First time coming here after being recommended by my girlfriend who lives nearby. Her bike got a flat and the front tire needed truing and they were able to get it fixed within a few minutes and the bike rides great. The staff was super cool and very friendly as well as very good at what they do! I would highly recommend going here for any repairs, adjustments or even to purchase a bike or some cool stuff for your existing one!

What an exceptionally welcoming atmosphere. 20 minute drive from my house is working to go away a style that is eager to be helpful as well as extremely knowledgeable. It doesnt hurt that the Show Room is very comfortable and welcoming. I was able to get everything that I wanted as well as identify a few things that I didnt know that I neededAnd that is usually the start to a new long term relationship with a retailer. I look forward to buying my next bike from them as well as buying More accessories for the bikes I currently have.
Called the shop and spoke to Gary about a bike storage rack. They had the one I was looking for. Went to the shop and the staff was very helpful and professional. Excellent Customer Service, knowledgeable & friendly staff, even under the new ownership. Stopped by to have some Tires swapped on my wifes bicycle, a task I am capable of doing, however, read on... Due to Covid and shortage of New Bikes and some parts availability worldwide, i was able to coherse a friendly Staff mechanic to sell me his prize Dirtjump bike, sitting in the shop on display. I couldnt help but stare at it, evoking memories of BMX Racing when I was a teenager. Bike was nestled on a rack filling a void where new Bikes will once again be on display when stock is available in the near future. Im certainly grateful, and elated with the spontaneous purchase, Ive made worse investments, this may add years to my life with much needed exercise. With gratitude for staying an hour after closing and entertaining me with the purchase, I spent a small fortune (none of which was from Uncle Sam, I never received a Stimulus) on unnecessary upgrades to patronize the shop. Unfortunately with the Covid delays, itll be a 3 month wait, but I look forward to the rediscovery of Bicycling at 50!Small town friendly businesses like this are dying off by E-commerce & Big box stores. Ill patronize them as long as they keep the doors open, and I urge the readers to get out, do something healthy for yourself and at the same time help a neighbor keep the lights on! My wife and I spent 3 1/2 hours at Pedal yesterday, with a barrage of questions, test rides...a bike selection(!), and fit-out. Ray and Matt could not have been kinder, more patient, more adept at handling multiple customers on a busy Saturday, or more focused on ensuring that we got the right bike for us. We are super-happy with our new Konas. Service and value like this is definitely worth the drive from Dr. Phillips...well look forward to seeing them often.

I just found out about this little shop and I’m so happy I was able to find them. My bike needed work on a tire and they were able to help me as soon as possible so I can get back to riding. Even in the middle of all this craziness the staff was so quick and professional. They even helped me put the bike in my car and recommended a good bike rack for it. I bought a used trek on marketplace that needed some work... They tuned it replaced tons of parts for me and I ended up with a basically new bike for a fraction of the cost. Ran into tire /tube issues 2x...i was in and out in under 5 minutes and back on the road. Awesome guys, great service and pricing!

I was looking forward to picking up a Kona bike from Pedal Driven. After emailing the shop to inquire about availability, I was told that they would contact me when the bikes arrived at the shop the following week. I had some hesitation about just waiting for the bikes to arrive, as I felt there was a chance that they could sell the bike to someone else. There was also immediate availability at a bike shop in Orlando that I could have secured immediately, as they offer the ability to buy online and pick up in store. However, I wanted to support this local business and, based on all of the five star reviews, I didnt think I would experience any issues. When the bikes arrived, they let me know that they had sold the specific bike I was interested in to the owners friend... Matt explained the situation, apologized, and offered me dibs on a similar bike.You should still support this local business. However, dont make the same mistake I did... If know you want to purchase a specific bike that has yet to arrive at the shop, offer to send them payment electronically or stop by the shop to make a deposit to secure the purchase.

Awesome experience. I called and spoke with Matt about checking out the suspension on a used StumpJumper that I bought recently. When I took the bike in that same day, he took it right to the back and made sure that my front forks and rear suspension were tuned right for my weight. I bought some new pedals for it there and he slapped them right on! Process took like 10 minutes for everything and he, and the staff, were super knowledgeable. Ive ridden the bike twice at Snow Hill and just yesterday at Santos, and it rides amazing. I would recommend them to anyone new to biking or experienced!

Bought a bike here. The bike was later stolen. They were able to get me a receipt of purchase, but had no record of the serial number on the bike. Buy a bike lock if you are staying in Sanford

Rented a bike from Matt on a recent trip from Ohio to Florida so I could ride the roads in Seminole State Forest. He pulled a brand-new bike off the rack, made sure I had everything I needed and sent me on my way. I liked the ride and bike so much I refused to take the bike out of the SUV and bought it from him on the spot for a ride a couple of days later (Paisley Woods Trail; Ocala National Forest). Dropped the bike back off with Matt and Julio on my way back to the airport in Orlando. They took care of boxing it up very securely and arranged for shipment back to Ohio. GREAT guys at Pedal Driven and Im thankful to have found their shop. This place would definitely be my go-to shop for rentals, new bikes, accessories and repairs if I lived in the area. Just had my Kona Honzo repaired at Pedal Driven. Had a crankset replaced after one of the crank arms threads stripped out. These guys are professional but relaxed and extremely knowledgeable. Bike was fixed and ready in just 1 day. All my future bike repairs, upgrades and maintenance will be handled by Pedal Driven from now on.
Sanfords bicycle shop shows respect to its customers. Better service than JC bikes in DeLand. In my opinion, i felt a deep level of respect and friendly advice to new bicycle shoppers without feeling judgement. A must shop location.

I was concerned with so few reviews until I went there and found the place just opened not too long ago. I looked online to try and find what I needed for a special needs bike, but just wasnt sure. I stopped in the store to check and they knew exactly what I needed. They ordered it and assembled it for less that I could have gotten it online. Ill be heading back there soon for some other repair work. I couldnt imagine better service anywhere.
