Real deal shop. Brought my Model T golf cart in for repair. My mechanic Randy is all about no nonsense, tell it like it is, do as you say and say as you do kinda guy. These people can look you in the eye and lay their heads down to rest knowing they are honest, reliable, humble and BTWgreat mechanics. Without asking they had my old parts, who does that? They are extremely knowledgeable without being boastful. When I picked up my golf cart the owner came out to meet and greet and make sure I was happy. How can I not be, they had my chrome wheels polished up andthe cart clean as a whistle and running better than it has ever run. They truly care and will treat your equipment as if it were their own. Sometimes it’s the big things, but sometimes it’s the little things too. We take our mowers and equipment in for repairs and receive honest work at honest prices. Those are the big things. The little things are getting your mower back and Ron put on new handle grips instead of the tape you had wrapped around it. Ron noticing your need of an oil change (and I was aware) and just charging for the materials. Today he gave me a pair of glasses. Those are the little things but they are important too. It’s nice to feel appreciated and not taken advantage of.We are a female owned and operated lawn company and can tell you many times where others have tried to take advantage but thankfully we are very knowledgeable about our equipment and business too. Thank you Ron and Randy for making our job easier. We are appreciative of both the big things and the little things you do!

We are a female owned and operated lawn maintenance company. We have struggled over the years to find good quality repair for our machinery and also a fair price. We are so fortunate that we found Ron and Randy! They always bend over backwards to help us out anyway that they can. We have been going there for the last seven years and even though they are farther than other repair shops and it takes us 45 minutes to get there, they are worth the trip. We can count on it being done right and we can count on them charging us fairly.Unfortunately there is a very much to say about customer service these days and it’s always refreshing when you finally find it. I was a customer service manager/trainer for BellSouth Telecommunications for years and know how very difficult it is and I am highly critical of it. It’s one of the reasons why I wanted to take the time to talk about how much we trust and recommend this repair shop. Thank you guys for all that you do! I have been working with Ron and the entire crew at RC Mower since June of 2015. I have never had one bad experience and they really go above and beyond for the customer. Ron is always honest, up front, and friendly. The work he does is excellent and the price he charges is beyond fair. If you are looking for a repair shop in the Sanford area, I highly suggest using this one. You wont be sorry!

GREAT! Thats the only way I can describe my experiences with RC Mower Repair & Sales. I was referred to them by a dear friend and I have thanked him ever since. I have been going to their shop now since 2009 and I drive 25 miles round trip to do that. Its well worth the time and money to me to have my equipment serviced and/or repaired by these folks. Its very hard for me to understand how anyone could have anything other than a great experience at RC Mower Repair. I have bought new equipment there and have been charged less than the going price for said equipment. I always check prices before I buy.The man I talk to there is named Ron. He is the owner I believe and very friendly and fair. They know what theyre doing and are very reasonable in their charges. I hope this review is helpful to someone thinking of having service or repairs done.

Very friendly over the phone and even better in person. I was looking for a muffler to do a custom conversion and was able to search their inventory of used parts. Good prices and knowledgeable friendly staff.

Brought my weed eater in because it would not start and they told my the motor was shot. So I GAVE THEM the weed eater and bought one of their used ones for $175. I used it once and then it wouldn’t start. So I brought it back to them and they charge me $130 to fix it said it needed a new gas cap, carb was messed up, and some other stuff. They charged me 10% to use a credit card so that’s an extra $11. Overall bad experience dealing with Randy.Ohh btw I saw my old weed eater for sale for $175 after they told me it was no good and I gave it to them.Will not be doing business here anymore.

A friend recommended RC mowers. So I gave them a try, Wow what a great experience the service was quick reasonable and they even told me how to maintain my equipment so I would not have the same problem again! The cost for the repair was even less than we expected.

My propane fueled Lehr edger starter broke, I was told by my Lake Mary service center that it was likely not going to be fixable and would have to have the entire motor replaced. They referred me to another small engine repair shop in nearby Sanford but they were busy and referred me to RC. I went to RC and the owner asked me to give him a little time to see what is going on to see if they could help. About a week later I have a fixed edger. They determined what manufacturer used the same starter since Lehr did not offer it and were able to replace it, for a very reasonable nominal fee. Very friendly and masters of their craft, very old school as they will tell you. Any small engine issue I have I will be taking to them.

HORRIBLE. It took them 1 week for an est. on a simple light kit. Took another week for work went to pick it up, did not work. They dont know what there doing. trust me take it somewhere else. You will be happy you did!!!

Dont buy used stuff there it breaks and is overpriced. Typical thugs they take your stuff without proof if you have it repaired there.

Sold me golf cart charger that was broken They exchanged it for another broken one. It had burned transformers and he told us it had just got back from repairs.. Liars. I sent and employee to you 2xs 1 hour away.. Stay Away.
