I use CVS because this is the pharmacy my health insurance use. However, I would not say I like the services they offer for the patients in distributing prescriptions. I feel like they are kind of messy. On the other hand, the workers are friendly, not all. Some of the staff members could use better customer service strategies and work in its attitude tower the customers, but it is located very convenient for me, so I use it. Now, today they make me feel terrible; I was visiting my doctor. He adjusted one of my prescriptions (for example, from 100 to 130 mg.), sending a new order to the pharmacy. When I was traveling back home, I got a call and a message from my CVS pharmacy that the fill prescription order for this medicine was ready. So I was amazed, so fast, wonderful! I went to the pharmacy and surprise! Yes, they called because the older one, the one of 100 mg, was ready, but the one for 130 mg is being filled. Would you like to wait? I told them I do not want the older one, why should I take it if the doctor changed? I want the new want, and I do not want to wait. So, the worker just shrunk his shoulders, and I left the pharmacy full of indignation.I do not understand why they filled the older one and called me when they already have a new order for a new one? Why do they think I will take the older one if my doctor changed it?. That is also a total waste of working time and of medicines. Moreover, I imagine that if I receive both, both will be charged to the insurance. They make me lost my precious time, and the worst, they make me feel like being asked to be part of a fraud!
My favorite CVS, seriously good customer service. Feels so homey Everytime Im there. Definitely impressed with the constant betterment of the store. Keep up the good work!
CVS is great. Some of the workers could use a little training on there attitude but over all the place itself is good for your needs and the hours are good. A bit pricier than some places but its as convenient as any other place.
Sat and waited for them to open. They were over 10 min late and stood there with their back to me. When they finally opened up they had a nasty attitude. Also - they keep their pharmacy hours covered so you can’t see what time they close. I was there a few minutes after and staff was still standing there. They would not help me even though I was begging them because I had a sick baby. They looked at me like I was crazy for not knowing they were closed. YOUR HOURS ARE COVERED! I can’t tell you’re closed!
This location is not very well managed, or organized. I called in a refill (spoke to someone in person) at 9:50am. At 3:30pm it was still pending. Needless to say I have had to go all weekend without it because I wont be back in town to grab it until tomorrow. This happens every-time i need my medication no matter how far in advance I call it in. They dont start filling until I get there. They have a hard time filling scripts, organizing patient records, and they are not very enthusiastic about having to answer questions or do anything past handing you your medicine. I would not recommend this location at all. I have finally gotten approval to use another pharmacy. If you HAVE to use CVS then i would attempt a different location.
If you’re even thinking of using this CVS it will be your worst mistake ever the pharmacist Pam Sullivan think she’s some kind of authoritative figure she’s a pharmacist not a doctor and she should fill her pills and make sure her people answer her phones the store manager Randy Lee has no control over anything there’s no accountability for anything in that store you will wait on hold for at least 30 minutes I’ve waited on hold numerous times The longest I waited was 41 minutes the medication is the most expensive in town and their customer service including an employee named Pedro Gomez is absolutely horrible they need to be retrained After I asked the store manager Randy Lee for the phone numbers that I needed to contact corporate and the peoples names that were involved he finally gave them to me then he followed me out of the store and stood there in an intimidating fashion I’m disabled and elderly what a tough guy I would not send my worst enemy to the store trying to get in touch with corporate now so somebody has some accountability and they could find out what’s going on in that store horrible horrible customer service I would not spend a penny there
Terrible customer service....robot from the pharmacy calls EVERY DAY yet the staff NEVER answers the phone when I call them. The location does plenty of business so there is NO EXCUSE for the lack of staff available toservice the customer. This location clearly has POOR QUALITY management. I am a retired corporate executive that routinely managed 250 to 300 locations over a 7 state area. This is not a new problem at this location and COVID-19 is not the reason for POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Worst service ever!!! Look at their reviews. Its apparent they dont. Dont even bother calling. Thank you for your patience. Someone will be with you momentarily. Nope!!!! Waited 25 minutes and no one bothered to pick up the phone. Do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else....anywhere.
Ive never experienced such a rude, uncaring pharmacist who actually has lied to me about receiving messages from Drs. If it was just one Dr, I would say it could have been anyones mistake but on 3 different occasions she has said that there was no call from a Dr when there was. I was actually on the phone with the Dr. While he left the voice-mail to prove that the pharmacist is lying. So strange!
Albert the pharmacist is terrible! Rude and inconsiderate! You can tell he is simply collecting a paycheck and doesn’t care about his customers. There are always long delays and confusion at the pharmacy section. This is unfortunate Bc the rest of the staff besides Albert are a pleasure to deal with. We are willing to put up with the delays Bc it is the closest and the staff is so nice. However after my encounter today with Albert I understand he might be the problem. Unfortunately, I understand one person is not going to make a difference but I do plan on taking our business elsewhere Bc of him.
The covid testing here is a joke. find somewhere else... also wouldnt fully fulfill my doctors prescription at the window told me i had to go inside to get mucinex. let me just go inside with covid great idea
Unfortunately, this location is underfunded and you can tell. The parking is typically full of litter and pot holes and the line for the pharmacy is always long regardless of the time of day. The 2 stars are strictly for the staff as they’re always polite and helpful. I wish the pharmacy could get more help. You can tell they work extremely hard but are seriously understaffed.
No one in the pharmacy ever answers the phone! I’ve been calling since 9am and still no answer! Holds are longer than 30 minutes! Ridiculous!
This the worst drive thru I have ever been to.I have beengoing here for over 20 yrs. When it was new it has never been pressure cleaned nor painted. Needs complete renovation. Its grim inside to. Parking lot is trashed and landscaping. You cant see thru the drive thru window there spit and hockers all over the walls all the signs are weather beaten unreadable. There so many spider nests it looks like wall to wall. I think I will call their Corp. Office and file a complaint it would help if everyone called I hope.
I have picked up medication several times there and have been happy most of the time
This place is so slow. They had signs for the drive thru for pharmacy saying take right line we waited there forever until we called and they said oh yeah thats only for the morning, use the other lane. Ended up behind even more people. What a waste of time and what a slow pharmacy. Person attending us had to ask for out information like 10 times because she couldnt understand what the birth date or the four letter last name. Go elsewhere!
If I could give zero stars I would. On two different occasions they have told me they are filling my prescriptions, and that I will be notified when ready. However, those prescriptions we never filled until I had to call back and ask why they haven’t been filled in over a week. And the only response is “sorry we forgot to push the request through”. This happened yet again today. After holding for 20 minutes, I called the front to see what was happening and she said, “well you’ll just have to wait another at least another 40 minutes before someone can speak with you.” Every time I have gone here, prescriptions are not filled, lost, or there is an over hour wait for anything to even be done.
I went to pick up a few things on 2/11/20 around 9:30-10am. I approached the register and the clerk at the register did not greet me. So I greeted her. She had almonds on the counter that was was snacking on. She seemed to be more concerned about the almonds on the bare counter than she was about ringing out my items correctly. Which she had to do twice because she wasn’t attentive to my response when I said I have a CVS rewards number. Then she failed to put one of my items in my bag which I left. If you’re hungry eat breakfast or take a break. Please don’t snack in my face.
Update 4/7/2021I had a prescription sent to this place again by a provider, giving them a 30th chance and guess what? Still the worst place to pick up meds. No they have a lady there that doesnt even know which lane is for pick up and which lane is for drop off. Oh and doesnt know how to spell.Worst place to set as your pharmacy! The slowest team of pharmacists I’ve ever seen! Don’t even bother going through the drive through! Unless you have a birthday cake! That way you can celebrate your birthday in the line.
If I could give no stars I would! Not only does this pharmacy refuse to answer the phone regardless of how long you sit on hold, but then when you make it through the physical line they say they have answered every call and hasnt missed anything but yet the doctor themselves are not able to reach them, Unprofessional and RUDE!
I recently moved to the Sanford area and this is the closest pharmacy, i have used CVS for years and this pharmacy is truly an embarrassment. I wanted to update my insurance and it took 6 attempted calls and waited over 1.5 hrs ended up driving there updating insurance and waiting another 40 mins to get my Rx. I am sorry I WILL NOT be returning to this pharmacy.
I love the store ~ been shopping there for a couple years.Their pharmacy is RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!They are SO rude. Came in with 2 scripts and they filled them called my name handed them to me and then said they dont take my insurance AFTER waiting over half an hour.
I love the staff at this store. Theyve always gone out of their way to help me. Maybe negative reviews come from negative people, but I can only give 5 stars across the board for all of this stores departments and employees. And theyre smart and friendly, too.
Leaving a one star review because zero isn’t an option. Three employees working in the pharmacy when I walked in after being on hold on the phone for 12 minutes. Literally drove there from one town over while on hold. They had one customer. The stuff isn’t willing to lift a finger beyond the bare minimum to help a customer. It’s no wonder Walgreens is light years ahead of cvs. I’ll never by even a soda from a cvs. Utter incompetence and apathy at this location.
Even from the backend of a doctors office, trying to get ahold of this pharmacy and the customer service of this place is awful!!
Love this pharmacyThey have everything in there when I running out personal Stuff.Quick and cheap
Hard to understand cashier... but very clean
When I needed a prescription refill I was told at cvs Sanford that they couldnt fill it and did not have it. The clerk went on to say that they didn’t know when they were getting anything, it could be anywhere from Monday to Friday. Really?? No stock? You are a pharmacy and thats the best you can do!! I am a customer. They didn’t even offer to see if another cvs had it. What if it was a heart medicine I needed. How would they handle that??? The clerk was so pompous in declaring how and why they couldn’t fill my prescription I was stunned. People take medicines for a reason and the label says one a day as prescribed and refill on a monthly basis it does not say REFILL A FEW DAYS TO A WEEK LATER AFTER the medicine is finished. POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.!!! I apologize for the rant.
Horrible Pharmacy, the pharmacist is on a power trip.
Worst customer service in the area. I’ve moved all prescriptions but one else where and dream of the day when that one can be moved as well.
Worse pharmacy I’ve ever been to! Absolutely terrible with customer service and wait time. Phones go unanswered! Medicine out of stock! If I could give negative stars, I would!
I was there just coming out from the hospital the farmacista was very rude and not caring abaut the situation she just refused to talk to me and told me she did not have time for me I had to whait 1:30 minute to refill my prescription don’t know her name but was on 28 of June at 10:30 went up to the store manager. Ask for a number to complain abaut this rude and non care person he give me a number of cvs District 407 8049929 left. A message no one called me back is time for me to change going to a different pharmacy this cvs dos not care
I had called to see if this location offered faxing services and even though they didnt the manager was nice enough to point me it the direction of the FedX office located right behind them that does great customer service
I would give a zero if I could. They never answered the phone, and when they did they didn’t realize it and we heard everything! Calling pharmacy customers “weirdos”! CVS- this is a terrible representation of your company. I want to switch to Walgreens because of them. Absolutely horrible and inexcusable
I work in a doctors office and hear the back end of staff in this pharmacy. I dread calling them. Not only do they hang up on me constantly I typically wait an average of 10 mins on hold to be hung up on. When I call multiple times they finally answer and theyre rude. They have such low standards on patient care quality. There is no communication with patients on their end or follow thru if there is an issue with meds. Many of my patients end up calling me because this staff just could not care any less about treatment for their patients. It is a shame. Many of the patients we see depend on their meds and when CVS falls through theyre left stranded. I will be looking into making a corporate complaint. In my opinion in the medical field this is unacceptable.
Pictures are fine, but after you pick them up, you will continue getting courtesy calls reminding you to pick up your photos. I stopped in recently to buy something and said hey by the way, do I have any photos here? I did not. I said I keep getting phone calls. They said they keep everything in the system and havent deleted them for the year. He said he was deleting me, but I still get the calls.Update 2 years later- I quite using Sanford CVS for photos. I had two instances of incompetence. The first time, I submitted an online order of a few prints. I didnt get the ready to pickup email but I figured 4 hours later, my one-hour photos should be ready. Turns out they hadnt started. They didnt know anything was sent until I told them to check the system to release the order to printer. It happened a second time as well, but this time, I decided to wait for their email. It finally came a week later, which was 6.5 days too long for me. I had them quickly printed at Walgreens the next morning. You shouldnt have to go in and tell them to do their job. Maybe they have improved, I havent tried this location in over a year. But, I never will again.
It has everything you could need for meds, makeup or quick stop foods. Good stuff!
Apparently they dont have a license to fill Schedule 2 medication and its been like this for four years yet they cant be bother to put a sign up in the store to note that. Thats a pretty big discrepancy. Methinks they dont have it for a reason and that reason is likely someone screwed up bad enough to warrant CVS not getting one.
Placed on hold for 20 minutes trying to call pharmacy. Must be understaffed
This lady in the pharmacy she very arrogant.
Tell supply roxy cottons to people who dont live in sanford. I can prove what I say
Im baffled at how the employees in the pharmacy could not provide me with some timely help. Rather, they told me to drive to another CVS. Thanks!
Pharmacy tech is very rude. Stares at you like youre stupid, shakes her head, rolls her eyes.
Drive thru is closed because of caterpillars. Has been shutdown for almost 2 weeks. Someone was stung on arm. Idiots are in charge obviously.
Pharmacy never answers the phone!
Very slow service the people here dont understand simple questions
Super RIP off
Love CVS
