Today I went to Seminole Harley Davidson to put air in my motorcycle tires. A nice young man named Evan taught me something I did not know. I asked him how much air should I put in my front & back tires cause I can never remember. He showed me on my frame that the front was 36 & back was 40! Now I know when In doubt, where to look and exactly how much air yo add I appreciate his information especially since I am 75yrs old. Never too old to learn something new!Thank you Evan for taking the time to educate me !

I went to get an oil change on my bike. It was a slow day but they were quick with my bike and got me back on the road ASAP. It’s nice that they’re so close to the house so I don’t have to ride to Orlando for this. Everyone was real chill and down to earth.
Stopped in to buy a shirt and poker chip, and its a pretty nice dealership. Didnt talk to any salesmen, but everyone seemed relatively friendly.

Although this dealer is a little closer, the feeling inside the store feels very enclosed. Im an 18 year old kid who has been saving up to buy a Harley for almost a year, after getting my first used bike, I decided to go to their shop to purchase some parts. After coming inside, I was ignored from everyone and even after asking a floorman for some assistance he quickly shoved me off and pushed me to a desk where I sat for 20 minutes waiting for someone to assist me, the parts guys were very helpful, but overall they do not treat you well unless you are an old man they know they can make money on. I would HIGHLY recommend the HD dealer in Orlando, although it is much smaller and do not have a large selection, I was greeted at the front door and a floorman asked if I needed help, after explaining my situation he was nice gave me a fist bump as well as his name and told me if I had questions to let him know. At Seminole when I went with my father just to look around, we had a guy down our neck 24/7 showing us bikes begging us to test ride them, explaining his first time buyer specials and financing programs. Overall, do not go to Seminole unless you want a shirt.

Was kinda disappointed today. Asked to have the air in my tires checked. Guy told me about a 3 hr wait. Nevermind I ended up doing myself. Then I ask for help finding a part for my bike and he just seamed like I was bothering him. Ended up leaving and just took a nice ride through downtown Sanford. Maybe next time I stop in it will be a better experience.

Great place to trade your motorcycle in at. I tried to trade my bike in at 3 other harley dealers in this area of Florida recently, but Eddie at Seminole Harley was the only one that not only shot down the other dealers BS of why they couldnt get a deal done for me, but he was also able to get me a no money down trade, lower my interest rate, and lower my payments by 150 dollars a month on a 2021 Road Glide Special... Sorry about your lack of hiring good competent sales people Brandon Harley, Lakeland Harley, and Rossiters Harley. You lost a sale.
Bought an air filter for my 2020 883 iron. Got home i couldnt get the bolt to go in so I took it back. The guy said let me see. Took it to the back then came back out with it in. Awesome. Got home and found that he had cross threaded it to get it in. Now I have to buy a new air filter and bolt. Definitely wont be going back here ever. Now I have to put old one back on and hope that Home Depot has a screw that will work on the old filter until I can get a new one or I dont ride.

UPDATED. I had a great experience with the apparel department BUT NOT WITH PARTS! During one of my visits, I decided to order the cover for my bike and the alarm. My bike is a rare model and I know it by heart because it’s easy to get it confused with other models. The kid who tried taking care of my order was probably new because he didn’t know his way around the catalog and was then when another person -older guy- came to the rescue but more likely came to grill this kid while helping me. After a back and forth with the models and the “oooh We didn’t know we carry that!” finally my order was placed. Went to pick it up, and all excited I went to put it on my bike... and It does not fit. I called the place and this guy Nick says they cannot take it back because it’s open and considered used. I told him that I obviously had to open it but wasn’t “USED” as I could not use it because it does not fit. I told him the model again and he’s like “Yup, that’s the cover for that model.” I decided to contact Harley-Davidson directly and turns out H-D doesn’t make a cover for my bike so I’m stuck with it or I have to take my saddlebags off to make it fit... unreal.
I wanted to say the guys at Seminole Harley Davidson, Eli and Casey were the best. My husband has been looking for a bike for some time now. We walked in and started looking at the Street Glide Special my husband has been looking for. Casey walked over and started telling us about the bike. Now, my husband has been in retail sales most of his life. My husband said to me, This Casey guy has got his stuff together. He wasnt afraid to talk to us and showed us the bike in detail. Casey then introduced us to Eli. So after some serious debating back and fourth we left with my husband bike of his dreams. Thanks to Casey and Eli. They were great to deal with and professional. After past positive experience few months back. Today the finance lady kicked me out of the store because she did not want to do a “rider to rider “ deal. “ I can’t do a rider to rider now, I’m not here to explain or argue with you, step out my office. Than slammed the door behind us.Not only did she loose my future business, she lost the future business from the seller of the bike I purchased, who was also looking to buy another bike afterwards. I Called Orlando HD north. They took us right in, And got the deal done under 2 hours. And sold a new bike to the person I was making a deal with. I’m a custom bike builder, and on average I buy one bike per month. I understand dealers don’t like to deal with guys like my self because they can’t make much money. But at the end of the day, I’m a paying customer.
About 8 months ago I ordered a taillight for my bike and still have yet to receive it. After many phone calls and not really receiving an answer other than “it’s on back order” I called again today and spoke with Jeff in the parts department. He took the time to look into this and was very helpful. After he made a few phone calls he got back to me and found a solution, I will be receiving my new light by the end of the week. Jeff is a great asset to your team and restored my faith in Seminole Harley. Thank you again Jeff.
We stopped in here to get a clutch lever for our 2014 Street Glide. They had their big Daytona sale going on so they immediately offered us a deal in getting a new bike. We go to the parts counter and asked for the lever which they did not have but they had a set for $160 which we were willing to get. We are over 800 miles from home. We asked if they could put them on for us (it takes maybe 10 minutes) and he replied to us he didn’t think they could do it but they new bikes have them on them. If you can’t service my bike I currently own why would we even consider buying a new one from you. Normally we always buy Harley shirts but not this time one Harley store we will never go back to or recommend. Bad hospitality very disappointed in how we were treated at Seminole Harley Davidson.As I stated above clutch lever which is less than 5 minute job per lever you take a clip off the bottom push the pin out replace the lever put the pin back in and then the clip. Thankfully for us J&P Cycles had the clutch lever for $22 which we purchased and changed the lever ourselves in less than 5 minutes. Your parts sales associate that made the rude remark about the new bikes have the clutch levers on them was uncalled for and disrespectful to me as a consumer when I am trying to purchase the parts to repair my bike. If could change my rating now it would be a zero. Very disappointed with Seminole Harley Davidson with the way we were talked to and their response to our situation a clutch LEVER is not the same as a clutch. It is most definitely is less than a 10 minute job to replace to lever.

I took the riding academy for my endorsement here and it was the most enjoyable experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. If you are needing your endorsement this is definitely a good place to do it. When I was ready to purchase a bike I made my purchase with them. The staff is great. They worked with me and let me test ride a number of bikes to help me decide what I liked.

My wife got her license here. She had Tom and Alan as her instructors she was able to pass the FIRST time around. She was so grateful for the advice she received and all the help and encouragement they gave her. She had a tough time but they never gave up on her and really made her feel confident in herself. She came back home after that weekend completely different. I recommend them to everyone.
The Seminole Harley is one of the biggest Stores I been to. SO far my hubby & I visited 17 different Harley Dealerships.Some had more than others,But, Seminole has 2 floors. ORLANDO, had the best MERCHANDISE. Riverside,Cali was another Favorite. I did not like that Military discount was taken away when we always spend nothing less than $100.00 everywhere we go.🤟👍

I do Santa appearances on my 2000 Road King. It has the older Magnetti Marelli EFI that no one wants to work on anymore.There was a problem with the idle dropping when engine was warmed up.They took me in on October 21 as biketoberfest kicked off at 9:00 a.m. and had the bike done while I waited.The service writer, Chip and mechanic, Stuart were super. The Santa sleigh is doing great now. Thanks for the help and hospitality.While the sleigh was on the lift, I had to use the remote to activate the LEDS on the reindeer horns, candy canes and Christmas tree.The looks were priceless
I rented a 2020 electra glide and the personnel were very accommodating. They realized the previous renter had taken the bikes keys by accident. This caused me to wait about an hour. The owner of the dealership arranged for me to get an extra day of rental of this bike for free. Great people ! Great dealership.

Went to HD today for a light bulb and they have to special order it, my question is Why do you have to order common parts, like lights, that is one of the reasons I hate coming into Seminole HD. it seams like every time I go in there for stuff they have to order it. Took my riders class to get my license here when I was 18 and have been coming back ever since.The staff is great; super friendly and knowledgeable, you won’t get steered wrong here.Their coarse instructors are awesome I can’t remember names well, but the guys are great teachers and usually have a few tricks most other classes don’t even consider teaching you but can make all the difference in a catastrophic situation.The guys are super chill, just make sure to follow every thing they say to the T or ya might get a taste of their southern fatherly side, they may bark at you but it’s 100% because they don’t want anyone getting injured. Which we had happen, one of the girls had her bike fall on her ankle and had to be escorted away. The situation was handled perfectly, the instructors stayed calm, while the head instructor called paramedics the assistant whom served in Vietnam tended to the injured girl’s ankle. Which honestly was pretty cool to see, as the lass made a full recovery and finished her cycle coarse.All in all they’ll do anything for their customers satisfaction and safety.

I want to personally thank rider coaches Jonathan and Juan, Sales Teammates Frank and Terrance, and manager CJ for going above and beyond their job duties to make sure I was all right and being taken care of, weeks after I had left their dealership and graduated the rider course. The folks down at Seminole Harley have garnered an enormous amount of respect from me, and I would not buy a bike or refer a friend to any other dealership besides Seminole Harley.
After taking delivery of used bike there was finally time to go over the bike and I had some issues. They were receptive and went above my expectations to address my concerns. I am truly WOWd by the experience and I am grateful to the Team for building the perfect bike for me and my family to enjoy.
