Im glad I found this place. New to the area and needed a nice, quiet place to write. Its perfect!

Karma is my favorite hot vanilla latte with whipped cream. Prices are more reasonable than starbucks and dunkin. Taste sooo much better than the chains also. I Always like to look around at all of the different featured items. This place really loves animals and the community. Have had some good convo with the owner. She is very nice.

Karma has a nice atmosphere. Diann also makes most of the wax melts that are sold in the boutique, which smell amazing and there is a huge variety. Theres a free little library inside and it always has a lot of options. A different local artist is featured monthly. Tables and couches seating, relaxing atmosphere. My son loves coming and playing checkers on the checker board table.

I really like their Mocha Frappe. It’s delicious! Large costs $5 and it’s full of flavor, made fresh to order. They also have frequent visitor cards that you can get 9 drinks and get the tenth for free.I also tried mango smoothie today and it’s delicious!

Very cute shop. I sat on a comfy couch and browsed their little library with a tasty peach smoothie. The place is pet friendly, her cute little dog was asleep on a bed behind the counter. Nice mugs, jewlery, and waxes as well.

This is the cutest coffee place. It sells homemade soaps, oils, pictures, and crafts plus has a book exchange shelf where you can take a book, donate a book, or switch one out. There are so many coffee options and the owner is so nice.

Just a wonderful place all around

Went there for the first time today as I’m still trying to find a good local coffee shop. The barista whom I believe is the owner was extremely rude and seemed very inconvenienced that we were there( I brought my friends in from TN). Asked her what was most popular and she responded “latte” very grimly. My friend tried to make happy small talk and she literally did not respond to anything she said. I ordered an Irish Creme latte and and the coffee was just plain.. plain and terrible. It tasted like Folgers with milk. Zero flavor and very pour coffee quality. I will not be going back.

Great coffee in a nice place to just sit outside and do some people watching. They have a lot of things going on and I think it is so neat all the unique activities they have there.

I dont have a large disposable income but truly, when I do, this is where I dispose of it. Its affordable and welcoming. Once, the owner stayed open well past her hours to let my sister-in-law (from out of town) decide between a couple of small ticket items. And despite the fact that the shop is filled with delicious scents, utilitarian gift ideas and art by local artists, there is never any pressure to buy. Do yourself a favor and check out this little local jewel.

Great atmosphere to grab a amazingly delicious coffee (huge selection on coffee menu) and chat with friends/family/coworkers or have a meeting! Great service from great people! Plus I love how involved they are with the community! And dog friendly!!!! 😍

I dont even drink coffee and I love this place! Great bands on most Friday nights, awesome service. I even had a professional meeting with another veterinarian here. Di is so welcoming and makes sure that all her guests get what they need. Extra bonus points for being dog friendly!

Love this place! They are always having fun events for all ages and their boutique is so unique! Im not really a coffee drinker but Karma has surely turned me on to some delicious iced coffees!

Lovely little store and coffee shop. The service is outstanding. The mascots are a little contrary, but appear to be sweet puppies. There is a nice selection of gifts and decor as well.

Wonderful place for a brew and some handmade soaps and other small tidbits. Staff was very friendly and the space is huge! I’d imagine a great place for a small coffee shop trip to place some background music. After moving here from a small town that housed my favorite coffee shop, I think I’ve found a replacement!

Everything a coffee shop should be! Great variety of coffee, smoothies, and hot tea plus various items made by local artisans for sale. I love the leave a book, take a book shelf and the fact that they are pet friendly. Add to it that, recently they saved, vetted, and rehomed about 14 cats and kittens that were living on the street.Its not just a great coffee shop, theyre also great people.

The coffee is superb. The service not so good. I ask about some products but the person didnt know about.

Have been at Karma many times and will continue to return. I meet clients, friends, and family in this quiet, friendly atmosphere. Open and roomy. Customer service has always been great.

The place is friendly, warm and has the best coffee in town! And sometimes there are surprise dogs that you can play with while waiting for your order.

Great folks and good service. I love a good cup of coffee but dont do dairy, so was pleasantly surprised when they have plant milks for your java. Their baked goods are to die for as well with several vegan options too!

If youre a Sanford resident or just passing through, Karma is the go-to spot to grab coffee and a snack! The space is large and offers plenty of seating throughout giving costumers the ability to have a little privacy if desired. My wife loved all the soaps, bathsalts, candles, and scented wax melts for sale in the shop. Also, if youre looking for any coffee themed home decor, Karma will most likely have the perfect piece for you! Despite being quite busy while we were there, the barista was incredibly attentive, polite and was able to provide suggestions to help me make up my mind on what I wanted to try. My wife and I had a great experience at Karma and recommend this place to anyone looking for fantastic customer service, a good atmosphere, and great coffee!

They have great locally roasted coffee, and some from an Alaskan company. My favorite is their cappuccino!

McLeod IV posted about Karma Boutique and Coffee Bar . . .I have been a customer at Karma Boutique and Coffee Bar for years now and it is the best place in Sanford to relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee or hot chocolate or any other drink they have.Everybody is ALWAYS friendly and its a great atmosphere and lots of thing in the shop to look at.But let me also add this . . . I am a singer/songwriter/musician in a town where there are very few places where people can come and actually LISTEN to music.Diann is a strong supporter of music and the arts in this town and she has one of the best stages for performers to come and play.And since its not a restaurant bar . . . but a coffee bar . . . Its got a family atmosphere and perfect for family who want to bring the kids out to listen to some music.Im not sure what Alexander H. McLeod IVs problem is . . . but as far as Im concerned . . . He knows NOTHING about this place and his comments and so-called review where distasteful and totally disrespectful to the owner and the business. Shame on you Alexander

My white chocolate coffee was perfect and I there were all kinds of things to see. There is comfortable seating and free WiFi.

Coffee is good but lady is always rude! Weve tried several times to support local but we will not be back. There is no reason to be rude to paying customers.

Love this place they are so nice there and they always have dogs that greet u which to me makes it feel more at home. Its my favorite place to go.

This is located in downtown sanford, and is a great place to start off a saturday morning or even your morning during the week.My husband loves the White Choc Mocha and finds he doesnt get heartburn like he does from a national chain.They do have a membership/frequent card that they hold onto for you. Prices are very reasonable and they occasionally have sweets to munch on.On the other side of the cafe is a small boutique filled with local artisan items that range from baby items to soaps and house decor. There is plenty of seating for lounging and a few tables if you need to knock some work out.

I went their for the first time and me not knowing anything I asked what coffee is good to get here? she just pointed at the menu like she didn’t care and pretty much rushed my order! Very rude lady. Every since then I have not went back. Maybe you should change the name to “Evil Ladies Boutique”

Im going to as most bias as I can. It is the best coffee in town. I know my mom owns it but there is nothing like it in town. And im so proud of both of my parents for achieving such an inspiration to me and many other followers.
