I come here nearly every day & have never been disappointed. Coffee is always perfect, sandwiches are awesome as well. Their customer service is always excellent! They also always have treats & love to offer my pupper as well! Also, everyone is always wearing masks & being safe. Great job, yall!

This is for the NH shops not the ME ones cuz Sanford have gotten a lot better and stay open until 9 pm now !! As you can see by the receipt its for Rochester NH ! Never stay open like they should and always close 15 / 20 minutes earlier then they are supposed to ! We got are coffee and they were only maybe 70 % filled what a wast of money ! Might be going back to Dunkin donuts they fill up all they way and they are open all night!! And have nicer employees ! To bad cuz I love there coffee most of the time !!

Poor, poor customer service here for years (4+), unable to make orders correctly according to customer’s specific requests.

Waited for 10 minutes. Only one car ahead of us, (they were having fun talking with the girls at the window), taking far too long for their 3 drinks. All I ordered were 2 drinks, what I got was a cup of pure milk and sugar with a “splash“ of coffee in it, and a green tea that was ok. Super fun! I’ll never go here again.

I would give this place 0 stars in I could. I was having an event at the local VFW for retired veterans and asked if any would like to place a coffee order. I had a total of 7 drinks and proceeded to go to Aroma Joes. I ordered and the first time the computer had a glitch so I reordered and moved to the second window. The next person tried to give me four drinks, I said some were missing she immediately had an attitude, long story short I was told that I didnt order right, I was holding up the line (3 cars), and that I shoukd have known if my order was over 5 drinks that I needed to go inside.

Theyre definitely more busy at their drive-thru than inside, so going in may take them a bit to get to you. Inside space is roomy; plenty of seating for yourself or a group. Service is good, food always seems fresh, drinks filled near to the brim.Curious to see if they allow hosting for events or games.

This place... i love this place so much. Best coffe Ive ever had, wonderful employees, some of who actually remember my order (which shows me they care about their customers!!) Never had a single bad experience here. Also its a cute little place that you can actually feel comfy sitting in, and free wifi!!

I love aroma Joes. Yes, there are some baristas that arent consistent in this line of work, however 99% of the time my orders are exactly what I ordered, and made right. I also love that they have a rewards program for their loyal customers. Used to be what I say about this location, however, this aroma joes coffee house location has officially gotten me to give in and give an extremely bad review. I usually love their coffee, but recently, their coffee has gone down hill and its only happening at this one location. They will not be receiving my attention at all anymore. This is the 5th time I have gotten sick in the past 5 weeks from their coffee at the midtown mall location. Im sick of it. Literally. I am so done with the midtown mall aroma joes location. Either teach your workers the proper way to make a coffee and to properly clean up, or get new staff and teach them from the get-go.

The staff here is friendly and prompt with orders. Food is fresh and tasty. Coffee is okay, but under par for an Aroma Joes. The reason for the 2 star is their espresso. It is the worst I have ever had. Always burned and even at times stale tasting. It makes drinks with espresso less good and i am an espresso fan. I know good espresso. This is not. Sadly. I will return for their treats, but i am all set at this location for coffee and espresso.

I have been here many times over the years and the ambiance seldom gets any better. The light fixtures themselves are well suited for the cozy coffee shop look I think they’re striving for but that is undone by the harsh daylight bulbs they choose to outfit them with. They have a constant fly problem which is disturbing because their sweets cabinet behind the counter never seems to be immune to them. They do have a very interesting bank vault tucked in the back corner with seating, but it’s pretty run down. Couch is pleather and peeling and the carpet in that area is office grade and very sad looking. That said, the coffee at Aroma Joes is always good and they have a large variety of drinks available. I would say that the manager owner could put a little bit of money into sprucing it up a bit and it would be a very cozy, attractive coffee house.

No complaints about Aroma Joes. So glad theyre expanding the way they are. They actually brew coffee there, and Ive NEVER had an old or burned cup (imagine that Dunkin Donuts!). The girls are sweet and pretty and nice; they always greet me with a smile and a twinkle in their eye. They even put up with me when Im not sure what I want, and are happy to make a suggestion. Love you guys -- keep up the good work!!

Proves are the same as every other AJ around. I feel like the prices for some items are high. Friendly staff, very helpful with questions of what flavors are in the different energy drinks.

I love Aromas without a doubt but at this location specifically my husbands coffee has never been right..my rush has tasted like multiple weird flavors like they didnt clean their tumblers and the service was not the greatest. We tried giving them a few chances but we dont even get a hello, how are you? when we drive up.. I now drive almost 15 mins to another aroma Joes because of it and I live a mile from this one..

This place is the first one having coffee in a old bank volt it was cool, and great coffee as well, the people who work there are friendly and professional service.

We were yelled at to quiet down after laughing while eating in the lounge. Were werent being loud nor doing anything wrong. Drinks and food were great though.

The people are always friendly and are quick to get your order out to you.

I visit here whenever I am in the mood for great tasting coffee!

I generally have a good experience when going into THIS aroma joes in particular. Today on the other hand, was a different story. The girl working inside at the counter (between 1:30 - 2:30pm - 7/14/2016) was making another customers coffee when i entered. She took my order after and was polite, but she was more focused on talking to her friend (not a coworker) than actually getting the order right. Instead of a Irish kicker w/extra shot of expresso and sugar, we received a black coffee with extra expresso. Not impressed. This has happened several times with other staff too. Try being less chatty ladies.
