We dealt with Ben at Seminole Powersports at their Sanford location and we couldn’t be happier. Ben was responsive throughout the entire sales process. He was quick to answer our questions, and we were able to get the ATV of our dreams! Seminole’s Finance department had all of our paperwork ready for us when we arrived, and Ben helped us load up and go. We are thrilled. Thanks so much Ben! Happy riding.
Extremely happy with my new purchase!! This spot is your one stop shop they have anything you need to get you started! People are extremely friendly and polite I want to thank David for helping me out and was super fast my family and I thank you for helping us take this baby home will be recommending anyone looking for a bike to come here.
My son wanted a dirt bike for his graduation present. We checked a couple places and ended up at Seminole Power Sports in Sanford. Immediately I knew I came to the right place! Don, our sales guy was extremely knowledgeable and had worked there for a long time. Giles in the parts department was excellent as well with helping us pick out helmets, gloves etc… Melissa in the finance department made everything super smooth and easy. I literally have nothing negative to say about my experience here and my son and I now have two 2022 Kawasaki KLX 300’s! Thanks everyone in helping make this happen.
The sales and service here are very professional. They make you feel like a valued customer, not just a number. Giovanni in sales is great to work with- he takes his time and works with you on the pricing and details. I bought two skis and am very pleased with Seminole Powersports.
I am from out of state and wanted two jet skis to run the rivers in Florida with a local group. I called Seminole and was able to secure two skis easily and with very good follow up and support. Since I was flying in to get these machines, communication via email and phone were essential. Seminole exceeded my expectations on all fronts related to this sale. With the complexity of flying in, renting a vehicle; pickup time came and it couldnt have gone easier. The rental truck hitch setup was giving me problems as finding the right ball at a hardware store was an issue. Shout out to Robert for offering up his 2 ball from his own vehicle!! Who does this? Awesome. Also a shout to Steve Kerr for facilitating a great dealership experience.I would have to say this is the best dealer experiences Ive had and Ive bough UTVs, snowmobiles, and motorcyles for over 35 years and this ranks #1 for all the service they provided.
I am very late in posting but bought my Honda Rebel in November. Rick and Dave, well, everyone there was fantastic. Got the perfect bike for me. Very pleased. Cant wait to upgrade.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! They are beyond shady. We were in this past weekend, and shown a ski on consignment. We were told they do not accept cash down payments to hold and they did not have the pay off yet on the ski we would have to wait till Monday morning when they could call the bank. Monday morning at 10 am the ski appeared for sale with a price. I called immediately was told they still didn’t have payoff and it was a mistake it was put online. So my husband went up there physically at noon on Monday we were reassured we’re the first ones on the list as soon as they get payoff. We get a call Tuesday am with a price $1,000 more than what was advertised online the day before. We go up there immediately with cash anyways to purchase. My husband is signing all the papers and the manager comes out and says it was sold for cash yesterday! When we had called and been on Monday morning and told they couldn’t take payment. So obviously they don’t know what anyone else is doing and can’t tell you the truth about what they are able to sell and when. Awful service and communication!
Excellent trade in experience from start to finish. Love my new RT Limited! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.
Probably one of the best Motorsports companies I’ve been to definitely problem solvers, 10/10 would recommend coming here it was totally worth the 4 hr drive
Stop by to look at a new Can-Am salesman seemed to be very knowledgeable so far good place
I was interested in purchasing a motorcycle from this dealership and came to look at it. They told me over the phone that it had a dent in the tank but the price seemed good. I checked out the bike and the damage wasn’t too bad so I decided to buy it. Then they gave me the “Out the door price.” They tacked on roughly $1000 in fees (not including taxes, tag, etc that would need to be paid regardless). I thought it over and told them that I did want to buy the bike but did not want to pay the $150 for the “Battery warranty” as I could purchase two Yuasa (OE battery supplier) batteries for that cost. They absolutely would not budge, despite me offering to pay full price plus a significant amount in dealer fees. The manager then proceeded to tell me he was raising the price by $1000 as the original price was “A mistake.” They also told me that despite being a consignment motorcycle, they did not make any money off the seller. Uh huh. Obviously I walked on the deal. A day later I bought a bike for $500 more that had no damage, the same mileage, was a year newer and was the upgraded model. The only reason I give this place two stars instead of one is because Robert, the salesman, was good to deal with until it came to the management level decisions.
How to start, when it comes to the service department I can probably say its the worst I have ever dealt with. I brought my ski because of an ibr code and I received a call that I had to replace the module of the ibr and it cost me 2k. To me it was ok if thats what needs to be done .Took the ski to the water to test and it started beeping and gave me a code for the same problem. Call the service department, bring the ski in and they say its a bad sensor and want charge me more money. I ask the manager how do I know that it was not a misdiagnosis the first time, this should be a call back. His answer was corrosion and I had to pay extra 156 dollars. To me it was not about the money but about customer satisfaction.
Excellent sales team, the buying process was a breeze, they treated me extremely well.
I bought a bike without setting eyes on it and I was not disappointed in the least! David in Internet Sales saved me over $300 in travelling expenses! My bike arrived a few days later ahead of schedule. My friends think its brand new but it has 6k miles on it. Nothing but the best from David and Seminole PowerSports!
Thank you guys so much for a wonderful buying experience for my birthday. David Doerr was knowledgeable and prompt with every phone call or text. He knew me when I came through the door the very first time & introduced me to everybody. To me, that made the experience feel more like I was going to a friendly cookout. You know, the ones where you leave and feel like family. Yup... I was in good hands & you will be too. I highly recommend them. Amazing!
Strange interaction I had with staff yesterday. Upon entering the business a member from staff greeted me in a very lax and odd manner - leaning back in his chair on his cellular phone speaking in a muffled way like rapport had been established. Anyways, I stood in place for 10 mins or so with a scooter in mind that I wanted to purchase but no one (not a soul) approached me. When someone finally approached me it was with a weird frown as if he was suspicious and maybe unsure why I was even there in the first place. Our interaction was off - the older white guy didnt make it any better by saying things like youre playing on your phone and Im not playing the numbers game with you. I eventually left and realized this space wasnt for someone like me.P.S. I was told I couldnt test drive the scooter due to insurance reasons. It didnt dawn on me until I left that the explanation, much like the aforementioned was odd. How can a dealer selling powersport vehicles not be equipped with proper insurance for perspective buyers to test drive vehicles?
Lorenzo Mora helped me out over the phone with no problem. Very helpful and professional.
Bring two jet ski to have them service guy in front good customer service but my jet ski where there for 3 weeks I had to call for updates and when finally got them one was running good the other they said didn’t find what was wrong I didn’t care paying just wanted them running ... week later I decided to work on it myself that I don’t know about jet ski and got it running I feel I got rip-off pay to much for only laborWouldn’t recommend to no one
Great family oriented company. I went there only wanting to purchase one atv I noticed that they had a dirtbike in stock for my toddler I had been looking for one for a while now. Rick, David, and Lorenzo helped me out and helped me not only with buying my atv and making sure I was happy but they helped me get my son his first dirtbike and made sure he was happy. Highly recommend this place and highly recommend dealing with Rick, David, and Lorenzo.
Very friendly staff))) today was rainy and one guy help me to reach my car❤️ good idea keep umbrella for customers ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Came in to buy a Can am on consignment. Sales rep calls me to give me out the door price. I agree and have him run my credit for financing. He calls me 3 minutes later to claim the credit came back approved but the can am was sold. You mean to tell me you didnt know this before you ran my credit. Very dishonest and so disappointed when companies use these types of tactics. Any decent sales rep would have put a sign pending. I did not want to get into it over the phone because it would not make a difference so I basically am leaving a negative review so they learn from this.
We had an AMAZING experience with Seminole Powersports in Sanford. After a bad experience with another local competitor we found a post on marketplace about the ATV we couldn’t seem to get out hands on. We called Rick at Seminole and he had what we needed after ONE day of speaking with him. We specifically wanted a Can-am XMR 1000 and he made it happen!! It’s sales guys like him and finance women like Melissa that make buying ATV etc. such a great experience. We will definitely be back and will DEFINITELY spread the word about what a great experience we had at Seminole Powersports SANFORD!!!!
Been doing business with Don and Steve for almost 30 years. Drove from Clermont to Sanford for exceptional service.
That seem to be finally getting stock in . The salesmen that was talking with us was helpful in answering all are questions
I cant give 5 stars only God gets that. 4 stars for sure. Don was right on the man to talk to if you go there.
Spyder Dave is the best. Honest and upfront and very informative. The dealership had everything we need along with a great group of employees. I will be referring people to them
I live in Australia & have had a few dealings with this company & always 1st rate. Todd Stewart is the gentleman that looks after me, & he is just faultless, nothing is to much trouble, he & the company I thoroughly recommend.Ian Cochrane
Wife took her trike training here. Good trainer and a couple of good sales persons met inside. Some are interested in sales and finding whats right while a couple of them seem to be stuck on numbers and getting a sales. As usual, theres good and bad here. Good selection on products carried and if youre looking for a four wheeler, this is the place to go.
Great atmosphere. Rick was very friendly and had a lot of patience. Took awhile to get all finance sorted out but my dad loves his new canam ryker 900.
I brought my cam am in for an oil change and a noise in the rear . They did an oil change 139.00. Then they changed the oil in rear and said no problem charged another rate and the total bill was 387. I have 5 year warranty which if rear was bad would be covered. The answer to the problem was the wine in rear end was going to slow in high no problem. The bill was a problem they over rate there labor and work around warranty items so they can charge to fix the problem. I will only go back to seminole powersports if. I know it is under warranty. This machine is 6 months old. If you go there BEWARE
This Is the place super professional and great service.
After finally buying a motorcycle. I couldnt believe on how they dont budged, even after buying also parts and extended warranty and even with all this they charge me to install the parts I bought from them. Unfortunately for me they are the only dealer open on Monday. Had no choice. But if you do have an option to buy some place else where they can work on discount or courtesy to install original parts bought in there places, go for it. Ive got disappointed. So after the above review I have to add. I bought a 2021 Kawasaki Versys LT and bought a top luggage original from Kawasaki - 831,33US. Plus all the extended warraty that was not request by me but I accepted. With all this they still charged for the installation 304,94US.
I went to Seminole Powersports a few months ago inquiring into a Can-am Ryker 900. Immediately, I was greeted by Don Kuhn, sales rep. He was very knowledgeable of the bike, spent time with me answering all of my questions and did not pressure me to purchase or commit to the bike. He even gave me his cell number to contact him with further questions or points of discussion I may have. Over the next few months, we communicated via text. He was prompt in his responses every time and on point with his answers. He went so far as to encourage me to take the Adventure Riders training course to get a feel for the Ryker to see if I liked it before purchasing and led me to Can-am website to sign up for the course at a discount price. When it came time to purchase the bike this week, he made the process easy, non-pressured and thorough. He explained every step and how each step would go. He was clear in his explanations, respectful of exactly how I wanted the bike, took as much time to answer my questions along the way. I have made many purchases in my lifetime and can honestly say that Don was one of the most, if not the most, enjoyable to work with. If you want to purchase anything from Seminole Powersports you must meet Don to be your rep. He will do everything, truly, to get you the best pricing on everything involved in the purchase and will not allow you to be dissatisfied with any part of your experience. I would be amiss if I did not mention Josh Henry, sales rep, in the accessary/gear department. Don introduced me to Josh to buy a helmet. I have spoken with many riders and read about helmets. After talking with Josh, he is the most knowledgeable person I have discussed helmets with. He knows how every part functions and how it will effect you in a crash. Like Don, he was very respectful of what I wanted, even asking me my price range before he started to show me what he thought may be a suitable helmet for me. He took the time to explain the safety fixtures of each helmet I inquired about and had safety as his number one priority. After you buy your bike from Don, go see Josh to suit you up. You will not be disappointed. If you do not work with these two gentlemen, you will be disappointed.
Had my bike serviced and new tires installed. Hector Vasquez in service was friendly and professional. Both service and parts dept. were great to work with. Was considering selling my bike or trading it for a can am spyder but sales dept. had no interest in even walking out and looking at my bike to sell for me on consignment or for a trade in. Something I will remember when I buy my next bike.
We had an AMAZING experience with Rick at Seminole Powersports in Sanford. We called Rick at Seminole and he had what we needed after speaking with him over the phone telling him how we wanted a Jetski he told us what he had in stock we fell in love with a SEADOO WAKE he made it happen!! It’s sales Men like him Professional great customer service less then 24hrs we had our Jetski such a great experience. We will definitely be back and will DEFINITELY tell everyone about what a great experience we had with Rick From Seminole Powersports SANFORD BLESSINGS to all 💟
Excellent parts department. Thank you
Bought a new 2021 Honda kids quad. Was in and out of SPS in less than 30 minutes. Salesman seemed nice. He even delivered the bike himself just a few short hours later that same day. He unloaded the bike from his truck, got it on the ground, turned the key on and it lit right up. Idled okay. Neither one of us revved it up and we just turned it off after that. I shook his hand and thanked him and off he went. After giving it the once-over I threw a leg over and went to take it for a spin around the property to make sure all is good before I handed it off to my grandson. It wouldnt rev at all past idle. When given even the least amount of throttle it would spit sputter then die out. Completely unrideable. I checked all the usual stuff such as fuel, choke, and petcock position. All good. It didnt have much gas in it but definitely enough to keep the bike running. I filled the tank anyway. No help. I immediately texted my salesman to let him know there was a problem. He asked me to check on the basics which I had already done. He said he was at a loss because he had ridden it across the lot before he loaded it up and it said that it ran great. Strange. Since I spent most of my life as a master automotive and diesel technician along with about 35 years of building CCS race bikes, I felt qualified to take a look myself. Spark plug was a nice color of glossy black and soaking wet with fuel. And since Hondas are notoriously reliable I found it hard to believe that the carburetor could be that far off from the factory. So I went for the airbox. Took the air box lid off and looked inside the airbox and everything looked good. Figured Id restart the bike with the air box lid off and see what happened. Lo and behold it revved right up and ran like a bat out of hell. Put the air box lid back on and then it went right back to spitting and sputtering. Pulled the air box lid back off and found that there was a rubber cap over the intake snorkel where it pulls in fresh air for the motor. Removed the rubber cap and then put the air box lid back on. Ran like a champ. For the life of me I cant understand why there was a restrictor plug on the air intake snorkel. But I did notice what looks to be an emission pump at the rear of the air box and maybe thats the culprit and the restrictor stays in place. Ill do some research. It was getting enough air to idle, but nothing beyond that The bike simply wont run at all when its in place. So heres my problem... My salesman swears up and down that it went through pre-delivery inspection and that he rode it himself and that it ran great. I say theres no way in hell it ran great and it was completely unrideable with the airbox restrictor plug in. We had a short chat on the phone about it and he became extremely disrespectful to me and went on to guarantee me it went through pre delivery inspection and that he rode it himself and everything was fine. My only problem here is that I just hate being lied to. Otherwise, this would not have been a big deal at all for me. I fixed he bike myself in less than 10 minutes. However, it may have been a big deal for somebody else that doesnt know their way around a combustion engine and they would have had to bring the bike back to the dealership. Instead of lying to me. How about this: Gee Mr Miller. First and foremost let me apologize for dropping you off a brand new bike that wouldnt run. Somehow my service department must have missed that and to be quite honest I never actually took it for a ride, I just started it up and let it idle. I could have totally accepted that and still gave you guys a five-star review. I just hate being lied to. And then got chastised and disrespected on the phone by my salesman on top of all of it. Not one apology or one ounce of accountability. As a bike builder and former racer ive been shopping Seminole Power Sports for at least 20 years and Ive always had good service. Honesty goes a long way...
Found out about this place via an online posting for a Yamaha fz6 on Craigslist. David did a great job of showing off the bike and communication via text. Easiest dealership experience Ive ever had, was really refreshing not having to haggle the price back down to what it was listed for in the first place. If Im ever in the market for a bike again in the future, Ill look here first.
Worse place to buy a motorcycle, after doing my basic training at the locating (Totally recommended) and getting approved for my next motorcycle why not give it a chance. Worse mistake, was walking around for over 15 minutes no one even tried to offer assistance. Asked about a motorcycle and the person guessed the price just to get done with me. What a shame they are the only ones with the 701 in stock.
I had been on a waiting list for a Canam Maverick for about 6 weeks with an out of state dealer when I got the news that due to covid and related shut downs Canam was pushing the deliveries for the month back with no hard delivery date to speak of. I found a post on Facebook Marketplace that Rick had put up on the exact model I was waiting for. Rick got me through the paperwork process, the day of delivery he took time to make sure the paperwork was correct and handed us off to the finance person. It was a very smooth transaction. One thing did get lost in the shuffle was the vehicle manual. Rick was happy to send it to us in the mail and it arrived a day or two later. We can’t be more pleased with the sales professionalism and follow up service we received. Thank you to Rick and Seminole Powersports Sanford! We are enjoying our purchase!
IAN was very courteous and have great customer service. So far riding very smoothly.
Nice motorsports shop. Gio is a great sales expert and has good knowledge. Steve is always happy and will make you a great deal on any bike, trike or jetski. Thanks!
Stopped by looking to get some info on a bike I was interested in purchasing and walked around for nearly 45 minutes until I could finally track a salesman down to help me. After a brief exchange it felt as if the salesman was not interested in making moving a unit today. Pretty disappointed in my overall customer experience.
This was the first time in the showroom and Gio Burgos made us feel so comfortable with the process. He really knows what he is doing and the best thing is that he listen to what you would like and but better than that is that he listen to your needs. If you are looking for a toy or two he is your guy and this is your store. You won’t regret it.
Tristen was great to work with and very friendly. We will be back in the future.
Had a great experience with Lorenzo the salesman. He knew his stuff, was not overwhelming and let us take our time in selecting what we wanted. Lorenzo was friendly, professional and knowledgeable I highly recommend this facility and most of all go see Lorenzo!!
We agreed on the phone to a price for a new jetski and when I was filing out the paperwork it was significantly more than what was quoted. Their response when I asked them to honor their price was that it didnt matter because someone else would buy it if I didnt.
Service counter guys are extremely helpful.
I call to get some parts and they answer saying parts department etc. so I star to tell him what I need and his like hold on hold on I have people in here I think they need to be more professional and just say Im with you in a second or something like that
Great prices and awesome deals on products
Im smiling when I walk in. Smiling on the way out.Incredible inventory on display. Mild to Wild.Great service and parts. Ready to help you.Friendly, knowledgeable people you can speak to.
The salesman was really helpful, but they didnt have much inventory. They said its because of bike week.
I bought my first motorcycle from here and it went well all until I got a nail in my tire should of been an easy fix but they charged me $80 and the tire STILL leaks air to this day! Thank god for places like wawa with free air otherwise Id be spending more than what I paid to fix the tire in the first place! DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY SORT OF WORK on your bike! If they cant properly fix an air leak how can they fix the big parts of your bike!
5 star all the way, this is exactly how it should be to buy a jet ski. I called for a quote on a SeaDoo Trixx and started talking to Rick on my first call. I told Rick I was ready to buy asap and I wanted his best price out the door, and that once we had a price agreed on I would come sign the paperwork and pick up the ski. Rick checked his system and confirmed he had exactly what I wanted. He then promptly gave me a price. About an hour later Rick followed up with a text message and confirmed the price was actually about $100 lower. I told Rick I would be making a decision after I spoke to a few other dealers. When calling some of the other dealers I was immediately turned off by their game playing and wanting me to visit the dealership to get a price. Once I finished calling around, not only was Seminole Powersports the best price, they made it the easiest to do businesses. I did not have to beg or plead for a price. I called Rick back up, and said lets get this deal done. I paid a deposit and then Rick let me know when everything was ready. I showed up at the dealership met Rick for the first time, saw my Trixx was ready and waiting for me. I then sat down with Lorenzo to do the paperwork. Lorenzo was just as professional and helpful as Rick, he explained all my options, but didn’t try to hard sell me on any addons I didn’t want. 30 minutes later my ski was loaded up on my trailer and I was off to the water. Start to finish a great buying experience. Thanks Seminole Powersports for treating me right and respecting my busy schedule.
Walked in to this dealership and first off, no one greeted us (that already put a bad taste in my mouth). As we continued to walk around with my intentions of buying a Can Am, still no approach or acknowledgment. My boyfriend asked if we could get some help, which a guy said he would get someone for us but once again, still no help. We walked out with no purchase, no intentions of returning and ended up going to Sky Powersports and purchased a Can Am Ryker. What one dealership won’t do, another will do!
Great staff. Helpful parts counter.
Friendly helpful and knowledgeable
This place only cares about commission sales.. than once you out the door it’s hard to get back in...
My husband and I purchased a Seadoo GTX 170 back in May 2020 and received amazing service from Giovanni Burgos. We were so pleased with the way he treated us that we decided to contact him again for our 2nd ski yesterday, and Gio, once again delivered excellence. Throughout the entire process Gio was very communicative and helpful. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for honesty, great value, and excellent customer service. Hes awesome!!! — Yomaris Matos
Absolutely magnificent! I went in to sell my Spyder, got top dollar for it, in and out in less than 1 hour. I would highly recommend for anybody wanting to get anything powersport related.
So far it has been 4 days to get tires on my 2005 VTX1800. Why does it take so long? I was told the tires where local. Never again.
Just bought a new Yamaha here today. Quick and simple, no hype no high pressure. They made it quick and simple. I signed all the paperwork but the shop is busy to make it ready, so Ill have to come back tomorrow to pick it up.
As a service location, this group is great! I had my Z1000 serviced and taken care of here for the time I had it in Florida.Where I ran into problems and wouldnt recommend Seminole Powersports is on the sales side. I decided it was time to get back on a bike after 2 years and chose the CB1000R as my ideal bike. I looked around a few other places and this was the closest I came to buying ahead of my planned purchase date. I was planning on using cash, but explored the financing option to buy the bike ahead of my 30 day timeline.I was told we were just checking approval and going to see what rates/payment would look like. Understanding what a hard inquiry of ones credit looks like, I signed off and said it was fine. A week later after working with Sebastian (who no longer works there apparently) I received a Honda Powersports credit card in the mail. After closer inspection, I now had an open line of credit without my approval. I also called the card number to confirm and even Hondas credit guy was apologizing. I believe this was why the Truth in Lending Act was established.Really hope if youre looking for a new bike you pay close attention to what is being said and please walk away with a copy of everything you get here.
Incredible buying experience from the entire staff at Seminole Powersports- Sanford location. Purchased two Sea Doo PWCs and trailer. David Doerr was knowledgable, professional and courteous. Communicated via text, email and phone several times over the holiday week and quickly reached a mutual agreement. Once the units were purchased, David spent time going over the bikes and assisted with accessory purchases. Would not hesitate to purchase from David again and highly recommend his services.
Our experience as walk in customers was excellent. Ben, our sales guy, was super helpful and took the time to show us around.
Always helpful!
Had Tristan as my sales guy and he was awesome to work with
I wasnt looking for a bike. Came inside to get directions since my phone died. Then here comes this strong handsome gentleman, I think his name is Brandon Pritchett. He was so helpful that he even sold me a bike, even tho I wasnt looking for one. If you need a great sales rep, especially a handsome one. Hes the one you gotta speak to.
David Doerr make my experience the best, he found me the bike with another dealership. He was amazing during this process notify me when the bike arrive in and out on my new ride in less than 30 min
Seminole Powersports is the best motorcycle dealer in Orlando. From the salesman Gio, to the finance, Nate, up to the manager Steve. They treated me like family and they were honest and genuine from the beginning, no games. I’m going back there soon; Yamaha MT-10 maybe…
Great customer service!
Purchased my jet ski from these great folks. Tristan answered my questions and completed my transaction without a hitch. Big thank you to everyone at Seminole Power.
Met with Dave (aka Spider) to learn more about the Can Am Spider and he was very informative about the trike. Dave mentioned he was a Can Am rider. He suggested I take a test ride which I did for a good hour and he was very gracious when I returned to the dealership and told him I was not ready to make a purchase decision. I would recommend anyone interested in acquiring a Cam Am talk to him. Thanks Dave (Spider) – Steve G.
I write this review a few days later from my poor experience. I dropped my 2017 ZX10R KRT two weeks ago to have the Transmission recall done and a new triple tree and ignition put in after someone attempted to steal it. They gave me a good quote and time frame. So i left happy and excited to have my bike back in the short time of two weeks. I show up to the shop Friday the 16th after they called and told me it was ready. I go and pick up the bike and Im riding home as i notice the front right triple tree bolt is floating around inside the bolt hole so i pull over and look at the other side and its finger tight..So i turn around and go back to the shop to speak with a manager about the issue and He seemed to be apologetic and he had a different tech go over the bike as they got me a pizza while i waited. They seemed to fix the problem and I was on my way..until today i was riding into work and i found my steering dampener was over tightened and had no play in it. I called the same manager just to let him know of this issue even though i plan to fix the issue myself. Over all it was poor work and I wont be going back for anything. If i could leave 0 I would considering the issue could have ended my life.
Great Service Dept. It was quick and efficient. I definitely will be telling my friends about this location and Tommy needs a raise
Nice shop and a huge selection. Tristan was helpful, friendly and cool to talk to. Fun to see the huge variety of fun contraptions that are available these days!
Great place to purchase your motorcycle! Bradley, our salesman was very helpful and efficient, leaving no stone unturned to get us the best deal. He made a usually painful process more pleasant. Nate, our finance manager also worked hard for us. We appreciate you both. Thank you for our third awesome purchase from Seminole power sports!
Just bought a brand new side-by-side and took my arctic cat in for the steering bushing and oil change. It took a week and two phone calls to get them to look at the bike. It took 10 days for me to actually get a price of 360 on the part and labor. Three days later to pick it up . The bill went up to 510 with all their fees shop fees and freight for the part. Totally shocked. Totally uninformed. And they were totally non-negotiable. Would not recommend them. Will not go to them again.
Horrible customer service if I have to be honest. Purchased a Kawasaki ZZR600, first real bike after moving up from a 150cc. These guys had no real concern for the quality bike they were selling, only cared about the sell. I bought the bike under the impression they checked the bike over, only to find the bike was barely being held together. Fluids were all past due for changing even tho I was assured theyd been done. Once the sell was made, I was given the it is what it is shoulder. Found a few other local shops to fix the problems I inherited from here. Will definitely not be returning.
Took the 3 wheel course offered at this location. Very helpful to the students, as we could refer back to the vehicles when discussing the course material. All the staff there seemed personable and helpful. Will be back soon to start the search for a Spyder. #spyderdave
Very helpful personnel, nice showroom.
I brought my 2001 VTX for a total overhaul after not driving it for a long while. Fix it & Replace anything necessary (tires, battery, tank, everything & anything). I pick it up (using Uber) after 5 or 7 weeks (long time) [the total value of my bike in repairs (huge!!)]. How was it presented back?? Mirrors are misaligned (hanging straight down w lose fittings and the left blinker doesn’t workout at all. Then, when I drive away — no rear brakes !!!I won’t get my bike serviced here anymore after nearly 20 years at Powersports due to: 1) personal safety 2) attention to detail 3) huge costs 4) service manager arguing with me over the repair issues.I recommend Nathan at Southern Cycles in Apopka!Post edited because POWERSPORTS of Kissimmee is where I bought two bikes, but it was too far so I chose [poorly] a location closer to my home (Sanford) for repairs.
Love this dealership. I got two bikes from here and I would go again. Mainly service department is where I go. Greg is great and he is my go to guy. It’s been years and even still he calls me by name.
Was lied to and sent to st augustine to get parts that werent there
I am a motorcycle nerd and they have a great selection of bikes and knowledgeable and friendly salespeople. I am waiting to buy one particular bike and they dont harrass me visiting my future motorcycle every month
