We, once again, returned to Hudson Furniture! This location in Sanford has always done a great job for us. Whether we’re browsing or ready to make a purchase. We’ve purchased dinning room sets and living room sets from them and both of great quality and great price! Recently, we had an issue with a dinning table and had to execute the warranty. Caressa at the Sanford location helped us all the way through the process. When the replacement table was on back order she gave us great alternatives such as exchange set for different pieces of furniture. She made all of this very easy and comfortable while she handled all of the necessary exchange documents. Again a very big thank you to Caressa! See you soon! 😎

Can’t say enough❣️We recently moved from Pa to Florida (near Sanford) and needed some furniture. My husband is an antique car lover and spotted “Hudson’s”. He said, “let’s stop”, since that company manufactured antique cars back in the 1930s. The rest is history! That is our “go to” place when we need something. Caressa, a sales rep, and Kim, store manager, have been absolutely wonderful to work with!! They are personable and professional and go out of their way to accommodate customers. We’ve referred friends, & they too are delighted!

We had purchase a living set about 10 months ago, the experience was pleasant. We had purchase the protection plan and thought we would not needed. However I accidentally burned a hole on one of the recliners with a cigarette and filed a claim. To my surprise they called me within a week and informed me that the set was discontinued and they could not replace the piece. So instead they offered me a refund for the insurance or a full credit of my purchase price and tax to use for purchasing a new set. We opted to purchase a new set and the insurance expedited the credit to the store. We went in to the store and the salesman was very helpful in helping us choose our new set. The whole experience was very pleasant and Hudson Furniture gets 5+ stars for their service and we highly recommend them.

Kim, Warren, and crew were extremely helpful as we remodeled a home space, requiring the purchase of several unique pieces. I went in looking for anything for a new house. Met at the door by a very friendly young lady who gave us a short tour. I ended up purchasing 2 lamps with her assistance. I was also able to negotiate a better price. Thanks I would definitely return and I do recommend this outlet.

I would give Hudson’s in Furniture Outlet a 10 stars if I could, a warm thank you to Kim and Warren. I stop by Hudsons furniture warehouse for the first time today and I went back three times in the same day. I purchased a beautiful piece of wall art a gorgeous Italian leather chair. Everyone’s hospitality there made me feel like I was part of their extended family. I’m even going to get a massage chair for my husband as a Christmas this year. In the warehouse is the affordable furniture. Lady that assisted us was very nice and authentic. She plugged in the chairs so we could test out the reclining. Bought a loveseat couch for $200 + they helped load it in truck.

James was very knowledgeable and helpful. We didnt find everything we were looking for but did pick up a piece which was exactly what we needed. We will keep checking in with them as they do get inventory periodically.

It was a good experience. Warren was a very nice gentleman and apparently new. We are not given to having a salesperson assigned to hang with us. Fairly introverted. To me that is old school so we felt a bit stifled and forced which is a common thread of people I know whenever such subjects have come up. Personally I appreciate the approach and then the back off. Not the helicopter. My assumption since I saw it going on with other sales people it is a policy to ride the customer. In my humble opinion I would stop that practice. Otherwise we needed something and got something. Buying stuff for us is not this experience like most sales forces say it is at their conventions. But overall everyone was kind and helpful.

Wasn’t truthful at all to us. We have bought over $6000.00 in furniture from them and were not told the truth about the extended warranty and a few other things during the purchase . They do not back what they sell !!!!! Only giving one star because you can’t leave zero stars.

I ordered two living room sets on 11/7/19. They were delivered today, and I am pleased with my purchase. My sales person Jose was quite knowledgeable, and very professional.

Fantastic place to shop. The staff was great, I was able to work with Warren, he was VERY helpful and friendly. I will continue to always shop here. This is the 3rd time buying from them and every time I leave with two pieces of furniture for the price I thought I was going to have to pay for one item. Looking for a leather recliner and it took me about 20 mins. to find a nice one at a fair price. Warren was the gentleman working with us and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Tried buying a recliner online, but what you see online is NOT what you get. Had to return it. Was able to sit and feel the comfort of this chair first hand and it is great. Will feel comfortable about giving Hudsons my business again.

I went into the store looking for a coffee table and side table. I found a perfect side table. The price was very good. Paid for it and then asked if coffee table could be ordered. Turns out they had it in the warehouse behind the store. They couldn’t get to it at that time because everyone had left for the day. Returned the next day. They loaded it into my car.

I wanted a lamp that was so hard to find. Other stores listed it but then put an out of stock label on it. John was responsive and very helpful. He made it happen and even though I live in a different state, he figured out a way to ship it to me. Id do business with them any day.

Though it is an outlet store, they have a good variety of things and the turnover is frequent so visit regularly to find that gem.Ive found here, the more you look, the more you find so take your time and explore all 4 corners.

We bought some furniture and had a wonderful experience while doing it,all thanks to Will Kemper! Hudsons Sanford Outlet was going to be our last stop after a long day of furniture shopping; we werent ready to buy anything and were confused by all that we had seen that day. Well, Will helped us with every consideration including room layout, understanding measurements and configuration, and really helped us decide on how we wanted our family room to look. We purchased a very nice leather set of sofa and loveseat. That was the beginning of Wills magic and service!The loveseat could not be delivered until possibly December but Will found one that was very loosely on hold in another deal. Will fought for us, got us next in line and sure enough, we got the loveseat! We know that Will had to go to his managers several times to pull this off; frankly, he probably saved the sale! The paperwork and delivery was very efficient.Then trouble: The loveseat was not appropriate for the space. We called Will and told him we had to return it but that we still wanted to work with him. No problem! The next weekend we visited Will again and he guided us to two beautiful chairs and well have them in a few days.I must mention that part of the experience was that we had a lot of fun, too! Will is a problem solver and a very good furniture counselor and a very nice, young guy. Our whole Hudson experience has been 5 stars, from purchase to delivery to service to ease of doing business; oh,except for Will Kemper, he gets 6 stars. Go and see him.

My experience with hudsons was a good one. The sales people were not pushy but answered all questions very informatively and we got a great deal on a sectional couch. I will use them again if I ever need more furnature.

Jose greeted us at the door with a huge smile and immediately we knew we had finally found the right salesperson. We had just purchased a cottage in Latitudes Margaritaville Daytona Beach and needed to furnish the entire house! We had already been to Kanes, Rooms to Go and Kalin furniture stores. Problem was we couldnt find everything in one store. At Hudsons Outlet with help of Jose we found and bought it all, including custom made couch, chairs and double recliner! It was a fun experience and I have no doubt you will be as satisfied as we are using Jose!! Fins Up.

Curtis worked very well with me on my initial visit. When I returned to make my purchase the manager gave me an even better deal than the other furniture company I was working with! Hudsons outlet is a great group to work with....I know this because 2 years ago we purchased 2 rooms of furniture for our brand new house and got great deals on both!

The sales manger was very rude when his co-worker asked for assistance. Other than that Warren was a great help with narrowing down my options when looking for new furniture.

I ordered an item at a different store and arranged for pickup at the Sanford location (which is both an outlet store and a regional warehouse). I even called again 2 days before my scheduled pickup to confirm the details. When I arrived, my item had not been prepared and my name wasn’t on “the list” for that day’s pickup orders. 🙄 It took 3 employees and about 30 minutes for them to find my one item and bring it out to me.

The showroom experience was good. The salesperson found us a mattress that was a perfect price for our spare bedroom. The only problem was the 50.00 delivery charge and my mattress was delivered on the back of a pick up truck and they drove through a rain storm. The mattress was plastic covered but there were large rips in the plastic. There were some damp areas on the mattress we had to have it stand upright all night with the fan running. I hope we don’t have a mold issue because I am allergic to mold.

Went in on the 20th of December and purchased a sofa. We had only one day (Friday) in which we could accept delivery due to my husband working nights and sleeping during the day. Was told the furniture would be delivered on the 8th of January (my birthday) between 5:30 and 8pm. Received a call saying they had a problem and would not get to us until around 9. I told them this was not acceptable and I wanted to speak to someone ASAP. She told me I would hear from customer care within 48 hours. Got a call today that it would be the 15th before I get my furniture 😡 not acceptable. After reading reviews we will be canceling our order (if they ever call back)!

I have passed by Hudson’s so many times and always wanted to stop in and check it out. We needed to buy a dining room table recently so I figured I would finally go on in! I didn’t regret going there at all! José greeted me when I walked through the door and was very friendly and welcoming, I looked around the whole store and then I found it! The perfect table! I am so in love with our new dining room table! Not only is this table exactly what I wanted/imagined in my head but it also matches our furniture perfectly! I don’t have one bad thing to say about this place! Lots of options and very friendly staff!

Price and quality of the furniture was amazing. However Jose was not completely honest or truthful with his facts/service. At first delivery was free and supposed to happen the same day. Then I received a call that I needed to pay the delivery driver $150 cash & he explained this was the same deal my parents received. I spoke with my parents and they did not pay for delivery. I called Jose back, he got defensive stating, “I can’t possibly remember every conversation I have.” A little bit later I get a call stating they cannot deliver that night due a trailer not being available. So they were doing to deliver the next day. I spoke with Jose again the next day about the delivery price & shared maybe it would be easier if I picked up the items myself. His response, “Well then I can just charge you more for the products & besides they are already on their way.” At this point the delivery people arrive with my couch & love seat stacked on top of each other in a pickup truck. If this is how they deliver items I could have picked it up myself. The guys who delivered were very nice, but the details Jose gave them was different from what I received. Jose had promised me they would take my old furniture, they were not prepared for that and were only able to take one of my couches, plus they stated I owed more than $150. He called Jose who apparently wasn’t nice on the phone and basically said I didn’t know what I was talking about. They took one couch and never returned for the chaise as they promised. Quality and deal of furniture was amazing, Jose in the beginning was amazing, until questions were asked. The whole experience left a bitter taste.

Hudsons Furniture is always a pleasure to do business with. I have shopped for just about every room in my house and ave always been completely satisfied.

I bought a recliner and had a10%of coupon. The sales person told me hed take care of it and didnt need to see the coupon. After checking my receipt the 10%wasnt taken off. I called several times with no luck. I left messages for the manager, no response, I called corporate, and was assured someone would call me, nothing. This is the last thing I buy from them. They clearly dont care about about you once youre out the door. This is the third piece of furniture Ive bought from them. Im very disappointed in the way this has been handled.Its been a week since there was a response to this, however no one has contacted me regarding the discount I was not given!

I would like to commend Jose Gonzalez at Hudsont Furniture & Mattress Outlet in Sanford, FL. My husband and I have been there several times over the last 4 months. Often Jose was the only person in the very large showroom. He always tried to make himself available, he was patient with our questions, and did his best to make the sale that was right for us. He wasnt pushy, but seems to care even when helping with an exchange (as he did for us this weekend). Jose is a keeper!

Loved the service. No pressure

Absolutely terrible experience. The salesman (Jose) made multiple promises that he couldn’t follow through with. Was told my bedroom suite would be delivered on a particular day. Never got a call to set up time for the delivery so when I called day of, I was told the headboard was damaged and they wouldn’t be delivering until the following week. Again, no call to set up delivery so when I called at the beginning of the week, store manager (Eric) informs me that delivery will have to be made via 3rd party and they are refunding my delivery charge because I needed to pay third party service in cash. I explained the issues I have been having and he told me that my furniture was never damaged but the salesman just dropped the ball and never set up delivery. I’ve now lost out on two days of work due to them. I will be sure to let everyone know to not shop at Hudson.

Best furniture shopping experience. I was very skeptical when I walked in due to a previous experience at another furniture store. So I’m sure I wasn’t the friendliest customer. I was impressed how, honest, friendly and helpful the sales representatives ( Jose and Korey)were. They answered all my questions honestly, addressed my concerns and came up with great ideas to help me purchase the right furniture for our home. I’m sure all their staff is great but I highly recommend Jose and/or Korey for an excellent experience. Definitely good quality furniture at great prices.

Let me start off by saying if i could give zero stars i would. I recently have purchased an entertainment center that has barn doors on it. I am very dissatisfied with the purchase because when we purchased it, it had a note that said hardware for assembly of barn doors has been ordered. It has been a month since the purchase and we are still waiting for hardware. Not to mention the barn doors are leaning on a wall next to it. I contacted the store multiple times and I either get put on hold or get hung up on. It seems you can never speak to a manager. I would highly reccomend spending more money somewhere else and be completely satisfied with furniture from a different store. I will NEVER shop here again

What can I say? Jose is an amazing sales person! From the moment I walked in, Jose was ready to make my shopping experience positive! The selection at Hudson’s is good.
