Got to love TJ and Lisa! They are very attentive to all the questions I had for them regarding a game which my grandchildren wanted to know more about. We left with a gaming system! Excellent customer service!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that will nerd out with you and/or your kids. Prices are Games top prices so I cannot comment on that but their selection of items at this location is better than others I have been to.

Honestly, Im not a Gamestop shopper, normally. Went to get my kids a game with them with me. Lisa, the manager, held a game that I called ahead for. When we arrived, she was super friendly and great with my kids as she talked to them during the transaction. She encouraged them about school and treated them like people. Great customer service.

I love the energy the store manager has when you go into the establishment. Will continue to shop there.

Just left after standing there for 10 minutes waiting to discuss which wireless x box controller to get for my son. Obviously his personal phone call with his boy was more important than anything the only customer in the store was going to purchase. Dont bother...just order off Amazon, much cheaper anyways as I researched it while standing there waiting!

Great workers, great customer service. Well besides one dude who doesnt seem to know what they carry. Asked about a controller for the Ps3 that was fashioned to look like a 360 controller. He told me they dont carry anything like that and that Sony wouldnt allow it, yet it was on the wall behind him.

As for this store (not gamestop as a whole), Ive always been met with a polite and helpful staff. They keep the store clean and bvb Ive never had any issues.

Has a decent selection, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Stood for five minutes at the desk for help and was ignored by the two associates working that day. I finally left the store since no one was interested in actually interacting with customers other than taking their money

Store was clean, employee was friendly and calm despite having several customers in the store and seeming to be the only one working. Only major drawback, in my opinion, is not all items were clearly priced.

Its a good GameStop, but the guy Josh the manager has an attitude usually and asks questions all the time when trying in like youre doing something wrong.
