After searching for the best combination of quality size and shape of the table set we chose the Neptune oval set. We did not have to wait and the set arrived in one well packed box. The trucking service was very accommodating and courteous.Be sure to take the time to apply Teak sealer to the set- it looks great! Thanks for delivering a high quality product.

ZERO STARS. We ordered our furniture more than a month ago and they told us it would be shipped on October 1. Then when we didn’t receive a notification about our tracking number and emailed asking about it. Then this guy Paul told us it would be shipped on the 11th. The 11th got here and it still wasn’t shipped. We asked to cancel our order immediately and this guy Paul told us it would be shipped later in the week. We then proceeded to call the number according to google and Paul answered after about 5 times of trying to get through. I told him to cancel my order and he said he did and said that someone else will enjoy our furniture and proceeded to hangup on me.

2 rocking chairs, 2 side tables. One chair is a little rough in places, not having been completed sanded smooth in some of the back slats, but thats minor, and I love them a lot. Easy assembly with clear instructions. Customer service is horrible, and thats why I only gave 3 stars. After ordering these very expensive pieces, the shipping date changed. I emailed simply to ask about that, and the response from Paul suggested I wanted to cancel the order and hed be happy to do so. WOW! I only asked a question, and its interpreted as wanting to cancel? I replied to that email, saying I only asked a question and didnt wish to cancel ... no response from Paul at all. A for product ... D- for customer service and professionalism.

I dont give five star reviews often, but this company definitely deserves it. Everything about ordering from OTF was amazing!! The item was easy to order, the customer service rep, Paul, was great to work with, the delivery company (R&L) was easy to work with, and the table and chair set arrived safe and sound...and is beautiful! Whoo-hoo!

Our furniture arrived quite fast after our order was placed. We ordered the 36 inch table and 4 folding chair set. The set was in perfect condition upon delivery. It is incredibly sturdy. It is currently put together in the garage, oiled up and awaiting placement on our pool deck. I am so please with our purchase that I will be ordering a small side table from Oceanic as well. Happy ordering!

Ordered the 10 person teak table and chairs. Came on time and well packaged. Strongly recommend applying teak sealer (e.g. Semco) unless you want that weathered teak look. Its a little bit of a pain to apply but not too bad - took us about 6 hours to fully do the table and 10 chairs.

Very happy with our large outdoor dining table, 8 chairs and umbrella after 9 months. Take their advice and buy the hundred dollar a gallon teak sealer and apply it. It does a great job of preserving teak in snow and ice and is a small percentage of your investment.

After I left a poor review of the Laguna Deep Seat Teak Set - 5 Seat including Full Cushions Outdoor Fabrics in Navy Blue, the owner called me and completely resolved all issues. I am highly confident that this was an isolated incident and optimistic about doing business with Oceanic Teak Furniture in the future.

Great furniture, great company. I received regular updates on status of my order and received delivery exactly when promised. Easy to unpack and assemble by myself. Instructions were very clear.I spent months shopping for just the right furniture for my new porch. I didn’t want to buy something cheap that would fall apart, and also didn’t want to spend $8k at Frontgate. I’m still amazed that this company produces such a sturdy, quality product for such a reasonable price! Would definitely buy from them again.

The bench is very nice, looks good on my pourch. One tag was in the wrong place, we figured it out when the seat was upside down and re assembled.
