Refused to fix leaking sunroof even after mechanic tore a separate piece off trying to slide it over. Said they would order new seal. Next day said they wouldn’t fix it. THE most SHADY group off people around. Took my car back to them 3 different times and each time they lied saying they fixed it. 4 months later still not fixed. I’m very surprised they are not shut down. Knew someone that used to work they and they said it’s “off the charts crooked” and couldn’t take it anymore. Let me repeat “IM VERY SURPRISED THEY ARE NOT SHUT DOWN YET. Wouldn’twishonmyworstenemy

Although it was a great initial experience purchasing a vehicle, it was anything but that when attempting to contact their customer service for assistance connecting with the finance company. Long story short, I financed a portion of the purchase through a lender which JT Auto Group recommended. Fast forward a month later, still haven’t been contacted or received anything in the mail pertaining to my loan. Tried to contact JT Auto Group and the loan company several times with no luck getting anyone to return my calls. How am I supposed to make my payments if I have been given zero documentation as to where to send them? Moral of the story: if you need financing, I’d strongly suggest finding a lender on your own and avoid going with any that JT Auto Group recommends. I have no choice than to transfer my loan to another bank.

Offer Cars at good prices, but there is a catch........They do minimal if any prep work for sale and often misrepresent the actual vehicle history. Dealer just responded indicating they never sold me the car in question. My response is check your records since VIN number KNDPNCAC9H7182150 is a 2017 KIA Sportage sold to me from your dealership. I will not remove this post as it is a truthful account of what was delivered. Update: The Vehicle also needs all 4 rotors and brake pads replaced. Will not get more than 5K miles our of the set that came from this dealer.

The visit started off shaky, but it ended up being the quickest least painful car buying experience I have ever had. Kenneth was great and informative. He answered all my questions and didnt try to rush me into a decision. Even when things did not go as planned, he tried to be honest and not hide things like others I have seen have done. Great job and Im enjoying the car.

I spent a long time searching for the specific car I wanted at a price we could afford and Samantha made the drive down to Sanford worth it for me. They had no problem with me taking it to a dealership for an inspection before purchase, and that made me feel secure in what I was buying. Samantha was the first salesperson I had encountered in my search that actually knew something about the car she was selling (plug-in hybrid) as most sales people dont even bother to learn, and I appreciated that effort. Sure, do your research and kick the tires a bit, but I think the value you get at JT would be very hard to beat. Good people, good experience!

Charles was efficient and quick to help my wife get into the 2018 Edge she found online. Have had the vehicle for two weeks. Vehicle runs well and Charles openly discussed expected factors when a vehicle has been in an accident. I never felt as if the vehicle was “pushed” on us. More of Charles helping us get into a vehicle we wanted. Great choice if you want a more personable approach to buying a vehicle.

JT Auto Group contacted me super fast, within minutes of an inquiry. Very accommodating with my interests and questions concerning a particular vehicle I was interested in.

I purchased a 2015 Mazda 3 a couple weeks ago with Charles as our salesman. He was great. We test drove it, he put gas in because the light was on. My family loved it. However, I did notice that the car hadnt been cleaned/detailed. The previous owners air freshener was still in the window and a few other things. BUT as I got it home and began to clean it myself I noticed how covered in animal hair the floor boards are. Ive scrubbed and vacuumed and scrubbed and vacuumed. With very little success. There appears to be vomit between the seats. ITS JUST HORRIBLE. I cant eat my lunch on my breaks from work. Dont get me wrong I love animals, I just cant stand the shedding. And my sister is allergic to cats and she cant ride in my new car.

My husband was looking for a Kia Soul and this place had one within his budget. We had a check ready and we really wanted and fell in love with the vehicle after a test drive. They worked with us well as my husband had some negative equity in his trade. We were very honest up front with our check financed amount and we walked out with the Kia Soul! This dealership was by far the best in the area as we tried other dealerships such as Kia of Pinehurst and Kia of Fayetteville and both would not budge on price of vehicle or bother to work with us. Used to think this was a great place, but now not so sure. Sales lady tried to use a high pressure sales tactic on my son, and I did not appreciate it. Not sure if I will ever go back. The full press occurred after we left, you guys had another vehicle same as the car we looked with the same features, and it was $9,000 cheaper. Now once he realized couldnt afford the one he was looking at we left. Halfway home we saw the less expensive car on your internet site and called back, the salesperson basically told him Im dealing with another customer right now, if youre going to leave with it today then you can come test drive it. That statement doesnt fly, thats a pressure tactic. Four years ago I had a Salesman walk all over that lot with me showing me alternatives to the pickup truck I originally looked at, and I wound up walking out of there with the truck that I paid $10,000 cash for. Different set of staff. This time, an alternative he could have afforded was never shown.

Thank you for getting back to me so soon I purchased a Ford vehicle with you. It was sold as safe and within north carolina inspection standards as well as as is. I was also told you do a routine check on your vehicle when you get them. When I brought the vehicle to a ford dealership mechanic per for limited warranty I discovered that there were 2 major Safety issues one that could cause a serious accident and the other with the engine and the warranty would only cover a fraction of the price. I requested to speak to the owner to no avail. All I see is a resolution to this issue

Sold me a lemon. I bought a 2012 Audi A5 and in the first 2 weeks the check engine light came on. They told me to bring it back and they fixed so I thought. Few day later they said my car was ready for pick up and as I was leaving their facility the check engine came back on, so I u-turned it and brought it back and by the end of the day the problem was fixed... I didnt get to take it home thats day because I live a hr away and I work 12 hr day like most people but that is beside the point. But jump forward 9 months later my engine quit making power and with a lot of looking I saw oil was leaking from somewhere needless to say the engine was dead and now I have no car please beware of this place and read up on North Carolina lemon law its a little late for me but hopefully not your you

I was very pleased with the service and professionalism that I received from Ragan Charles. I purchased a 2013 Volvo XC60 and the vehicle was exactly as Charles described it to me on the phone. I drove from Durham NC to Sanford NC and I was very pleased with the vehicle. The price was excellent and the car rides nice. I waited a few days to do the review so I can judge the after sale process. The finance manager called and told me my tags were at the dealership and they ordered replacement batteries for the key fob. I am very pleased with the service at JT Automart

Do Not Buy A Car Here!!!! Purchased a Chevy 79,000 mi with BS warranty for first 1000mi. Blew a head gasket after driving it 400 miles. Was told warranty did not cover. They had car for over a month and as a result lost a job contract and necessary income. Had to buy gasket parts as they were going to charge double. Can’t pay for it all up front so was put on payment plan and of course they will charge interest on that as well. They are affiliated with the lot up the street so stay away from both places!!!! This review was written for a friend of mine.

This is the WORST place to get a car from. I got my vehicle 6/24/20 began having problems with the battery shortly after that. Took it to get diagnosed and they said that the car wasn’t worth fixing. I reached out to JT Auto and they said I had driven my car 227,000 miles. I tried to given them a chance to fix it and they kept giving me the run around. Stated that I had to take out a loan just to get it fixed. I highly recommend that people NEVER get a car from there. They are the worst! Staff is very rude!

If I could give this place a 0 star review, I would. I very rarely negatively review business, because I feel like it just isnt worth it, because most businesses that have such poor customer service and policies dont care whether or not you give the a bad review. However my experience was terrible with JT Auto Group.I found a truck they had listed on CarGuru. I live about 1hr 15mins from the car lot, so I called to make sure the truck was still available before I came. At the same time, i told them exactly what I was looking for: 3/4ton or 1ton truck, must be 4x4. If gas, I would go up to 160,000, if diesel 200,000. The truck that I was inquiring about fit all those criteria, so I thought. I asked that if they had any other trucks available that fit my criteria that I would like to look at them while I was there. I drove all the way to the car lot and upon arrival, I was directed to a saleswoman that proceeds to tell me that the vehicle I inquired about had a discrepancy in the online description. The computer in the truck was replaced at 65,000 (but they dont know why), so when that happened it reset that odometer to 0, so the truck actually had 65,000 more miles then advertised. So that put the truck out of the mileage that I was comfortable with. When I asked why I wasnt told this on the phone, I was given the run around that their call center people are not allowed to give any details about the vehicle over the phone.I left quiet upset and while I was driving home, I decided to call and ask to speak to a manager. When I called, the same lady I spoke to about the truck that morning answered the call. When I asked to speak with a manager, she asked my name. After figuring out who I was, she hung up on me and of course I never received a call back. Honestly this is the reason I am leaving a bad review.Nobody apologized, no one recognized that I was totally inconvenienced. Terrible customer service and policies.4/24/21 - What I think is interesting is if you read their response to my original review, they still do not apologize AND do not even acknowledge that their customer service/call center hung up on me when I asked to speak with a manager. I went back and looked at the AutoCheck that was referred to and the report was not pulled until today (4/24/21), so no it was not available for me to do more in depth research the day I came. The AutoCheck also shows that the vehicle went from 279000 miles to 65000 in 2015. The car sales person told me that in 2015 it was at 65000 and the odometer was set back to 0 miles, so she didnt even know what she was talking about. She told me that the vehicle was 65,000 over the listed 149,000. So, no JT Auto Group your salesperson did not do her due diligence, nor was she truthful.

Told these guys I was driving an HOUR to get there, ready to take the car that day. But when we got there the front seat is not bolted down for seat motor replacement. Couldnt test drive the salesman had no idea when it would be ready despite going in the shop twice. The professional thing to do would have been to tell me its not ready instead of letting me drive an HOUR ONE WAY to just look at it. I could have done that online. Communicate dont waste mine or you time.

Really had an excellent experience at JTs. From the moment I drove onto the lot to the moment I drove off they handled the entire experience with the utmost professionalism. Despite it being peak hours and quite busy inside the office, With no appointment I was in and out in a new vehicle in less than 3.5 hours. The lot has a wide variety of vehicles, organized by style. The sales team was excellent and easy to communicate with; never pushy, and willing to accompany within reason. I hope to not need to return for a few years now, but if I should find myself in want of a vehicle, Id be back. Id recommend this spot to anyone.

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE!!!! Bought a car from here and 2 days later check engine lights comes on. I took it to my mechanic and he informed me it would cost $3,000 to fix everything that was wrong. They sold me a lemon and knew there was wrong with the car. They just reset the check engine system so it will turn off for a few days. Get your car from someplace else, they should name this place JT Lemon Mart because one thing is for certain you’ll find plenty of lemons.

Arrived Sunday the 16th to test drive a black c 250. The car rode and drove fine. Car needed some issues to be fixed no problem. Made a cash offer. They declined it no problem. To give them what they asked the deal was them to fix all issues and we would be back on 08/18/20 with a check from credit union in hand. Call at 2:38pm to say we have check in hand and on the way to get the vehicle. They tell us now the car is UNAVAILABLE AND NOW THE CAR NEEDS A INGINE. NO well we have another car No can we offer you something else NO sorry for waisting our time. And yes they did have a Blue Benz that would’ve satisfied us. Just Nothing at all. The sales lady Robin was extremely and helpful while we were there. Don’t waist your time going there. The quality of Service after you leave Sucks. And my real name is at the top.
