Called and stoped in multiple times .No Answer had to call sanford police dept to get in touch with them still no answer. MyWife’s bike has been in there shop for 6months and want are bike back ASAP. Next we will be filing a lawsuitThink twice before going here . Very unprofessional Business Hours .

Im not a reviewer but, i would like to thank David for an excellent service . Ive been having so much fun the past 2 weeks with my road bike . He took the time and did a great job on installing my tubular tires which by the way no one has the time or the experience. Stop by and check out the shop, tons of accessories on display than looking online and bieng unsure of what you purchase .

Dave was unreal...walked in w brake cabling problems and not only droped workload, but going the distance to make sure my bike was perfect. Never seen anything like it...no bad to Kyle at kbs...These guys are great!!!!!

If you are looking for indoor trainer sesh, fittings, maintenance, a stretch roller and want to go somewhere you feel like youve been going there for years then this the best place in central Florida!Went to my first class yesterday thanks to Jamaican Rays invitation, David and Babe were so cool and fun, we had plenty of laughs, good conversation and on top David was the best at explaining how to monitor and make the most of each session. Its really cool that there are people like David and Babe. Even better that they are in Sanford!

I got there at 4:30 pm on Friday and they were closed. Website says 5pm. Make sure I call before going to this place.

Great Family Run Bike Shop. Dave and Shannon are the best. They really care about their athletes and go the extra mile to help them meet their goals. Regulars like to call in the Pain Cave. Their indoor cycling classes will test your limits.

I started to write a review but it got sabotaged so here goes again. I am just an amature cyclist. I went in to buy a new tube for my bike as it would not air for long but the person..I imagine the owner, said that all I needed was a valve for my old tube. I offered to buy a valve but he laughed and said that he had many from old tubes and gave me one that worked fine in my tube. I trust and like him very much. Francis Caruso

This is one awesome bicycle parts shop / service. I called right before 6pm midweek. I was looking everywhere for 1/4 G25 bearing balls that would cost $0.20-0.30 each, to no avail. ACE Hardware carries them but were out of stock without any in site soon. Amazon sellers would ship 2 dozens of them for $5-9 + $5.00 for delivery of an item they could drop in a standard envelope. (I was desperate, but thank God, Ive learned in life never to allow my desperation make me act like a fool, so - No thanks!)Being out of luck at Sears, I started searching for bicycle part shops in Sanford when D2 Cycling Center popped up, which I called. The man on the phone was very helpful but told me that he doesnt have any 1/4 bearing balls in stock. Hearing that I was desperate, he then asked me to wait until he finds out if he had some with enclosures he could break and harvest the balls from them. After checking, he did have some. He even offered to get them out of the enclosure for me until I get there, and described the way there from Sears at the Seminole Mall so I got there within 10 minutes. Hes had the enclosures ready and after asking me a few questions, it made me realize that I really needed the exact part he found (1/4 balls with the enclosure) as opposed to 22 lose bearing balls I was looking for.Also despite my obvious desperation he sold me 3 of them for $1.50 each.All in all - Great Business!!!

What a nice man. Fixed my breaks for free in a few seconds and just asked me to come back to for tires when I need them. I will definitely be back. Nice to know people still run a business this way. 👍🏻👍🏻

My husband has been training at D2 for years and continues to get stronger with every session and organized ride event. David is an outstanding coach and takes great care of his athletes.

They have yet to EVER answer their phone. I have called 20 different times. On every different day. They NEVER ANSWER their phone. Dont waste your time. The customer service here is worse than McDonalds!

David and D2 have been instrumental in my cycling and triathlon training. Couldnt ask for better coaching, training and equipment maintenance. Thanks for keeping me powered.
