This location needs to look into the people they hire at this location. I own & drive my own 18 wheeler and was in the process of passing here last night. I have a dog with me and needed food & a few other things for him so I stopped here to they opened thus morning. Before they opened I was approached by one employee with a nasty attitude saying I was in the way of customers. As you can see in the pictures its plenty of parking as I told him & I was waiting for them to open to purchase a few things for my dog. I was then told I need to leave the property and I am not welcome inside the store 😒. None of the other employees would give me his name and he covered it up. I didnt take his picture cause thats not completely legal without consent. He is the white guy with grey hair and glasses about 6 foot and slim. Hopefully this is seen by someone who can address this issue and I do plan on calling their corporate office.

While visiting the area, riding my bike and quite a ways from my destination, my pedal fell off. I went in to Tractor Supply intending to buy a tool to reattach it. I had no idea what I was doing, so I asked for help selecting the right tool. Although he was obviously busy, John took the time to come out, talk to me about what was wrong, and reattach the pedal.His generosity was greatly appreciated and I feel that it says something about the store that he was so helpful.

Great value on dog foods and other dog related items. Clean. Great service.

Just had the opportunity to visit Tractor Supply in Sanford for the first time and had a wonderful experience. I was in the market for a ride on mower and thats when I met with the store manager John, he was personable and very knowledgeable. I was able to buy the Cub Cadet XT1 I was eyeing for some time. The delivery was flawless and done by their driver Tim, he was awesome as well. I highly recommend this store!

Im a regular customer and have done stops in different stores in the area so far this location here have always have what I’m looking for and staff super helpful!! Definitely a brand to visit!!

Really cool place, it’s just convenient and had help when I needed it. Anyone who puts anything under 3 stars is salty about something.

My Wife and I bought our boys a Coleman KT196 Go Kart for Christmas this year from Tractor Supply online on November 23rd and it was delivered on December 7th and I unboxed it on December 8th and realized the steel crate has been damaged by a forklift, I immediately called Tractor Supply corporate office in Brentwood, TN on December 8th and was told by Tyler that they had plenty available in Macon, GA in their warehouse and would get me a new one on the way to swap this one out. Tyler called my Wife on December 9th and said that they would have to refund the money because the inventory was not updated and they didnt have anymore. I was very angry that I was lied to and more disappointed because the amount of business we do with Tractor Supply for our farm. I will be taking my business elsewhere especially since they couldnt get me a new one from one of their warehouses. I want to say Thank You Tractor Supply for ruining my boys Christmas this year because I cant find one anywhere and thats why I ordered it from Tractor Supply back on November 23rd. I hope no one else receives a damaged item like this because it is going to be heart breaking this year when the boys dont get what they wanted more than anything because of a company not having their inventory correct.

Easy in and easy out. Always have what I need, just wish they would open the front entrance to the parking lot. Still blocked/ under construction.

My husband went to Sanford store 4 wks ago to order Two Kennel Panels. We were told to check that following Thursday and then check back the next Thursday, and then the following until my husband called yesterday and was told by the person on the phone oh We have 9 in our Eustis store I dont know why anyone did not tell you Meanwhile we are needing to have a place for our dog . Horrible customer service! We will NEVER go to your Sanford store again !!!!!!!!
