I was super impressed with the customer service. Seems hard to find these days. The phone customer service representative was extremely helpful as well as the Seminole Towne Center manager. I would highly recommend buying glasses here. They have an amazing Sun Love trade-in program and regular purchase warranty that can’t be beat!

The manager of this store is awesome. Helpful but not a lurker. I always buy my sunglasses at this location because of the clean store, variety of options, and great customer service.

I have been meaning to buy some nice sunglasses for a long time now and had gone one time before but felt overwhelmed and left with nothing. This time was extremely different. I went to the Sanford office and I was greeted by Kerati 749481(got her info from my receipt). She was extremely informative showing me the difference betweeen polarized and regular sunglasses. She told me which ones were on sale and what looked good on me. I probably selected a million maybes and she patiently set them aside. She even told me which ones she thought looked good and didn’t on me. It didn’t feel like she was just trying to make a sale. After an hour of trying to find the perfect sunglasses I ended up getting four lol. She made me feel like I was the only one in the store helping me when I needed it and giving me space to think and check out different styles on my own without hovering or pushing expensive lenses. Working in customer service myself I absolutely loved her client service. She was amazing! She explained the insurance plan and helped me check out seamlessly. I hope she is valued as an employee, recognized and appreciated. Thank you Kerati for all your help! You’re the best!!!

Drove 45 minutes to get here, and Joe completely wasted my time.... Not what it used to be, they should have team meetings so everyone is on the same page. Very disappointed.

I went in there 3 weeks ago to buy a pair of sunglasses for my mom for Christmas. Everything went fine until I was checking out. I donated to their charity and somethin happened with their machine and the payment wouldn’t go through. So they swiped my card again and it charged me twice for the sunglasses. It’s been 3 weeks now and I still have not recieved my refund. They keep blowing me off. I’m returning my sunglasses by the end of the week if not returned to me.
