This store does not have good products. Go to 24K instead. I brought a hot comb and it did not work. I could not return because I accidentally threw away my recent. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!

The store has very friendly service. I went in for a shower cap, and clip-in extensions they had dollar store shower caps and dollar store worthy clip-ins... But everyone there was very pleasant.

Well I went in for some colored eyelashes although they didnt have them it had so much more not to mention that the customer service is amazing because I went to some hair stores with customer service was nonexistent but the guy was very friendly the workers was very attentive Im for sure Ill go back I think that you should go give it my try also

Alexa Mobley is professional and consistently does great work. She is the fastest braider l have ever had. She takes the time to teach me how to care for my hair. She not only make it look great but she is growing my hair as well. The salon has a relaxing vibe as well.

Horrible place The ladies were following me and my mom around and the wig lady started yelling at my mom and almost made my mom cry because of how upset she was, overpriced products, 4$ for a small eco styled gel ? I think not at my other beauty supply they are 1.50$ each, cheap products !

Never call and ask questions, just go into the store. The experience is better in store, but they rush you and hate to give prices over the phone.

Got the wrong hair, didnt even leave the store. Ask for a refund but would only let me exchange.
