Not good customer service at all from his part. I left because it was too busy today Sunday but will maybe give it another try just hoping i dont get greeted by that guy again (didnt get his name)

The wife and I ordered a set of four tires like around 10 in the morning today. They told us that the tires would be ordered and onsite at 3pm. We got there at 3 and the  tires were not there, tires arrived around 3:30 and it was a pair of four it was very easy all they need to do was change the tire to do an alignment it would have been done 20 to 30-minute job unfortunately it took them almost four hours to do that while we waited in the lobby I saw multiple cars skipping in front of me to the alignment machine and my car was just dangling in the list for 3 hours then I have to wait another 30 minutes to get another truck out the way so total of 8 Vehicles skip in front of me. I would not recommend this place to anybody, find a better tire shop.

CROOKS alert!!!I got 4 set of ties with 40k warrenty and did alignment by thier mechanics. Few months after two of the tiers worn out (front and back was different types!!!!) So when I asked for using the warrenty they reject and wanted me to buy two new tires from them!!!!( the picture attached showing the tires after only 7 months driving)Yes perhaps they got me and I never step in thier shop again but they wont go far as I tell the story to all reviewers online before try this shop!

Ive come here ever since I was a kid. Great service. Will rotate, allign lift lower just about all your suspension needs in one easy to find location. They get the job done fast even when they are busy.

Jaime is the boss, his staff are hard working and quick when something simple. Parking is very limited, small but every work area is busy working on cars. The great thing is this place is open 7 days a week, opens early so if you arrive early then you have the rest of your day to get things done. You can watch your car from outside and/or wait inside looking through mags. Location is near freeways and shopping areas. I recommend this place to everybody.

Got here an hour after they opened and told them I just needed my brakes and alignment done but guys took three hours just too tell me they wont have time today literally dont ever come here

Experienced staff. Good prices. I have lifetime alignment in Firestone, but they refused to do it for me unless I replaced control arms in their place, I have to 7 days tire center and paid 55$ to do the alignment, as I bought new tires here about 1.5 years Definitely coming back.

After being stranded in the heat all day with a flat tire, my truck was towed to this establishment and was taken care of pretty quick and reasonably priced. They also have a nice lounging area while you wait.

Great place! The mechanics all seem to have decent knowledge on everything I asked them. Very polite also. The shop may be a little hard to see on such a busy street but its not hard to locate at all. Would recommend 10/10 for anyone looking for some automotive help.

Do not get alignment done here! Had to go back 3 times and 3 sets of rear tires later it still not done right. rear tires keep wearing out and they want to keep charging for their error. Even got adjustable parts to see if that would help but i think these guys just dont kno what they are doing

Came in for a tire patch at random. Decided to get my oil change since I was pretty comfy in the breezy waiting room on a hot day. They noticed I was missing a lug nut, and after I told them that it was stripped and asked if they sell replacements, the guy told me he replaced it already...noice! Saved me two other stops. These guys have a real hard time following instructionsI bought 2 new tires with a simple request, replace the back!!! What Happends?? The tried putting them on the front and wasted my timeThen they put the back ones from the back to the front when all I told them was changed the back

Edgar rocks! I tried this other place off Main and Dyer and they wanted to do a crazy full alignment, when I had already installed the camber shims and just needed the toe in/out done up. Explained that we lifted the front of the sprinter and what I needed he said no problem roll down. I swung by and bam they had me done in 1 hr. Was able to run down and get a hair cut at same time! Love this place they rock !!!

Called in to find a used tire in the size that I needed. Right away was told it was in stock and at a great price out the door. I went to the location and was told it was going to be a lil bit due to it being busy and a few cars ahead of me. But I just had the tire and not the car so they were able to change it out super fast and like promised over the phone it was same price I received out the door.

This little short guy named Mike was so much help. He gave me the best deal and I was back on the road in no time. Im a customer for life.

I got a good deal on some rims and tires out of the spots I went to. So I also wanted struts put on as I had a warranty. When I went back to get all that the guy I got the deal with was on vacation til Fri. Now this was 2 wks ago, so i go back fri & was told hes not back and dont know what type of rims the other guy was getting for me but said will work on shocks so i went back fri and was told to go back next day but early so i went in @ 7:30am said part not in yed so go back mom. told him going to out of town said next fr i guy should be back he wasnt went back Sat said hell order part will be in Mon. Now says they couldnt find what store exactly they got part from, saw I was getting upset get the pho calls a place & goes to my car to get date of car made & says they only needed date will be in tues. Go back today tues was told they had to send in form to get claim on warranty should be in tomorrow then before leaving says maybe later today theyll have it. They should pay me for my time and gasoline wasted. And they lost out on a sale for my rims as I got them elsewhere..
