I’ve been getting quotes for a lift to have installed inside my home garage for my exotic cars. Found this place on google and sent them a Facebook message. I asked for them to assess my garage and tell me what they could do and provide a quote. Instead they sent me an email telling me they only sell Challenger lifts but would install any lift. I asked them again that I would need them to come visit me and measure to ensure their lift would fit, just like the other companies did for me. They responded with “I’m sure your handy with a tape measure, can you measure and provide us with the specs”. They further said “Our time is very valuable and we are to busy”. Excuse me, but if you think your time is more valuable than a customers, you have a seriously problem. You may want to re-visit your business plan and take some customer service training classes. Apparently this place is to “busy”, and you must do your own measuring.
