My vehicle was in need of service so I visited my dealer, Mercedes Benz of North Orlando in Sanford, Florida. The assistant service manager, Jennifer Nealy was experienced and it showed in her interactions. I was treated with courtesy. I was kept informed and quickly. The concerns were handled very well. The result was that my extended warranty covered some of my costs and the balance and particulars were fully and accurately explained to me by her co-worker, Rick, when he covered for her absence. This is a great team that work together to benefit the customers and I appreciate their services. I recommend that you should too.
I recently bought a 2016 Chrysler C from Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando. Salesman Jordan was very friendly and courteous during the whole process. The test drive was very nice the car drove smooth Jordan explained some of the features of the car. I came back later on that day and decided to finish the purchase. It took a little longer than I would have liked but Jordan made sure that the car was detailed clean and a had a full tank of gas I was very happy with the whole process and would go back again if I ever needed another car to Mercedes-Benz of North OrlandoJohn L
I do not recommend they are liars they offer me a check and after I sign all the paperwork they say I getting check by mail also offer me 40k less for my car because my car has some paint ships so and overall dont trust.

Rick Shattuck Is the best service advisor Iβve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From start to finish he was extremely informative, always avail when I needed and very knowledgeable. He kept me up to date through the whole process while my baby was in for service.I bought my 2021 gla 250 in Clearwater since there are literally none avail right now. I really wanted to buy it from Mercedes North in Sanford and wish I just built one and waited. There service and sales team is nothing short of Spectacular.On my way home from a 300mi drive I noticed the blower motor making noise. It turned out to be a small repair and even though I bought the vehicle somewhere else Rick Shattuck, service advisor from Mercedes North of Sanford stepped up and helped me out. The experience that I received from Mercedes Benz of North Orlando was very good. I had to wait for the car to be checked which only took a couple of hours, as I was told by Customer Service when I made the appointment. The wait time was nice they offer refreshments while you wait and it did take two hours. I usually am able to rent a car for overnight while the car is inspected but there was none available this time because I live so far from the Dealers.Maybe if I am lucky next time when my car needs service, it will only take a couple of hours, and I can wait for the car.
Was incredibly grateful for the service department over at Mercedes Benz of North Orlando. Had a battery issue and didnt realize it was covered under the warranty. I didnt have to make an appointment, the sales dept, just instructed me to bring it in and they would take care of it that day. Was there for 3 hours, but well worth the wait to have an emergency taken of. Exceptional service by Rick! Thank you. Will always bring my car back for any major service.

I just moved to Florida from NJ, I came here about month ago to this dealership and I made an appointment went there waited more then an hour but no help from anyone then, I left the store. 2nd day I called the dealership gentlemen name Ryan took the call . I will get straight to the point Ryan was above and Beyond even I wasnt able to get the approval on same day but, Ryan was able to get the approval but the only problem was I already traded my car and got BMW.. but I still want to say thank you Ryan for for your exceptional work ethic and your service. Mercedes Benz do need salesman like you. May be next time I will try..
This is a nice looking dealership, the staff is friendly too. But they need more seating in the customer lounge for those waiting on their vehicles to be serviced. Also some donuts would be a welcome addition. They work on the Mercedes Sprinter Vans at this location. We brought in our RV which is on a Mercedes Sprinter chassis for service on the fuel efficiency recall going on right now. We got the recall done so we could get payment from the class action lawsuit.
The service adviser was very nice. Received a loaner car with a bad tire.The rear wiper was broken at the dealer, not certain who or why.They need better service and real quality assurance
Easiest car buying experience Iβve had! Saw the vehicle on line schedule the appointment. The car was cleaned and waiting for me at the door. We test drove the vehicle came back to work the numbers, cracked jokes and ate snacks during the Financial process. Within no time we were out the door in our new ride. Doug was great and his experience showed Iβve already got him looking for me Another vehicle!
I had a great experience purchasing my car. The sales person John Tierney was excellent. He help me find exactly the model and color that I wanted. He also made all arrangements to bring me the car from a other dealer. The whole experience was pleasant.
I purchased a pre-owned vehicle at Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando. Smooth experience from locating the vehicle online to the test drive. It was nearly a five star experience, EXCEPT for one big surprise when I took delivery. The dealership failed to disclose to me that there was only one key fob for the vehicle. If only I had been told this from the start, I probably would have still purchased but because they didnt tell me, until AFTER I signed all the paperwork it was a huge negative on the whole transaction. The key fob and the programming cost me $520. Congratulations on your vehicle purchase, heres your surprise!
Words canβt describe the professionalism and customer service of the staff at this location! From John Roure in sales, who I highly recommend due to his excellent customer service and treating you like a respected human being compared to just another sale. I have to give high praises to Charles in Finance, who is a prime example of a great professional from his expertise to relatability. They made buying my first car and Benz a complete joy and a once in a lifetime experience.
Drop off and pick up were very unguided. I stood there for approximately 10 minutes each time waiting to be approached. Perhaps everyone was very busy? Just a hello, be right with you would have went a long way. Service advisors switched at some point. Confusing. I had to call on Saturday, 4:30 pm to find out the vehicle would not be ready. My apologies to my neighbor who was keeping himself available to give me a ride:(. I had to call Monday at 1:15pm to start the conversation about readiness expectations. On a happy note, as a brand I was impressed and pleased with the level of warranty coverage the dealership provided. Thus the third star. Chalk this one up to Covid fog.

My major concern was that my motorhome built on a 2016 Mercedes Sprinter Chassis has no brake lights nor directional lights. I was charged $113 but I was sent home to drive to Titusville without this safety issue resolved. The explanation was that the problem was not a Mercedes issue but blamed the motorhome manufacturer. I had several recall issues and the dealer did address those items. Also, when I drove back to get my Sprinter there was a delay due to locating my keys.
Another 5 star appointment. Where most dealerships you have to bring your car in multiple times to either find the problem or have an item fixed correctly, at MB of North Orlando they do it right the first time. In addition they do an excellent job in explaining what any repair entails. I am sure all the service advisors are top notch. However, I recommend you contact Rick for all your service needs.
Brittney was a pleasure. I came to this dealership because I wasnβt happy with the level of service received at another dealership. Jennifer Nealy was terrific inn setting up my appointment, explaining what was going to be done and for how much. The body shop repainted the back bumper where it had been scratched. It looked new. I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando and Jennifer Nealy.
Exceptional customer service and reception while at MB-North. I was able to get in and out without any hassle, the sales rep and general manager were both very friendly and it was by far the best car sale experience I have had over the years. I would to speak to Finance manager about some additional charges which while looking at the contract were optional. Hopefully since its only been a week they can assist and it would have me give a five star rating.
Very good Service Dept. Kept me updated and discussed what my car needed to have done, along with other options that were βnice to haveβ, rather than required. No pressure and very professional. The waiting area was awesome and well stocked w different tv options and coffee/water/snacks. Made the time spent waiting much easier and I was even able to get some office work done.One star removed however bc they donβt offer loaner cars for day-only maintenance. My last two MB dealerships (Maryland & Washington, DC) both offered loaners, but no one here in Orlando seems to do that. They charge you $40+ a day for a rental. So that part really stinks!Very happy with the Service Dept service and their professionalism. Will be back & would recommend.
This place is a joke. They make your car say schedule B maintenance and go to the dealership to find out they want $250 just to flush your breaklines. Also, cant locate your warranty info to fix basic things like this sunroof. Trash place and even worse cars. DONT GO!
Just the Customer Service alone is exceptional, I started off buying parts and feel like I made great friends at this location (not the first location I attempted) Everyone that I came in contact with was so personable from Carlton to Mike in parts, Ashley Crystal, Rick, Tim, Luis( I hope I remembered his name correctly heβs the one who fixed the botched job on my gasket, heβs definitely a master mechanic FOR SURE) Iβm sure Iβm leaving a few people out but itβs only because everyone was amazing and I wouldnβt second guess driving the opposite skip the Mercedes dealership by my home just to see these smiling faces. I do want to point out that Carlton is the right person for this job because no matter if you spend $65 dollars or $6,500 heβs going to provide the same level of Customer Service and make sure you know exactly whatβs going on and tryβs to find any and every way to help you, him knowing almost everything about these cars plays a big part and the detailed information he provides letβs you know he loves what he does. I was in and out yesterday Rick checked me in cause I had a really early appointment and I was out in no time and was able to handle my business for the rest of the day car feeling brand new so far and Iβm definitely coming back for all my Mercedes needs timely drive or not.
I am very satisfied with the maintenance service I have receive on my 2011 Sprinter RV. I have taken it to MB of N Orlando for two years. The work they have done has been excellent and they take time to listen to me explain what I think needs to be done and then explain what has been found and what they did. The maintenance department is very professional and customer oriented.

Zero stars. Do not shop at #AutoNation and specifically their North Orlando Mercedes Benz dealership. I purchased a vehicle from them and put $10k down. I arranged financing through my bank in Texas where the vehicle is to be registered. The dealership keeps pushing me to use Mercedes Benz financing rather than my own bank. Now they are refusing to sell me the vehicle unless I use their in-house financing. I have never had a car dealership be so difficult to work with. Its completely maddening.
I had the Mercedes recall on my 2016 3500 Sprinter-based RV for the diesel issue, and was afraid there would be a backlog. Nope! M-B of North Orlando took me right in, on time, and did a fine job of completing the recall procedure in a timely manner. It was a 4-hour wait for me, but the time flew by easily enough with free coffee and snacks, plenty of TV choices, and a lot of catching up on my reading. And - as always - the folks at Mercedes-Benz were very professional and friendly.
Extremely Poor customer service particularly when requesting car history info and having repairs done prior to purchase. Car was purchased with car parts missing that had been approved to be installed prior to delivery. Deceitful practices. Beware when purchasing a used vehicle at this location.Worst car buying experience !

Purchased a used truck on 6/16/21 with an AutoNation Inspection Certificate. The purchasing process was great. But on 6/26/21 to the truck to the Ram dealer for an oil change since Mercedes neglected to change the oil prior to purchasing. Ram stated the parking brake system is completing rusted out and parking brake is worn to the metal. It would be $1700 to replace. I reached out to my salesman and was told to bring the truck in for an inspection since those items were inspected during their inspection. Which I did on 6/28/21. Once inspected a lead tech Tim came and told me that since the truck is an automatic the parking brake is not part of the inspection process and not a safety concern. If I would like it repaired heβd recommend taking it back to Ram to get repaired out of my pocket.Would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership or any AutoNation location.

Service was quick. I had a recall on my airbags so I expected a few up charges. When I first arrived I was told I may need a front drivers side tire but all others look good. When I returned to pick up my car, not only did I need 3 tires but back brakes as well. I was given a quote which I am actually considering. Also, in the past Iβve received a great little wash and vacuum at the millennia mall location but Sanford looked like they sprayed my car with a hose and let it air dry, it was not what Iβd expect from Mercedes but something about this location was just a different vibe

My first time at this dealership. It was over a hours drive from my location. Needed service on my E-300. Very friendly service department and the dealership made us comfortable while we waited for the car. Unfortunately by the next day the same warning light was popping up again though it was reportedly fixed. I have left two messages for the Service Department representative to report the problem has occurred again within 24 hrs of being fixed and have not heard back yet.
I scheduled an appointment a week out fir my 20,000 mike checkup. I asked how long it would be and the scheduler said between 1 1/2 and 2 hours. I told her I would need a rental car. She said no problem.I brought my car in Tuesday, only to find out it would be 4-6 hours. I asked for the rental that they said they would have for me, but they were out of rentals. They said they could get a rental from Enterprise. After waiting 15 minutes, I was told that they didnβt have any rentals either. We would have to reschedule. Then the assistant service manager had trouble rescheduling me for Friday. After about 19 minutes, she had to get someone else to schedule me. I had taken the day off of work and now I have to go in late on Friday. She said she was sorry but that was it.My sales experience was great but so far my service experience has been substandard.Frank J Yurchak

One of the best dealerships in Central Florida. I have used this dealership for service on my 2016 C300 for the past 2years. Each time Iβm in my service advisor Jennifer is an absolute sweetheart. My last service I was willing to wait the 5+ hours assist I was told no loners were available at the time of my appointment.When I got to my scheduled appointment she made sure that I had loner so that I could get home.Well, while looking for my loner I met one of the nicest sales professionals that I have come across in a VERY long time.Mr. Carlton Small, is an ABSOLUTE GEM!!I came in for a service and left out with a 2020 .... lol.By far the most seamless car buying process I have e we had at dealer.He was knowledgeable and really respected my concerns and opinions. We have had our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis RV warranty serviced twice now (most recent 12/03/2020) at Mercedes-Benz North Orlando. Both times we have had fantastic service.The 1st time we were in the middle of our camping vacation when we had a tire sensor go bad. We thought we would miss a day or two of camping but, to our amazement, we were in and out back on the road within approximately 3 hours. Rich Shattuck, the Sprinter Assistant Service Manager, was great. He sat us down and explained everything, including the fact that it was a warranty repair which was a really nice surprise to us because we had purchased the RV second hand.The 2nd time we had it serviced was for an air bag recall. This repair took longer, but we werenβt in a hurry this time, so we left it and picked it up the following day. Thanks Rich.
I went to Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando for service for the first time after a horrible experience at another Mercedes dealership near Millenia Mall and have to say that I truly felt like a VIP from arrival to completion of service. The service representative George was awesome! He performed a thorough inspection on my vehicle, as he didnt want to leave anything to chance. He constantly kept me updated via text with the status and findings. The icing on the cake was the mechanic that worked on my vehicle stayed late to complete the work so that I could get my vehicle back the same day. I felt like I was the only customer that George was servicing, which as a consumer, is the feeling you want to have. CUSTOMER SERVICE is alive and thriving at this dealership. I called in the morning to schedule my service not knowing what to expect and at the end of the day found the security and peace of mind in knowing that not only myself, but my vehicles will be treated with care and priority. Bigger isnt better, atleast not when it comes to car dealerships!!!!

What a great place to bring my 2011 C 300 class Mercedes Benz car for a service assessment everybody was very kind and nice from the greater valet check in person to the assistant service manager took my information to the pleasant atmosphere and condiments available to select from comfortable lounge chairs and televisions to the time I checked out with just my no cost estimate and left I will surely return in the future sincerely, Fernando Iezzi.

I was in a real jam, leaving on a 2 month trip in 6 days in my motor home with a Mercedes diesel in it and the check engine light comes on, not good. Called Tom Walsh at Mercedes of North Orlando to make an appointment, but first available was in 3 weeks. I explained my situation and he said if I bring in down and leave it he will try to work it in. I was called 4 days later to come pick it with. Parts have to be ordered, but they really came through for me with 2 days to spare. We are now having a great time on our trip thanks to Tom and his crew. Thanks for everything!!!!!!
I had the B service done on the GLC 300. I was there at 0745 before my appointment. The service folks took custody of my vehicle, and I briefly met with Jennifer Neeley. She was great to work with, and had a loaner waiting for me. I left the business, and she texted me around noon time advising my service was done. I went back to the business and checked out of the loaner. My vehicle had been washed, and it was squared awayJennifer and her crew were helpful, and on top of their game. Thanks to them for getting me in and out.

I wish there were a negative star rating.As a result of constant issues from the purchase of a 2018 MercedesβBenz Metris Passenger Van with just over 7,000 miles at MercedesβBenz of North Orlando on May 8, 2018 from Fadi Hosn, the lifecycle of this vehicle is not expected from a worldβrenowned luxury car manufacturing company. Reactive measures have been taken to the local dealerships over a dozen times for balance of wheels, engine shutting down in drive or missing parts listed in the original invoice. The initial problem occurred within the first week of purchase mid May 2020 and that analysis revealed tires were wearing significantly to the point of replacement (under 1,000 miles). Since that time, we have been consulting with Fields Mercedes of Lakeland to fix the issue. The result has included two new tires of like kind with maintenance prescribed balancing/rotation within a few months. Analysis was performed on the vehicle to ensure it would not happen again. Next, we were consulted again to determine that we needed all four tires replaced because of displacement when we purchased the last two tires. At this point, Fields leveraged this issue with two tires for free and several weeks in a generous loaner vehicle. Fast forward another few months, and the Metris now requires two more new tires but previous experience tells us that we should anticipate buying the other two again shortly.The 2018 Metris has a reported 15 services (Car Facts) made of which nearly a month cumulative time in the shop for the same repairs (i.e., engine shut off and tires wearing excessively).In addition, many attempts to have the GPS Map Pilot system to be reβinstalled as it was previously removed before purchase has been difficult to remediate. The customer experience has proved very negative with MercedesβBenz as untrustworthy. Fadi said well βItβs too bad there is nothing I can do since itβs after 8 monthsβ yet it was less than that.ο· Poor communication from dealershipο· Poor quality of commercial vehicleο· Lack of trust/faith from dealershipFadi is a criminal.

Jennifer and all others I worked with during my service and repairs on my CL were great. The parts department got me my steering wheel and window washer fluid pump parts, service installed everything, performed the oil change, and made recommendations about when to get new tires (including a price quote and advice). I was completely satisfied after my visit.

I showed up without an appointment in a panic. Turned out to be a battery issue, which they fixed. Happy with the basic care and customer service, but waiting 4 hours was not cool. I could have Uberd home as I live in DeBary. Or even been offered a shuttle? The battery they needed for my car wasnt on site so they had to go pick it up elsewhere. When that was determined, I feel I should have been told so I could make the choice to go or stay. Instead I was just left waiting with no updates. Rather frustratingto say the least.Battery is great and the car is running like a charm!

Mercedes set my appointment for 10:00. To bring my Smart Car in just to get there to find out they are not authorize to do factory recalls on Smart Cars after waiting 25 min as I watch them service everyone else. So the manager comes out and tell me hes sending an e-mail over to Mercedes in Maitland. Long story short Maitland Mercedes didnt receive it. I was very upset and disappointed. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Could not get a call back from service advisor...all contact initiated by me even though I was promised a call back (waited 24 hours). Pleasure way van was in because electric sliding door was not functioning at 500 miles, service tech broke several of the clips that held upholstered panel to the door. After five hours in the customer lounge they said it couldnt be fixed without removing the galley.. after returning home, I learn that there is a technical service bulletin (TSB) explaining how to access the door and fix the problem without removing the galley from my RV. My low score is based on the lack of customer care and the fact that a TSB was available for the service yet it took my calls to locate and send to service tech.
I had a great experience, one of the best. Very easy to buy the car, not pushing and very knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to visit them, and you will be totally satisfy. I am extremely happy !
Horrible treatment, rude, dishonest. Tried to sell unneeded tires, argued with husband about tires when he pointed out no replacement necessary.Waited over 2 hrs for an oil change that service never did! Will not return fir service or to purchase another car. Not the first time service was unacceptable.
All the work that needed to be done got taken care of quickly. I thought I was going to have to wait much longer.
