They go out of there way to help you! Great deals on carts when they can get them.

When I was in the store I did ask what their return policy was because I was uncertain about the quality of the enclosure. I was told they did not accept returns for COVID and other reasons. When I open the box I had plastic pieces falling out. I opened the enclosure and noticed many plastic pieces were broke. I was confused because it was new but no instructions were included so I continued. After I finally got the enclosure on the golf cart I noticed the broken plastic pieces were used to secure the enclosure to the bottom of the golf cart. At this point I noticed most of the pieces were broken. I call Worsley to try and exchange the defective enclosure and the person that answered the phone said, no return policy did not apply if the item was defective. I was relieved because I spent $240 on this enclosure that was not functional. She said she would have the manager call me back. The next day I received a call from Rebecca (the manager) she was extremely rude and defensive. I told her the item was defective and that I would be happy to take it to the store so she could see how many pieces broke. She told me I knew the return policy when I purchased the item and she would see what she could do. She hung up the phone. I immediately called her back to see if shed be able to see the enclosure at some point during the day. She replied with Maam I told you I would see what we could do, we dont except returns so I will have to call you back. I asked her if I could exchange the item for one that wasnt defective. She said she has a customer standing in front of her and she would call me back. I sarcastically replied you guys have such great customer service.Update: I received a call back from Rebecca saying I could exchange the enclosure for the one of the showroom floor. When I arrived she was very helpful and pleasant to work with.

First time visit and staff extremely versed on different golf cart options. Reasonably priced. They are also a Green Egg seller.

Worsley Golf Carts in Sanford was recommended to me by my neighbor. I am more than pleased with my cart and their business. The customer is their top priority. I was looking to upgrade my golf carts tires and add on new accessories. They have such a wide selection in stock and are capable of ordering any part/accessory that I wanted.10/10 recommend this shop. Great selection of carts, we have rented carts from here multiple times and have always been very pleased. We recently bought a Big Green Egg from there and absolutely feel it is the best grill we have ever owned.

I wanted to buy a golf cart locally. Went by Worsley two Saturdays in a row. No salesperson there. Left my information and what I wanted. No call back. Emailed for a quote request. No reply. Two weeks later I did get an email reply saying my email went to spam and was I still interested. I replied yes and stated what I was looking for. 3 weeks later still no response. I am going out of town this weekend to purchase a golf cart. Just disappointed.**UPDATE**I did receive a reply from Worsley after they saw this review about a month after I posted it. They apologized for my experience and offered to give me discounts on future purchases to make it up to me. I already purchased a cart from another supplier but told them I would give them another chance in the future.

They apparently do not like selling golf carts. Horrible customer service. I tried for over a week to get in touch with Rebecca-the only person who can quote prices????? After finally speaking with her she sent pics with no prices. Her knowledge was impressive but customer service & follow up lack tremendously. After seeing the pics I tried for days to call & purchase one of the carts-but no one would call me back. I ended up using a place out of Godwin NC and the difference in service & selection was considerably better.

There is a reason why they have a number of bad reviews. Because they deserve it. Rebecca is useless. Over a month and all I get is excuses and broken promises. First she says she will email me which she never did. Sent message asking if she for got me. Replied she would contact me but didn’t. Then said she would call me next day but didn’t. It’s always something. Been busy, had to go to kids soccer game etc etc etc. Told her to forget about order as she can’t do anything as promised and guess what? She played the victim card not to mention claiming to have countless happy customers where I live. I can promise that I will make it a point to inform any and all looking for a cart to avoid them like the plague especially from Pinewild CC. How this company stays up in business let alone continues to employ Rebecca is a mystery to me.

My husband and I were recommended to Worsleys through a gentleman who works on golf carts. He said they were honest and dependable. We have had a very good experience with Worsleys and would recommend them without reservation. We feel they gave us a good trade in price for our older cart and offered us many options for choosing a newer model.They do service there and take the time to explain whats going on and why you may need something. They also deliver to your door and didnt charge extra. We live at least 30+ minutes away from Sanford and really appreciated that service. If your interested in Green Egg products they are there and we even picked a decorative boulder for the garden!!

Need to work on customer service. They sell golf carts rocks and mulch. Yesterday when we pulled up we stood there 3 employees went past and never asked if we needed any help we went inside and the girl inside wouldnt help either she just told us about the rocks but didnt come out to help us weigh them out so we left.

We brought our cart to Worsleys not knowing what was wrong. They fixed our cart, and sent it back cleaner than when they picked it up. Glad to know we have someone we can count on next time we have a problem. They also picked it up and delivered it back at no charge.

Purchased a Big Green Egg last year. My husband was moving it and it broke. We reached out to find out what our options were. Because we had warrantied it online they replaced the broken part and even asked if we wanted them to come out and install it. Thanks for standing behind the products you sell.
